Abstract
Η παρούσα εφεύρεση παρέχει μεθόδους για την πρόληψη, θεραπευτική αγωγή και/ή διαχείριση του καρκίνου, όπου η μέθοδος περιλαμβάνει χορήγηση σε ένα υποκείμενο που έχει την ανάγκη αυτής μίας θεραπευτικά αποτελεσματικής ποσότητας μετααρσενικώδους νατρίου που μειώνει ή εξαλείφει τους φαρμακευτικά ανθεκτικούς πληθυσμούς καρκινικών βλαστοκυττάρων, όπως επίσης τα φαρμακευτικά ανθεκτικά ώριμα καρκινικά κύτταρα.
