Abstract

<p>La presente invención se refiere a un ácido nucleico que codifica la proteína de superficie neumocócica A1 (PspA1) truncada, a un constructo de expresión para la expresión de alto nivel de la proteína de superficie neumocócica A1 (PspA1) truncada y a una vacuna conjugada neumocócica que comprende al menos un polisacárido de serotipos de Streptococcus pneumoniae.</p> <p> La invención representa un avance en el campo de la ingeniería genética y la tecnología de vacunas. </p>
