Užitný vzor se týká nealkoholického grapefruitové štávy a vody sycené oxidem
nápoje na bázi přírodní uhličitým.
Dosavadní stav techniky
Dosud známé nealkoholické nápoje na bázi vody sycené oxidem uhličitým obsahují jen malé množství přírodních ovocných slav, maximálně do 10% hmotnosti nápoje, a jsou proto pro zvýraznění vzhledu a chuti přibarvovány, dochucovány aromatickými látkami a přislszován.y cukrem a/nebo jednosložkovými umělými sladidly.
Tyto nápoje neodpovídají současným snahám o zdravou výživu založenou na přírodních produktech s omezováním konzumace cukru a chemicky připravených přísad, jako např. aromat, barviv a sladidel.
Podstata užitného vzoru
Nealkoholický perlivý nápoj podle užitného vzoru 3 vysokým obsahem přírodní grapefruitové stavy, bez cukru a chemicky připravených aromat a barviv sestává z 15% až 40% hmot. grapefruitové štávy obsahující 11% sušiny Rf, 0,1% sš 0,2» hmot. kyseliny citrónové, 0,01% až 0,05% hmot. kyseliny ascorbové, 0,004« až 0,02% hmot. aspartamu, 0,004% až 0,02% hmot. ace sul famu|<, 0,02» až 0,06% hmot. oxidu uhličitého a zbytek-do 100% hmotnosti pitné vody.
