Abstract

Esta fracción total se subdivide en otras a diferentes pH selectivizandose la vinblastina y la leurosina mediante el ácido tiociánico y una purificación final por cromatografía en Alúmina.The total alkaloid extract of the plant is prepared by ammoniating the available material and extracting with benzene. Subsequently it is purified by extracting with acid, basifying and passing these to ethyl ether. This total fraction is subdivided into others at different pH, vinblastine and leurosine being selectivized by thiocyanic acid and a final purification by alumina chromatography.
