Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Pestizides Mittel,.das als Wirkstoff neue Phosphoramidothioatderivate der Formel I enthält. Insbesondere Ist dieses Mittel zur Bekämpfung von Schädlingen in Form von Pilzen, Arthropoden und/oder Nematoden geeignet. Die erfindungsgeiaäßen Pestiziden Mittel besitzen gegenüber bekannten Mitteln eine verbesserte pestizide Aktivität. - Formel I

Die Erfindung betrifft die Herstellung neuer pestizider Phosphoramidothioatderivate, die insbesondere zur Bekämpfung von Schädlingen in Form von Pilzen, Arthropoden und/ oder Nematoden geeignet sind.
Bestimmte Phosphoramidothioatderivate werden in der DE-OS 2 657 972 im Zusammenhang mit fungiziden, arthropodiziden und/oder nematoziden Wirkungen beschrieben.
Durch die Erfindung wird eine neue Klasse von Phosphor ami dothioatderivaten mit einer verbesserten nematoziden und/ oder systemischen Insektiziden Aktivität im· Vergleich zu den Verbindungen, die in der vorstehend erwähnten DE-OS beschrieben werden, geschaffen.
Ziel der Erfindung ist die Schaffung von neuen Phosphoramidothioatderivaten, die eine verbesserte pestizide Aktivität besitzen, ferner von pestiziden Zubereitungen, welche diese Verbindungen enthalten.

Die Verbindungen gemäß vorliegender Erfindung lassen sich nach an sich bekannten Methoden zur Herstellung von analogen Verbindungen oder nach anderen Methoden, die für diesen Zweck geeignet sind, herstellen. Eine Methode besteht darin, ein Amidin mit einem Phosphorchloridothioat oder Phosphorchloridodithioat in Gegenwart eines Säurebindungsmittels umzusetzen. repräsentative Säurebindemittel sind tertiäre Amine, wie Trialkylamine und Dialkylaniline, ferner anorganische Basen, wie Carbonate und Bicarbonate von Alkali- und Erdalkalimetallen. Im allgemeinen wird ein im wesentlichen ägüimolares Verhältnis der Reaktanteri bevorzugt. Obwohl nicht erforderlich, wird die Reaktion in vorteilhafter Weise in Gegenwart eines inerten organischen Lösungsmittels, wie Äther, eines aromatischen Kohlenwasserstoffs, eines halogenierten aromatischen Kohlenwasserstoffs, eines aliphatischen Kohlenwasserstoffs, eines aliphatischen Ketons, eines aliphatischen Nitrils öder einer Mischung davon, durchgeführt. Geeignete Lösungsmittel sind beispielsweise Äthyläther, Dioxan, Tetrahydrofuran, Benzol, Toluol, Chlorbenzol, Heptan, Methyläthylketon, Aceton sowie Acetonitril. Die Reaktion wird im allgemeinen in einem Temperaturbereich von ungefähr -10 bis 1000C oder darüber und vorzugsweise zwischen ungefähr 0 und ungefähr 6O0C ausgeführt.
Alle zur Herstellung der Verbindungen gemäß vorliegender Erfindung eingesetzten Ausgangsmaterialien sind bekannte Verbindungen oder lassen sich leicht auf bekannte Weise herstellen. Die Formamidinausgangsmaterialien werden beispielsweise durch Kondensation eines Anilins mit N-Alkylformamid ( US-PS 3 502 720, BE-PS 771 792, ZA-PS 732 129) hergestellt. Die'S-Alkylphosphordichloridothioate werden

nach der in der US-PS 4 056 581 beschriebenen Methode hergestellt.
Ν,Ν-Dimethyl-S- (1-methylpropyl) -N-/"(2-methylphenylimino) methyiy-phosphordiamidothioat
Eine Lösung von 2,5 g (0,014 Mol) N-Methy1-3-(1-methylpropyl)-phosphoramidochloridothioat in 10 ml Tetrahydrofuran (THF) wird tropfenweise einer eisgekühlten Lösung von 2,0 g (0,014 Mol) N-Methyl-Nl-(2-methylphenyl)-formamidin und 1,36 g (0,014 Mol) Triäthylamin in 25 ml THF zugesetzt. Die Reaktionsmischung wird 1 Stunde bei Zimmertemperatur gerührt, mit 50 ml Äther verdünnt, zur Entfernung von Tfiäthylaminhydrochlorid filtriert und eingedampft. Der Rückstand wird mit 150 ml Äther/Hexan (2:1, bezogen auf das Volumen) verdünnt. Dies ermöglicht die Ausfällung von weiterem Triäthylaminhydrochlorid. Dann erfolgt die Isolierung durch Filtration durch Supercel. Die Eindampfung des Filtrats liefert 3,7 g eines gelben öls# das an 35 g Biosil A chromatographiert wird. Die Eluierung mit 550 ml einas 10 %igen Äthers in Benzol (wobei die ersten 200 ml verworfen werden) ergibt 1,7 g des Produktes.
N'-Methyl-S-(1-methylpropyl)-N-(phenylimino)-methyl-N-(2-propenyl)-phospordiamidothioat
Eine Lösung von 2,96 g (0,016 Mol) N-Methyl-S-(1-methylpropyl)'-phosphoramidochloridothioat in 15 ml THF wird tropfenweise einer eisgekühlten Lösung von 2,5 g (0,016 Mol) N-Allyl-N'--phenylformaraidin und 1,58 g (0,016 Mol) Triäthylamin in 30 ml THF zugesetzt. Die Reaktionsmischung wird 1 Stunde bei Zimmertemperatur gerührt, mit 50 ml Äther verdünnt und zur

Gewinnung eines Öls eingedampft. Das öl wird mit 200 ml Äther/Hexan (2:1) zur Ausfällung von weiterem Triäthylaminhydrochlorid verdünnt. Die Isolier.ung erfolgt durch Supercel. Die Eindampfung des Filtrats liefert 4,5 g eines orangen Öls, das an 40 g Biosil A chromatographiert wird. Die Eluierung mit900 ml Benzol ergibt 1,5 g des Produktes.
N-(2-Cyanoäthyl) -N' -methy1-S- (1-methylpropyl) -N-/~( 4-methyl phenylimino)-methyl/-phosphordiamidothioat
Eine Lösung von 2,15 g (0,011 Mol) N-Methy1-S-(1-methylpropyl) -phosphoramidochloridothioat in 10 ml THF wird tropfenweise einer eisgekühlten Lösung von 2,0 g (0,011 Mol) N-(2-Cyanoäthyl)-N'-(4-methylphenyl)-formamidin und 1,08 g (0,011 Mol) Triäthylamin bei 20 ml THF zugesetzt. Die Reaktionsmischung wird 1 Stunde bei Zimmertemperatur gerührt und dann zur Entfernung von Triäthylaminhydrochlorid filtriert. Das Filtrat wird eingedampft. Der Rückstand wird mit 110 ml Äther/THF (10:1) zur Ausfällung von weiterem Triäthylaminhydrochlorid verdünnt, das durch Filtration durch Supercel entfernt wird. Die Eindampfung des Lösungsmittels ergibt 3,2 g eines gelben Öls, das an 20 g Biosil A chromatographiert wird. Die Eluierung mit 450 ml eines 20 %igen Äthers in Benzol ergibt 1,2 g des Produktes.

Eine Lösung von 6,0 σ (0,04 Mol) N-Äthyl-N'-phenylformaitiidin und .3,84 g (0,04 Mol) Triäthy1amin in 80 ml THF wird tropfenweise einer eisgekühlten Lösung von 7,8 g (0,04 Mol) S-(1-Methylpropyl)-phosphordichloridothioat in 100 ml THF gegeben. Die Reaktionsmischung wird bei Zimmertemperatur 3 Stunden gerührt. Eine Lösung von 3,84 g (0,04 Mol) Triethylamin und 1,82 g (0,004 Mol) Äthylamin in 50 ml THF wird tropfenweise zugesetzt. Die Reaktionsmischung wird 2 Stunden bei Zimmertemperatur gerührt, mit 200 ml Äther verdünnt, zur Entfernung von Triäthylaminhydrochlorid filtriert und eingedampft. Die gebildeten Kristalle werden aus 100 ml Hexan/ Äther (3:1, bezogen auf das Volumen) umkristallisiert, wobei insgesamt 5 g des Produktes mit einem F. von 87 bis 89°C erhalten werden.

N-Äthyl-N'-(dimethylamino)-S-(1-methylpropyl)-N-(phenylimino) -methylphosphordiamidothioat
3,0 g (0,02 Mol) N-Äthyl-N" -phenylforinamidin werden portionsweise zu einer Lösung von 4,18 g (0,02 Mol) S-(1-Methylpropyl)-phosphordichloridothioat und 4,45 g (0,044 Mol) Tr'iäthylamin in 40 ml THF bei 5 bis 10 0C gegeben. Die Reaktionsmischung ".wird zwei Stunden bei Zimmertemperatur gerührt und auf 5 bis 7°C abgekühlt, worauf 1,3 g (0,02 Mol) N1,N'-Dimethylhydrazin zugesetzt werden. Das Reaktionsgemisch wird 2 Tage bei Zimmertemperatur gerührt, filtriert und konzentriert. Das Konzentrat wird dann mit Äther verdünnt, mit Wasser extrahiert, über 4A-Molekularsieben ge-* trocknet und eingedampft. Dabei werden 4,5 g des Produktes erhalten. .
Die folgende Verbindung wird in analoger Weise hergestellt.·
N-Äthyl-N'-(2-methoxyäthyl)-S-(1-methylpropyl)-N-(phenylimino)-methyl-phosphordiamidothioat.
Beispiel 62 .
N-Äthyl-S-(1-methylpropyl)-N-(phenylimino)-methylphosphordiamidothioat
8,89 g (0,06 Mol) N-Äthyl-N1-phenylformamidin werden portionsweise während einer Zeitspanne von 15 Minuten zu einer Lösung von 12,4 g (0,06 Mol) S-(1-Methylpropyl)-phosphordichlorthioat und 13,4 g (0,13 Mol) Triäthylarain in 250 ml Äther bei 5 bis 100C zugesetzt. Die Reaktionsmischung wird während einer Zeitspanne von 1 Stunde bei Zimmertemperatur gerührt und dann auf 40C abgekühlt. Ammoniak wird dann während einer Zeitspanne von 3 mal15 Minuten unter Einsatz eine r Stickstoffdurchperlvorrichtung durch die Mischung geperlt. Die Mischung wird dann filtriert, konzentriert und in Toluol aufgelöst. Nach einem Waschen mit zwei 100 ml-Portionen Natriumacetat/Essigsäure-Pufferlösung mit einem pH von 5 und Wasser wird die Toluollösung über 4A-Molekularsieben getrocknet und zur Gewinnung des Produktes konzentriert.
N-Methyl-S,S~di-(1-methylpropyl)-N-(phenylimino)-methylphosphor amidothioat
Eine Lösung von 3,0 g (0,22 Mol) N-Methyl-N'-phenylformamidin und 2,26 g (0,22 Mol) Triäthylamin in 15 ml THF wird tropfenweise einer eisgekühlten Lösung von 4,41 g (0,024 Mol) S-(1-Methylpropyl)-phosphordichloridothioat in 50 ml THF gegeben. Nach 1 Stunde bei Zimmertemperatur wird die Mischung auf 100C abgekühlt, worauf eine Lösung von 2,02 g (0,024 Mol) 1-Methylpropyl)-thiol und 2,25 g (0,022 Mol) Triäthylamin in 10 ml THF zugesetzt wird. Die Reaktionsmischung wird 16 Stunden bei Zimmertemperatur gerührt, mit 100 ml Äther verdünnt, filtriert und. zur Gewin-
- aieines Öls eingedampft. Dieses öl wiaid mit Äther/Hexan (1:1) verdünnt, mit Wasser gewaschen, über 4A-Molekularsieben getrocknet und eingedampft. Die Chromatographie des restlichen Öls (Eluierung mit 10 % Äther in Benzol) liefert das Produkt in Form eines Öls in einer Menge von 1,0 g.

Eine Lösung von 7,0 g (0,03 Mol) S-(1-Methylpropyl)-0-phenylphosphorchloridothioat in 30 ml THF wird tropfenweise einer eisgekühlten Lösung von 4,24 g (0,03 Mol) zu N-Methy1-N'-phenyIformamidin und-5,25 g (0,05 Mol) Triäthylamin in 80 ml THF zugesetzt. Die Reaktionsmischung wird 20 Stunden lang bei Zimmertemperatur gerührt, filtriert und zur Gewinnung eines Öls eingedampft, das an Biosil A chromatographiert wird. Die Eluierung mit 10 % Äther in Toluol ergibt 4,86 g des Produktes.

N-Methyl-S-(1-methylpropyl)-0-(4-nitrophenyl)-N-(phenylimino) · methylphosphoramidothioat
Eine Lösung von 5,36 g (0,04 Mol) N-Methyl-N'-phenylformamidin und 10,2 g (0,1 Mol) Triäthylamin in 20 ml THF wird tropfenweise einer eisgekühlten Lösung von 8,28 g (0,04 Mol) S-(1-Methylpropyl)-phosphordichlorxdothioat in, 50 ml THF gegeben. Nach 2 Stunden bei Zimmertemperatur wird eine Lösung von 5,28 (0,04 Mol) 4-Nitrophenol und 10,2 g (0,1 Mol) Triäthylamin zugesetzt. Die Mischung wird 18 Stunden gerührt, filtriert und eingedampft, wobei 17,9 g eines Öls erhalten werden. Eine Chromatographie an 4 g Biosil A (Toluoleluierung) ergibt 0,58 g des Produktes.
Die vorstehenden Beispiele für Verbindungen, die unter die allgemeine Formel fallen und in der zuvor beschriebenen Weise hergestellt werden, werden als Beispiele 1 bis 80 in der
Tabelle I zusammengefaßt. Die Elementaranalysen gehen aus der Tabelle ϊΐ hervor.

Eine Testlösung, die 600 ppm der Testverbindung enthält, kann durch Auflösen der Testverbindung in einem Lösungsmittel (Aceton:Methanol, 1:1, bezogen auf das Volumen), Zugabe eines grenzflächenaktiven Mittels und anschließend Wasser zur Einstellung eines Aceton:Methanol:Wassersystems mit einem Volumenverhältnis von 10:10:80 hergestellt werden. Eine 1:1-Mischung eines Alkylarylpolyätheralkohols (im Handel unter dem Warenzeichen Triton X-155 erhältlich) und einem modifizierten Phthalsäureglycerinalkylharz (im Handel, unter dem Warenzeichen Triton B-1956 erhältlich)

kann als Äquivalent von 2,85 χ 10 kg pro 0,38 m3 der Testlösung und eines grenzflächenaktiven Mittels verwendet werden.
Zur Durchführung des Milbentests werden befallene Bohnen (Phaseolus limeanus) -blattscheiben mit einem Durchmesser von 32 mm, die ungefähr 50 Milben enthalten und zur Durchführung der grünen Pfirsichblattlaustests befallene Brokkoli-(Brassica oleracea italica) blätter oder Teile davon, die ungefähr 50 Blattläuse enthalten, in einen Petrischalendeckel auf einem befeuchteten Baumwolltuch gegeben. Die Blätter werden dann mit der Testlösung unter Verwendung eines sich drehenden Drehtisches .besprüht. Sie werden 24 Stunden auf dieser Temperatur gehalten, worauf der Prozentsatz der Abtötung ermittelt wird.
Zur Durchführung des Marienkäfer- und Armeewurmtests werden abgepflückte Bohnenblätter auf befeuchteten Filterpapieren nach der vorstehend im Zusammenhang mit dem Milbentest beschriebenen Weise in ähnlichen Schalen besprüht und trocknen gelassen. Eine.derartige Schale wird mit 10 mexikanischen Marienkäferlarven in der dritten Erscheinungsform und eine andere mit 10 südlichen Armeewurmlarven in der dritten Erscheinungsform besetzt. Die Schalen werden bedeckt. Nach 48 stunden wird der Prozentsatz der Abtötung ermittelt.

Zur Durchführung des Hausfliegentests werden 0,25 1 Glaseinmachgefäße mit einem mit einem Gitter versehenen Oberteil verwendet. Die erwachsenen Hausfliegen werden mit Nahrungsmittel versorgt. Die Gefäße, welche die Insekten enthalten, werden unter Verwendung des Drehtisches besprüht. Zur Durchführung des Hausfliegentests wird der Prozentsatz des Knockdown eine Stunde nach der Aufbringung und der Prozentsatz der Abtöttmg nach 24 Stunden ermittelt.
Zur Durchführung des Nematodentests wird Erde homogen mit einer verkneteten Mischung aus Tomatenwurzeln, die stark mit den Wurzelknotennematoden befallen sind, beimpft. 10 ml der Testlösung werden zu 200 ml des beimpften Bodens in einem 500 cm3-Behälter zur Einstellung einer Volumenkonzentration von 30 ppm gegeben. Der Behälter wird dann zum gründlichen Vermischen geschüttelt und geöffnet, worauf man die Luft während einer Zeitspanne von 24 Stunden einwirken läßt. Die. Erde wird dann in ein kleines (8 cm) Kunststoffgefäß eingefüllt, worauf drei Gurkensämlinge (Cucumis sativus) eingesetzt werden. Ungefähr 23 Tage danach werden die Gurkenpflanzen aus dem Erdboden entfernt und das Wurzelsystem auf das Vorliegen von Knoten untersucht. Insgesamt 25 Knoten oder weniger werden als Maß für eine erfolgte Bekämpfung angesehen.
Ovizide und larvizide Tests werden unter Einsatz repräsentativer erfindungsgemäßer Verbindungen durchgeführt. Diese Verbindungen zeigen eine ovizide und larvizide Aktivität.
Zur Durchführung von Tests unter Einsatz von südlichen Maiswurzel- (Diabrotica undecimpunctata howardi) eiern und -larven werden zwei Schichten aus einem 4,25 cm-Filterpapier in kleine Petrischalen gelegt und auf einem Drehtisch mit einer 600 ppm-Lösung der Testverbindung besprüht, worauf an der Luft getrocknet wird. Ungefähr 100 Eier in ungefähr 1 ml Wasser werden auf das Filterpapier pipettiert, worauf die Schalen bedeckt werden. Nach sechstätigem Stehenlassen erfolgt eine

Untersuchung unter dem Mikroskop. Der Prozentsatz der Abtötung der Eier und Larven wird ermittelt.
Die Untersuchung der fungiziden Wirksamkeit der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen wird unter Anwendung eines Blatt-Screening-Tests durchgeführt. Die allgemeine Methode zur Durchführung des fungiziden Tests besteht darin, die eingetopften Pflanzen in einem solchen Wachstumszustand zu verwenden, in welchem sie für die zu untersuchenden Pflanzenkrankheiten anfällig sind, und die" Pflanzen auf einem sich bewegenden Band. zu besprühen und dann trocknen zu lassen. Die Pflanzen werden dann mit den ,jeweiligen Pilzsporen beimpft, worauf man sie bis zum Auftreten der Krankheitssymptome sich selbst überläßt. Das Ausmaß der Bekämpfung der Krankheit wird dann ermittelt. Der Prozentsatz der Krankheitsbekämpfung wird aufgezeichnet.
Erfindungsgemäße Verbindungen werden in einer Konzentration von 300 ppm in einer Lösung oder Suspension getestet, die in der Weise hergestellt wird, daß eine abgewogene Menge des zu untersuchenden Fungizids in einer 50:50-Mischung aus Aceton und Methanol aufgelöst wird, worauf ein gleiches Volumen Wasser zugesetzt wird.
In der Tabelle III sind die Ergebnisse der vorstehend beschriebenen biologischen Untersuchungen zusammengefaßt.

Die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen eignen sich zum Schützen von Pflanzen und Tieren, einschließlich Säugetieren, gegenüber den Schädigungen durch schädliches und lästiges Ungeziefer. Diese Verbindungen sind besonders wirksam gegenüber : Arthropoden (in verschiedenen Entwicklungsstufen), wobei sie besonders wirksam sind gegenüber den Gliedern der Klasse Arachnoidea, welche die Ordnung Acarina umfaßt, zu welcher beispielsweise die Milben und Zecken gehören, sowie die Klasse Insecta, zu der die Insekten gehören. Von den Arthropoden, die in wirksamer Weise durch die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen bekämpft werden, seien die kauenden Insekten, beispielsweise der südliche Armeewurm (Spodoptera eridania), die saugenden Insekten, beispielsweise die grüne Pfirsichblattlaus (Myzus persicae), die in dem Erdboden verweilenden Insekten, beispielsweise der südliche Maiswurzelwurm (Diabrotica undecimpunctata howardi), Milben, beispielsweise die zweifleckrige Blattspinnmilbe (Tetranychus urticae) oder dgl. erwähnt.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen sind auch wirksam als Fungizide. Von den Pflanzenpilzkrankheiten, die durch die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen bekämpft werden können, seien beispielsweise der Reismeltau (Piric'ularia Oryzae) erwähnt. Die Verbindung von Beispiel 4 ermöglicht eine 97 bis 100 %ige Bekämpfung des Reismeltau bei 300 ppm.
Ferner besitzen die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen, insbesondere die Verbindungen, bei denen R in der Formel I für ein Wasserstoffatom steht, eine nematozide Aktivität. Von den Nematoden, die in wirksamer Weise durch die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen bekämpft werden können, seien Bodennematoden erwähnt, wobei ein typisches Beispiel die südliche Wurzelknotennematode (Meloidogyne incognita) ist.
Im allgemeinen erfolgt die Bekämpfung von Ungeziefer erfindungsgemäß durch die Aufbringung der Verbindungen in pestizid wirksamen Mengen (beispielsweise arthropodizid wirksamen Mengen) entweder direkt auf die zu bekämpfenden Ungeziefer

oder auf die Stellen, die von einem derartigen Ungeziefer befreit werden sollen oder gegenüber dem Ungeziefer geschützt v/erden sollen. Die zu schützenden Pflanzenstellen können als die Luftabschnitte oder die Abschnitte unter der Erde der Pflanzen oder als der Fortpflanzung dienende Untereinheiten oder ihre unmittelbaren oder zukünftigen Umgebungen definiert werden. Beispielsweise stellen Holz, Fasern, Nahrungsmittel, Wälder sowie Ziernutzpflanzen und gelagerte Produkte davon zu schützende Pflanzenstellen dar. Die Behandlung von Haustieren und ihren unmittelbaren Umgebungen unter Einsatz der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen gegenüber einem Befall durch lästige ektoparasitische oder endoparasitische Acarina (Acari) und Insecta ist ein weiteres Beispiel. Viele der nachstehend angegebenen Formulierungen können auf Tieren zur Bekämpfung von Parasiten verwendet werden. Die Verbindungen können auf dem Boden aufgebracht oder in den Boden eingebracht werden, ferner auf Pflanzen, Insekten, von Menschenhand geschaffene Bauwerke öder andere Substrate, und zwar in Form von Ablagerungen, Überzügen etc. Daher können die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen als wesentliche Wirkstoffe von pestiziden Zubereitungen eingesetzt werden, die sich für landwirtschaftliche und sanitäre Zwecke eignen.
Unter dem Begriff "Bekämpfen", wie er im vorliegenden Falle verwendet wird, sind-alle Maßnahmen zu verstehen, durch die in nachteiliger Weise das Vorliegen oder das Wachstum von lebenden Ungezieferorganismen beeinflußt wird. Derartige Maßnahmen können aus einer vollständig abtötenden Wirkung, einer Ausrottung, einem Einfrieren des Wachstums, einer Inhibierung, einer Verminderung der Anzahl oder jeder Kombination davon bestehen.
Der Begriff "Ungeziefer" erfaßt Pilze, Nematoden sowie verschiedene Arthropoden, insbesondere Insekten und Äcaride.

Die erfindungsgemäßen Phosphoramidate besitzen eine allgemeine Gebrauchsfähigkeit als Arthropodizide, insbesondere gegenüber Gliedern der Klasse Arachnoidea, welche die Ordnung Acarina umfaßt, für die Milben und Zecken Beispiel

sind, ferner Insecta, welche die Insekten umfaßt. Bestimmte erfindungsgemäße Verbindungen sind ferner wirksam als Nematozide und Fungizide, insbesondere Fungizide.
Für einen Einsatz als Pestizide können die erfindungsgemäßen" Verbindungen gewöhnlich mit einem für landwirtschaftliche Zwecke verträglichen Träger oder Verdünnungsmittel formuliert werden (vgl. die DE-OS 2 657 972 oder die GB-PS 1 521 590) .. . »
Unter dem Begriff "für landwirtschaftliche Zv/ecke verträglicher Träger" ist jede Substanz zu verstehen, die dazu verwendet werden kann, die eingebrachte Chemikalie aufzulösen, zu*dispergieren oder zu verteilen, ohne daß dabei die Wirksamkeit des toxischen Mittels verlorengeht, wobei ferner keine permanente Schädigung gegenüber der Umgebung in Kauf zu nehmen ist, beispielsweise des Erdbodens, der verwendeten Anlage sowie der Nutzpflanzen.
Für eine Verwendung als Insektizide und Acarizide können verdünnte Sprays in Konzentration von ungefähr 5 bis ungefähr 10 kg des Phosphoramidats pro 380 1 des Sprühmediums eingesetzt werden. Gewöhnlich erfolgt eine Aufbringung in Mengen von ungefähr 50 g bis ungefähr 2,5 kg/380 1. Im Falle von konzentrierteren Sprays wird der aktive Wirkstoff um einen Faktor von ungefähr 2 bis ungefähr 12 erhöht. Im Falle von verdünnten Sprays erfolgen die Aufbringungen gewöhnlich auf die Pflanzen bis zum Ablaufen, während im Falle von konzentrierteren Sprays mit geringen Volumina die Materialien in Form von Stäuben aufgebracht werden.

Bei einer Verwendung als Fungizid können die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen als fungizide Sprays nach in herkömmlicher Weise eingehaltenen Methodeaaufgebracht werden, beispielsweise durch herkömmliche hydraulische Sprays mit hohen Volumina, Sprays mit niedrigen Volumina, mit Luft verbissenen Sprays, Luftsprays und Stäuben. Die Verdünnung sowie die aufgebrachte Menge hängen von dem Typ der verwendeten Vorrichtung, der Aufbringungsmethode sowie der zu bekämpfenden Krankheit ab, die bevorzugte wirksame Menge schwankt jedoch im.allgemeinen zwischen ungefähr 500 g und ungefähr 25,5 kg pro 4 0 47 m2 des Wirkstoffs.
Bei einer Verwendung als fungizides Saatschutzmittel beträgt die Menge des zum Überziehen der Saat eingesetzten Wirkstoffes gewöhnlich ungefähr 3 bis ungefähr 560 g pro 50 kg Saat. Bei einem Einsatz als Bodenfungizid kann die Chemikalie in den Boden oder auf seine Oberfläche gewöhnlich in einer Menge von ungefähr 50 g bis ungefähr 25 kg pro 4047 m2 eingebracht bzw. aufgebracht werden. Bei Verwendung als Blattfungizid wird der Wirkstoff gewöhnlich auf wachsende Pflanzen in einer Menge von ungefähr 125 g bis ungefähr 5 kg pro 4047 m2 aufgebracht.
Bei einem Einsatz als Nematozid, als systemisches Mittel oder als Insektizid können die Phosphoramidate als feste Formulierung verwendet werden, vorzugsweise als körnige Formulierung oder als verdünnte flüssige Zubereitung, wobei sie durch Aufstreuen, durch Einmengen in eine zur Seitendüngung verwendete Erde oder zur Saatbehandlung eingesetzt werden.
Die Zubereitungen können ferner beim Umpflanzen eingesetzt oder Entwässerungszwecken dienendem Wasser zugesetzt werden. Ferner können sie Einheiten zugegeben werden, die der Fortpflanzung dienen, wie Sämlingen, Knollen, Wurzeln, Setzlingen etc., um eine desinfizierende. Wirkung auszuüben und/oder eine Restschutzwirkung gegenüber Nematoden, Boden-
insekten (und Milben) auszuüben oder durch eine systemische Aufnahme Blattungeziefer zu bekämpfen. Die aufgebrachten Mengen können von ungefähr 250 g bis ungefähr 25 kg pro 4047 m2 schwanken, man kann jedoch auch höhere Mengen einsetzen. Die bevorzugte Menge beträgt ungefähr 0,5 kg bis ungefähr 12,5 kg pro 4047 m2. Für eine Einbringung in den Boden können die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen mit dem Boden oder mit einem anderen Wachstumsmedium in einer Menge von ungefähr 1 bis ungefähr 100 ppm des Wirkstoffs vermischt werden.
Die erfxndungsgemäßen Verbindungen können als einzige pestizide Mittel eingesetzt werden, ferner können sie in Verbindung mit anderen Bakteriziden, Fungiziden, Herbiziden, Insektiziden, Acariziden, Nematoziden oder vergleichbaren Pestiziden verwendet werden.

A bedeutet Phenyl oder Naphthyl, oder Phenyl oder Naphthyl, jeweils substituiert mit bis zu drei gleichen oder verschiedenen Substituenten, ausgewählt aus Cyano, Nitro, Halogen, (C1-C5)-Alkyl,. (Cj-C^-Haloalkyl, (C1-C6)- Alkoxy, (C -C,)-Alkvlthio, Acetoxy, Trifluormethyl, Όχι ο
(C.-Cg)-alkylamino, (C1-C,)-Alkylaminocarbonyl, Di-(C1-C-)-alkylaminocarbonyl, Halo-(C1-Cg)-alkyl, (C1-C,)-Alkylsulfinyl, (C1-C6)-Alkylsulfonyl, Alkoxycarbonyl, enthaltend bis zu 7 Kohlenstoffatome, Alkylcarbonyl, enthaltend bis zu 7 Kohlenstoffatome, Phenoxy, Naphthoxy, Phenylthio, Naphthylthio, Phenylsulfinyl, Naphthylsulfinyl, Phenylsulfonyl sowie Naphthylsulfonyl,

5. Mittel nach Punkt 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der allgemeinen Formel A für 4-Methylphenyl steht, R Äthyl ist und R n-Propyl, s-Butyl oder i-Butyl bedeutet.
6. Verfahren zum Bekämpfen von Ungeziefer in Form von Insekten, Akariden,·. Nematoden oder phytopathogenen Pilzen durch Aufbringung eines pestiziden Mittels auf das Ungeziefer oder auf die Stellen, die gegenüber einem Angriff durch das Ungeziefer geschützt werden sollen, dadurch ge-. kennzeichnet, daß als pestizides Mittel ein Mittel gemäß den Punkten 1 bis 5 verwendet wird.
