Description
Insektizides Mittel Anwendungsgebiet der Erfindung
Die Erfindung betrifft ein insektizides Mittel mit einem Gehalt an Η-substituierten Triorganostannylhydrokarbylkarbonsäurehydraziden.
Viele Verbindungen nach der Erfindung werden als Propionsäurehydrazide bezeichnet, können aber auch als Derivate der Propansäure anstatt der Propionsäure bezeichnet werden. Bei der Benennung vieler Verbindungen nach der Erfindung wird oft ein Komma zwischen den Wörtern "Säure" und"Hydrazid" eingefügt.
Bs ist bekannt, für die Insektenbekämpfung zinnorganische Verbindungen zu verwenden. Nähere Angaben hierzu sind nicht bekannt.
Ziel der Erfindung ist die Bereitstellung von neuen herbiziden Mitteln mit verbesserter Wirksamkeit und geringer oder völlig fehlender Phytotoxizität.-
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde geeignete Verbindungen, insbesondere zinnorganische Verbindungen aufzufinden, die zur Insektenbekämpfung, insbesondere der Ordnung Lepidoptera geeignet sind.

Erfindungsgemäß wird eine Verbindung der Formel RoSnACONR X zur Verfugung gestellt. In den Reaktionen (1a) und (1b) sollte die Temperatur 0 100 C betragen und vorzugsweise zwischen 20 und 80 0C liegen, der Druck sollte vorzugsweise 1 - 2 Atmosphären betragen und am günstigsten gleich dem Umgebungsdruck sein (etwa 1 Atmosphäre wie unter normalen laborbedingungen), das molare Verhältnis des Aldehyds oder Ketone zur Verbindung (I) sollte anfänglich zwischen einem äquimolaren Verhältnis und einem zehnfachen Überschuß des Aldehyds oder Ketons liegen und vorzugsweise sollte ein Aldehyd- oder Ketonüberschuß von 5-10 Mol-% gegenüber der Verbindung (I) verwendet werden, Beispiele von Lösungsmitteln, die für die Reaktionen (1a) und (1b) verwendet werden können, sind Cj-C,?-Alkohole, Mischungen aus C. -C.-Alkoholen und Wasser, die bis zu 50 Volumenprozent Wasser enthalten, Äther wie zum Beispiel Diäthyläther und Tetrahydrofuran, aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe wie Toluol, oder es kann ein Überschuß des Reaktionspartners Aldehyd oder Keton als Lösungsmittel verwendet werden. Die bevorzugten Lösungsmittel sind C.-C,-Alkohole und ihre wäßrigen Mischungen·

Isozyanate oder Thiozyanate mit der Verbindung I in einem aprotonischen Lösungsmittel gewonnen werden, wobei Y zweiwertiger Sauerstoff bzw. zweiwertiger Schwefel ist:

Wenn Y Sauerstoff ist, sollte die Temperatur der Reaktion (2) zwischen 0 und 100 0C, vorzugsweise zwischen 10 und 60 0C liegen. Der Druck der Reaktion (2) sollte vorzugsweise gleich dem oder größer als der Umgebungsdruck sein; bevorzugt ist der Umgebungsdruck« Wenn Y Sauerstoff ist, sollte das anfängliche molare Verhältnis eines Reaktionspartners zum anderen vorzugsweise gleich 1 zu 1 sein. sein, bei einem leichten Überschuß von RN=C=S. Jedes beliebige chemisch träge, aprotonische Lösungsmitte.l» wie zum Beispiel ein A'ther, ein Kohlenwasserstoff, Tetrahydrofuran oder Benzol, kann in Reaktion (2) verwendet werden. Wenn Y Schwefel ist, kann auch ein C.-Cg-Alkohol als Lösungsmittel verwendet werden. Das Produkt der Reaktion (2) wird gewöhnlich aus wäßriger Alkohollösung rekristallisiert, wobei eine Lösung eines C^-Cg-Alkohcls bevorzugt wird. Ist Y Schwefel, dann kann das Produkt auch aus einem Kohlenwasserstoff-Lösungsmittel rekristallisiert werden. Verbindung (I) kann

In Reaktion (3) sollte die Temperatur zwischen 0 und 100 0C, vorzugsweise zwischen 0 und 50 C liegen, der Druck sollte vorzugsweise gleich dem Umgebungsdruck sein und das anfängliche molare Verhältnis eines Reaktionspartners zum anderen sollte vorzugsweise 1 zu 1 sein. Es kann ;jedes chemisch träge aprotonische Lösungsmittel, wie zum Beispiel C2-C, q-Xther oder ein Cg-C-jQ-Kohlenwasserstoff, verwendet werden. Der Halogenwasserstoffakzeptor B sollte vorzugsweise eine Base wie Trialkylamin (zum Beispiel Triäthylamin) sein. Die aus der Reaktion (3) isolierten Produkte werden vorzugsweise durch Reakristallisation aus Kohlenwasserstoffen oder aus wäßrigen Lösungen von C-j-Cg-Alkoholen gereinigt.
Eine Verbindung nach der Erfindung mit der Formel R3SnACOH-HHHCOR7 kann auch aus Estern der Formel R7COOR14, mit R14 als C^-C,-Alkyl, und Anhydriden von Karbonsäuren dargestellt werden, wie in den Reaktionen (4) bzw, (5) dargestellt ist:

In Reaktion (4) sollte die Temperatur zwischen 0 und 150 0C, vorzugsweise zwischen 60 und 100 G liegen, der Druck sollte vorzugsweise gleich dem Umgebungsdruck sein und das anfängliche molare Verhältnis eines Reaktionspartners zum anderen sollte vorzugsweise zwischen dem äquimolaren Verhältnis und einem leichten Überschuß des Esters liegen. Zu den Lösungsmitteln, die verwendet werden können, gehören aliphatisch« C--C^-Alkohole und Mischungen solcher Alkohole mit Wasser, die bis zu 50 Volumenprozent Wasser enthalten. In Reaktion (5) sollte die Temperatur zwischen 0 und 100 0C, vorzugsweise zwischen 20 und 80 C liegen, der Druck sollte 1 - 2 Atmosphären betragen und vorzugsweise gleich dem Umgebungsdruck sein und das anfängliche molare Verhältnis eines Reaktionspartners zum anderen sollte vorzugsweise zwischen dem äquimolaren Verhältnis und einem leichten Überschuß des Anhydrids liegen· Es können aprotonische Lösungsmittel verwendet werden, wie zum Beispiel Äther (beispielsweise Tetrahydrofuran), aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe wie Toluol und molare Lösungsmittel wie Azetonitril und Dimethylformamid. Die bevorzugten Lösungsmittel für Reaktion. (5) sind Äther und aromatische Kohlenwasserstoffe.
Verbindungen nach der vorliegenden Erfindung, worin R Wasserstoff ist und X die Formel -HR2R-3 hat, wobei R2 Wasserstoff ist und R zum Beispiel Hydroxyzyklohexyl oder -CH2CHR15OHiSt, wobei R15 Wasserstoff, C6-C1O-Aryl, C3-Cg-Zykloalkylen oder substituiertes oder nichtsubstituiertes Cj-CjY-Alkyl ist und die Substituenten C~-C*.,-Alkoxyaryloxy, Tetrahydropyranyloxy oder Cg-Cj Q-Aryl sind, können in der folgenden Weise dargestellt werden, indem man die Verbindung (I) mit einem Äquivalent eines organischen Epoxids zur

In Reaktion (6) sollte die Temperatur zwischen 20 und 100 0C. vorzugsweise zwischen 40 und 80 0C liegen, der Druck sollte vorzugsweise 1-10 Atmosphären betragen, wobei ein Druck von 2 Atmosphären besonders bevorzugt wird, und das anfängliche molare Verhältnis der Reaktionspartner sollte vorzugsweise zwischen dem äquimolaren Verhältnis und einem leichten Überschuß der Verbindung (I) liegen, wobei das äquimolare Verhältnis besonders bevorzugt wird. Die bevorzugten Lösungsmittel für Reaktion (6) sind Cj-C*-Alkohole oder wäßrige Lösungen von Cj -C --Alkoholen, die bis zu 50 Volumenprozent Wasser enthalten. Besonders bevorzugte Lösungsmittel sind Cj-C,-Alkohole·

Das anfängliche molare Verhältnis der Verbindung (I) zum Epoxid in Reaktion (7) ist vorzugsweise gleich 1 zu 2, das besonders bevorzugte Verhältnis beträgt 1 zu 4» wobei die überschüssigen Epoxide nach der Reaktion zurückgewonnen werden. Es kann auch ein hoher Epoxidüberschuß verwendet werden. Für Reaktion (7) kann jedes chemisch träge Lösungsmittel wie Wasser, C-, -CV-Alkohole und Mischungen aus CL-Cg-Alkoholen und Wasser verwendet werden. Die in Reaktion (7) isolierten Produkte können durch Vakuumdestillation oder durch Rekristallisation aus einem geeigneten lösungsmittel, wie zum Beispiel einem C-j-C/--Alkohol, gereinigt werden.
Die Produkte von Reaktion (6) besitzen reaktionsfähige Protonen und reagieren in der folgenden Weise mit einem Äquivalent eines organischen Isozyanats, wobei Verbindungen ent-

In Reaktion (9) sollte die Reaktionstemperatur zwischen O und 120 °C und vorzugsweise zwischen 60 und 80 0C liegen, der Druck sollte vorzugsweise mindestens eine Atmosphäre betragen und das anfängliche molare Verhältnis des Produkts der Reaktion (7) zum organischen Isozyanat sollte vorzugsweise gleich Λ zu 2 sein. Es kann jedes beliebige chemisch träge, aprotoniache Lösungsmittel wie zum Beispiel ein Äther, ein Kohlenwasserstoff, Tetrahydrofuran oder Benzol verwendet werden.

In Reaktion (10) sollte die Temperatur zwischen 130 und 220 0C liegen, der Druck sollte vorzugsweise eine Atmosphäre betragen, und es ist kein Lösungsmittel erforderlich. Das Reaktionsprodukt kann durch Vakuumdestillation unter einem Druck von 10 - 55 Pa bei einer Temperatur von 120 - 160 0C gereinigt werden.
Man kann auch erreichen, daß die Verbindung (I) Einlagerungsverbindungen von Olefinen bildet, die aktivierende Gruppen wie Zyan, Alkanoyl-, Aroyl-, Alkoxykarbonyl-, Aminokarbonyl-, Sulfonyl- oder Karboxygruppen enthalten. In solchen Produkten ist R1 Wasserstoff und X ist -UR2R3, dabei ist R2 Wasserstoff und R^'ist Zyanoäthyl, C.-C11-Alkanoyläthyl, C0-C13-Aroyläthyl, Phenylsulfonyläthyl, C^-Cjc-Alkoxykarbonylathyl, C.-C^-Aminokarbonyläthyi oder Karboxyäthyl. Die im vorstehenden Abschnitt, aufgeführten 50 Verbindungen sind sämtlich Analoge der in Tabelle I angegebenen Verbindungen und können hergestellt werden, indem die letzteren Verbindungen als Ausgangsmaterialien verwendet und mit geeigneten Reakt-ionspartnern zur Reaktion gebracht werden, um eines oder mehrere von den verbleibenden reaktionsfähigen Wasserst off a'toaen. zu ersetzen, die an die benachbarten beiden Stickstoffatome gebunden sind oder sich an den Teilen befinden, die an diese Stickstoffatome gebunden sind. Als Beispiele für geeignete Reaktionspartner, die jedoch den Gegenstandsbereich der Erfindung nicht einschränken sollen, sind ungesättigte alpha-, beta- Karbonylverbindungen zu nennen,

zum Beispiel Acrylsäure und Alkylakrylate oder Akrylnitrile, Vinylsulfone, Alky!halogenide, Azylhalogenide, Aroy!halogenide, Oxirane, Akr-olein oder Vinylsulfone vom Alkyl- oder Aryltyp. Weitere Beispiele sind Äthylakrylat, Butylakrylat, Benzolsulfonyläthylen, Methylvinylketon, Oktylvinylketon, Phenylvinylketon, Methyljodid, Oktylbromid, Oktadekylbromid, 8-Bromoktanol, Azetylchlorid, Nonanoylchlorid, Benzoylchlorid, Äthylenoxid, 1,2-Epoxyoktan und Zyklohexenoxid.
Verfahren zur Darstellung von Verbindungen, in denen ein oder beide Wasserstoffatome des Stickstoffs an der Hydrazidgruppe substituiert sind, werden beschrieben in P.A.S. Benjamin Inc., New York 1966 und in The Chemistry of Amides (Chemie der Amide), Hrsg. Jacob Zabicky, S. 553, John V/iley & Sons, New York, 1970.
Die Verbindungen nach der Erfindung besitzen ungewöhnlich gute Insektizideigenschaften, insbesondere gegen die Ordnung Lepidoptera. Die Larvenstadien der Heliothis virescens (Tabakblütenraupe) und Heliothis zea (Baumwollsamenraupe) verursachen beträchtlichen Schaden an Baumwolle. Die Verbindungen nach der Erfindung unterscheiden sich von früheren, für die Insektenbekämpfung vorgeschlagenen zinnorganischen Verbindungen dadurch, daß sie eine hohe Wirksamkeit bei geringen Einsatzmengen und geringer oder völlig fehlender Phytotoxizität aufweisen.
Die Verbindungen nach der Erfindung sind besonders brauchbar für die Bekämpfung derjenigen Larven der Lepidoptera und

Die zum Schutz der Pflanzen angewendeten Mengen müssen unterhalb des Wertes gehalten werden, der eine Schädigung der Pflanze bewirkt, müssen aber die Schädlinge wirksam bekämpfen· Unter Geländebedingungen sind mit Erfolg Mengen zwischen 70 bis 560 g/ha (1 oz. und 8 oz) aktiver Substanz in einer ausreichenden Menge Wasser eingesetzt worden, um eine Dekkung des Blattwerks zu erreichen·
Die Verbindungen haben eine mäßige Restlebensdauer auf dem Blattwerk. Wenn der Befall durch den jeweiligen Schädling fortdauert, können wiederholte Anwendungen auf das Blattwerk in geeigneten Zeitabständen notwendig sein, um die Kultur zu schützen.
Es ist bekannt, daß in Gebieten, wo Insektizide wiederholt über eine Reihe von Jahren angewendet worden sind, gewisse Insektenarten immer schwerer zu bekämpfen waren. Man hat jedoch festgestellt, die die gleichen Insektenarten bei Anwendung der Verbindungen nach der Erfindung auf das Blattwerk der 7/irtspflanze leicht abgetötet werden.
Die Anwendung'der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen als Insektizide kann auf mehrere Arten erfolgen. Bei praktischen Anwendungen können die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen allein

oder aufgelöst oder suspendiert in geeigneten Trägersubstanzen wie Wasser, Alkoholen, Ketonen, Phenolen, Toluol oder Xylolen verwendet werden· V/ahlweise können ein oder mehrere oberflächenaktive Mittel und/oder indifferente Verdünnungsmittel den Rezepturen zugesetzt werden, um die Handhabung zu erleichtern. Die Rezepturen können die Form von Staub, körnigen Substanzen, benetzbaren Pulvern, Pasten, emulgierbaren Konzentraten, Aerosolen, Wasserlösungskonzentraten oder wasserlöslichen festen Substanzen haben. Zum Beispiel können die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen als Staub angewendet werden, wenn sie pulverförmigen festen Trägersubstanzen beigemischt oder, von diesen absorbiert sind, wie zum Beispiel verschiedenen Mineralsilikaten, beispielsweise Glimmer, Talk, Pyrophillit und Tonen, oder als Flüssigkeiten oder Sprays, wenn sie in einer flüssigen Trägersubstanz enthalten sind, wie zum Beispiel in Lösung in einem geeigneten Lösungsmittel wie Azeton, Benzol oder Kerosin oder dispergiert in einem geeigneten Medium, das kein Lösungsmittel ist, beispielsweise in V/asser. Die Verbindungen nach der Erfindung können mit oberflächenaktiven Dispersionsmitteln gemischt werden (siehe zum Beispiel US-PS Iir. 2 547 724, Spalten 3 und 4) i und zwar mit oder ohne ein organisches Lösungsmittel, als Konzentrate für den späteren Zusatz von Wasser zur Herstellung von wäßrigen Suspensionen der Chemikalien in der gewünschten Konzentration. Die Verbindungen nach der Erfindung können pulverförmigen festen Trägersubstanzen wie Mineralsilikaten zusammen mit einem oberflächenaktiven Dispersionsmittel beigemischt werden, so daß ein benetzbares Pulver gewonnen wird, oder sie können mit Wasser geschüttelt werden, um eine Suspension einer erfindungsgemäßen Verbindung und der pulverförmigen festen Trägersubstanz in Wasser zur Anwendung in dieser Form herzusteilen.

Beispiel 1 3-Trimethyistannylpropionsäurehydrazid
O-Trimethylstannylpropionsäurehydrazid, eine der Ausgangsverbindungen, die für die Darstellung der U-substituierten Triorganostannylhydrokarbylkarbonsäurehydr azide nach der Erfindung verwendet wurde, wurde unter Anwendung des folgenden Verfahrens dargestellt:
Eine Mischung aus 8,0 g (0,030 Mol) 2-( Äthyloxykarbonyl)-äthyltrimethyIstannan und 5 ml 95 %igen Hydrazins (0,15 Mol) in 10 ml Äthanol wurde zwei Stunden lang unter Rückfluß erhitzt. Die flüchtigen Bestandteile wurden bei reduziertem Druck entfernt. Die Destillation des Rohprodukts lieferte 5,26 g 3-Trimethylstannylpropionsäurehydrazid, Verbindung 148 von Tabelle I (in der die Schmelzpunkte und Siedepunkte der verschiedenen dargestellten Verbindungen aufgeführt sind). Das (reine) Infrarotspektrum des Destillats zeigte die folgenden charakteristischen Absorptionen: 3300 cm" (N-H),' 1660 cm*"1 und 1530 cm"1 .J? und 760 cm~1
o)o)· Ein Gaschromatogramm der Probe zeigte ein einziges Maximum in einer vom Handel bezogenen Säule von 189 mm χ 3,2 mm, die mit 10 % Silikonkautschuk auf silanisierter Diatomeenerde gepackt war. Verfahrens wurden zwei weitere Analoge der Verbindung von Beispiel 1 dargestellt; diese Verbindungen sind in Tabelle I als Verbindungen 146 und 147 aufgeführt.
3-TrimethylBtannylpropionsäure-i-methyläthylidenhydrazid
4,0 g (0,016 Mol) 3-Trimethylstannylpropionsäurehydrazid von Beispiel 1 und 5,0 ml (0,068 Mol) analysenreines Azeton wurden in einen einhalsigen 50 ml-Kolben gebracht, der mit einem Rührwerk ausgestattet war. Der Kolben wurde verstöpselt und die Lösung wurde dann etwa 15 Minuten lang umgerührt, wonach die Reaktionsmischung fest wurde. Durch Rekristallisation der lufttrockenen festen Substanz aus einem Azeton-Wasser-Gemisch, das 50 Gewichtsteile Azeton enthielt, erhielt man 3,8 g 3-Trimethylstannylpropionsäure-i-methyläthylidenhydrazid, Verbindung 1 von Tabelle I. Das Infrarotspektrum (KBr-Scheibe) zeigte die charakteristischen Banden bei- 3200 und 3050 cm"1 für Ή-Έ und bei 1655 und 1550 cm"1 für Karbonylabsorption von „

Die Kohlenstoff-Zinn-Bindung war durch Infrarotabsorptionsbanden bei 760, 522, 515 und 503 cm charakterisiert. Die kernresonanzspektroskopische Analyse ließ darauf schließen, daß die Verbindung als tautomere Mischung in CDCl.,-Lösung existiert, wobei eine Form über die andere dominiert. Unter Anwendung des Verfahrene und der Apparatur, die im vorstehenden Abschnitt beschrieben wurden, wurden weitere Säurehydrazide dargestellt, wobei Zyklohexanon, Azetophenon bzw. 1,3-Diphenyl-2~propanon als Ausgangsketon verwendet wurden, um 3-TrimethylstarinylpropionsMure-zyklohexylidenhydrazid, Verbindung 2 von Tabelle I, 3'-Trimethylstannyipropionsäure-(i-phenyläthyliden)hydrazid, Verbindung 14 von Tabelle I; und 3 '-Trimethylstanny!propionsäure-(1,3-diphenyl-2-propyliden)-hydrazid, Verbindung 23 von Tabelle I, zu gewinnen·
ß-Trimethylstannylpropionsäure-phenylmethylenhydrazid
In der in Beispiel 2 beschriebenen Weise wurden 3>0 g (0,012 Mol) 3-T^iiflethylstannylpropionsäureh.ydrazid mit 1,5 ml (0,015 Mol) Benzaldehyd in 2,0 ml Ethanol zur Reaktion gebracht. Rekristallisation des festen Produkts aus 95 folgern Xthanol ergab 3»6 g 3-Trimethylstannylpropionsäure-phenylmethylenhydrazid, Verbindung 3 von Tabelle I. Das Infrarotspektrum (KBr-Scheibe) zeigte N-H-Absorptionen bei 3100 cm" und eine Karbonylbande bei i67O cm" . Die Kohlenstoff-Zinn-Bindung lieferte charakteristische Absorptionen bei 770, 540, 520 und 505 cm. Die kernresonanzspektroskopische Analyse

3l-Trimethylstannylpropionsäure-2-{(phenylamino)karbonyl3-hvdrazid
Eine Lösung , die 2,51 g (0,01 Mol 3-Trimethylstannylpropionsäurehydrazid in 30 ml wasserfreiem Tetrahydrofuran (THF) enthielt, wurde in einem dreihalsigen Glaskolben gebracht, der mit einem Kondensator, einem Rührwerk und einem Tropftrichter ausgestattet war. 1,2 g (0,01 Mol) Phenylisozyanat wurden der Lösung bei Zimmertemperatur unter einer Stickstoff-Schutzatmosphäre sehr langsam zugesetzt. Die Reaktionsmischung wurde 20 Minuten lang umgerührt und dann zwei Stunden lang unter Rückfluß erhitzt, wonach das Lösungsmittel THF unter reduziertem Druck ausgetrieben wurde. Die entstehende kristalline feste Substanz wurde aus einer wäßrigen Äthanollösung kristallisiert, die 50 Volumenprozent Äthanol enthielt, wodurch 3,55 g (Ausbeute von 96 %) V-Trimethylstannylpropionsäure-2-/f (phenylamino)karbonyl J-hydrazid, Verbindung 4I von Tabelle I, gewonnen wurden. Unter Anwendung des im vorstehenden Abschnitt beschriebenen Verfahrens wurden weitere Verbindungen dargestellt, die Analoge der Verbindung 41 sind, wobei die geeigneten Reagentien verwendet wurden. Diese Verbindungen sind in Tabelle I als Verbindungen 40, 42 - 58, 93 und 127 aufgeführt·
3·-Trimethylstannylpropionsäure-2/f (phenylamino)thioxomethyl7-h ydrazid
Eine Lösung von 2,51 g (0,01 Mol) 3-Trimethylstannylpropionsäurehydrazid in 40 ml 95 %igen Äthanol wurde in einen dreihalsigen Kolben gebracht, der mit einem Kondensator, einem Rührwerk und einem Tropftrichter ausgestattet war. 1,36 g (0,01 Mol) Phenylisothiozyanat wurden sehr langsam bei Zimmertemperatur zugesetzt. Die Reaktionsmischung wurde 20 Minuten lang umgerührt und während der nächsten zwei Stunden allmählich erhitzt und dann unter Rückfluß gekühlt. Unter Anwendung des im vorstehenden Abschnitt beschriebenen Verfahrens wurden weitere analoge Verbindungen der Verbindung 59 unter Verwendung geeigneter Reagentien dargestellt. Diese Verbindungen sind in Tabelle I als Verbindungen 60 - 68 und 130 aufgeführt.
Beispiel 6 ß'-Trimethylstannylpropionsäure-2-(benzoyl)hydrazid
Eine Lösung von 2,51 g (0,01 Eiol) 3-Trimethylstannylpropionsäurehydrazid in 40 ml wasserfreiem Tetrahydrofuran (THP) und 10 ml Triäthylamin wurde in einen dreihalsigen Kolben gebracht, der mit einem Kondensator, einem Rührwerk und einem Tropf trichter ausgestattet war. 1,41 g (0,01 Mol) Benzoylchlorid, das in 10 ml wasserfreiem TH? aufgelöst war, wurde der Lösung allmählich unter einer Stickstoff-Schutzatmosphäre zugesetzt. Die entstehende trübe Mischung wurde bei Zimmertemperatur 30 Minuten lang umgerührt und dann allmählich bis

auf 40 0C erwärmt, lach 30 Minuten wurde die Reaktionsmischung abgekühlt und die feste Substanz'durch Filtration entfernt. Das Filtrat wurde unter vermindertem Druck verdampft und ergab ein festes Rohprodukt, das aus einer wäßrigen Ithanollösung mit 50 Volumenprozent Äthanol rekristallisiert wurde und 3»3 g (Ausbeute von 93 %) 3'-Trimethylstannylpropionsäure-2-(benzoyl)hydrazid, Verbindung 89 von Tabelle I, in Form von weißen Nadeln ergab. Das Infrarotspektrum zeigte die folgenden charakteristischen Absorptionen: 3150 und 3100 cm"1 (N-H); 1680 und I64O cm"1 (C=O); und 760 und 705 cnT (aromatisch). Das Kernresonanzspektrum

Eine Lösung von 3,55 g (0,024 Mol) Phthalsäureanhydrid in 25 ml Tetrahydrofuran wurde innerhalb eines Zeitraumes von 25 Minuten tropfenweise einer Lösung von 6,0 g (0,024 Mol) 3-Triinethylstannylpropionsäurehydrazid und 10 ml trockenem

Tetrahydrofuran in einem einhalsigen 100 ml_Kolben, der mit einem magnetischen Rührstab ausgestattet war, zugesetzt. Nach Entfernung des Lösungsmittels mit Hilfe eines rotierenden Verdampfers blieben 9,4 g eines festen 3'-Trimethylstannylpropionsaure-2-(2-karboxybenzoyl)-hydrazide, Verbindung 95 von Tabelle I, zurück» Das InfrarotSpektrum (KBr-Scheibe) zeigte die charakteristischen breiten Absorptionen für Karboxyl-OH von 3500 cm bis 2500 cm . Die verbreiterten Karbonylbanden wurden bei 1710 cm~ (Karbonsäure) und 1660 und 1610 cnT (Hydrazid) gefunden. Die Kohlenstoff-Zinn-Bindung ergab charakteristische Absorptionen bei 760, 520 und 505 cm~" · Das Kernresonanzspektrum (DMSOdg) zeigte die folgenden Absorptionen: ein sehr breites Maximum bei 12,90 delta (1H, COOH); zwei Singuletts bei 10,08 und 9,91 delta (2H, H-H); zwei komplexe Multipletts mit Zentrum bei 7,80 delta und 7,60 delta (4H, aromatisch); ein Triplett mit Zentrum bei 2,42 delta (2H, -CH2CO); ein Triplett mit Zentrum bei 0,94 delta (2H, -CH2Sn) und ein Singulett bei 0,09 delta (9H, Sn(CH3)3), flankiert von den J(117/119Sn-CH3)-Dubletten.
3 l-Trimethylstannylpropionsäure-2-(2-karboxybenzoyl) hydrazid, Natriumsalz
Die Verbindung aus Beispiel 7 wurde durch Verrühren einer wäßrigen Aufschlämmung von 4,6 g (0,012 Mol) von Verbindung 95 mit einer äquimolaren Menge Uatriumbikarbonat in ihr Katriumsalz umgewandelt. Die Reaktionsmischung wurde bei Zimmertemperatur eine halbe Stunde lang und bei 50 C eine Stunde lang verrührt. Die Reaktionsmischung wurde bei vermindertem Druck filtriert. Der Rückstand bestand aus 2,7 g

einer weißen festen Substanz, dem Uatriumsalz von 3'-Trime thylstannylpropionsäure-2-(2-karbo:xybenoyl)hydrazid, Verbindung 96 von Tabelle I, Das Infrarotspektrum (KBr-Scheibe) zeigte die Karboxylat-(-COO )-Funktion als eine starke Bande bei 1400 cm"" . 3 *-Trimethyls tannylpropionsäure-2,2-bis(2-hydroxypropyl)-
Eine Lösung, die 125 g (0,50 Mol) 3-Trimethylstannylpropionsäurehydrazid in 300 ml wäßriger Ithanollösung mit 50 Volumenprozent Äthanol enthielt, wurde in einen dreihalsigen Kolben gebracht, der mit einem Kondensator, einem Rührwerk und einem Tropftrichter ausgestattet war. 90 ml (1,3 Mol) Propylenoxid wurden bei Zimmertemperatur langsam zugesetzt und die Reaktionsmischung wurde 8 Stunden lang verrührt und danach 8 Stunden lang auf 40 0C erhitzt. Das Lösungsmittel wurde dann unter vermindertem Druck bei 80 C ausgetrieben. Das zähflüssige Produkt wurde zwei Stunden lang bei 60 80 0C unter Vakuum (13,3 Pa) getrocknet, um die letzten Spuren von'lthanol und Wasser zu entfernen, und ergab 181 g (Ausbeute von 98,5 %) einer zähen Flüssigkeit, 3'-Trimethy1-stannylpropionsäure-2,2-bis(2-hydroxypropyl)hydrazid, Verbindung 140 von Tabelle I. Das (reine) Infrarotspektrum zeigte die folgenden Absorptionen: 3350 cm"1 (OH); 3200 cm"

Unter Anwendung des im vorstehenden Abschnitt ausführlich ' beschriebenen Verfahrens wurden weitere analoge Verbindungen der Verbindung 140 dargestellt, wozu geeignete Reagentien verwendet wurden« Diese Verbindungen sind in Tabelle I als Verbindungen 133 - 139 und 141 - 144 aufgeführt.
3f-Trimethylstannylpropionsäure-2,2-bisZ~2-methyl-2-(phenylaminokarbonylosy) äthyl _7hydrazid
Eine Lösung, die 147 g (0,40 Mol) 3'-Trimethylstannylpropionsäure-2,2-bis(2-hydroxypropyl)hydrazid (Verbindung 140 aus Beispiel 9) in 350 ml trockenem Tetrahydrofuran enthielt, wurde in einen dreihalsigen Kolben gebracht, der mit einem Kondensator, einem Rührwerk und einem Tropftrichter ausgestattet war. 9,6 g (0,80 Mol) Phenylisozyanat in 100 ml trockenem Tetrahydrofuran wurden bei Zimmertemperatur unter einer Stickstoff-Schutzatmosphäre langsam zugesetzt. Die Reaktionsmischung wurde 30 Minuten lang umgerührt und danach 4 Stunden lang unter Rückfluß erhitzt (70 0C). Das Lösungsmittel wurde dann unter vermindertem Druck entfernt und man erhielt 240 g (Ausbeute von 99 %) einer dicken zähen Flüssigkeit, die bei Zimmertemperatur einen glasartigen Pestkörper bildete, 3'-Trimethylstannylpropionsäure-2,2-bisZ~2-methyl-2-(phenylaminokarbonyloxy) äthyl _7-hydrazid, Verbindung 105 von Tabelle I. Unter Anwendung des im vorstehenden Abschnitt beschriebenen Verfahrens und der geeigneten intermediären Hydrazidalkohole, die nach dem Verfahren von Beispiel 9 hergestellt wurden, wurden weitere Analoge dargestellt, Diese Analoge sind in Tabelle I als Verbindungen 100 -104, 106 - 126 und 132 aufgeführt.
3'-Trimethylstannylpropionsäure-2-(2-hydroxyzyklohexyl)-hydrazid
10 g (0,040 Mol) 3-Trimethylstannylpropionsäurehydrazid, 4,1 g (0,042 Mol) Zyklohexenoxid und 50 ml wäßrige Ithanollö'sung mit 80 Volumenprozent Äthanol wurden in einem einhalsigen 125 ml-Kolben gebracht, der mit einem Rückflußkondensator und einem Rührstab ausgestattet war. Die Reaktionsmischung wurde 69 Stunden lang unter einer Stickstoff-Schutzatmosphäre auf Rückflußtemperatür erhitzt. Flüchtige Stoffe wurden unter vermindertem Druck entfernt. Etwa 2 ml nichtreagierte3 Ausgangshydrazid wurden durch Destillation bei 0,133 Pa aus dem Produkt entfernt. Das zähflüssige Öl, das im Destillationskolben langsam auskristallisierte, war 3'-Trimethylstannylpropionsäure-2-(2-hydroxyzyklohexyl)-hydrazid, Verbindung 99 von Tabelle I. Das (reine) Infrarot-

1,36 g (0,11 Mol) Phenylisosyanat wurden einer Lösung von 4,0 g (0,011 Mol) 3'-Trimethylstannylpropionsäure-2-(2-hydroxyzyklohexyl)hydrazid (Verbindung 99 von Beispiel 11) in 25 ml trockenem Tetrahydrofuran unter einer Stickstoff-. Schu.tzatmosphäre zugesetzt. Die Reaktionsmischung wurde über Hacht umgerührt und das feste Produkt wurde dann filtriert; die Rekristallisation der festen Substanz lieferte 2,9 g 3l-Trimethylstannylpropionsäure-2-(2-hydroxyzyklohexyl)-2-(phenylaminokarbonyl)hydrazid, Verbindung 98 von Tabelle I. 2,67 g (0,012 Mol) 4-t.-Butylphenylvinylsulfon wurden in einen einhalsigen 100 ml-Kolben mit rundem 3oden gegeben, der eine verrührte Lösung von 3,0 g (0,012 Mol) 3-Trimethylstannylpropionsäurehydrazid und 50 ml 95 %igem Äthanol enthielt. Die Reaktionslösung wurde 5 Tage lang bei Zimmertemperatur verrührt, danach 1,5 Stunden lang auf 60 0C erhitzt und dann 2 Stunden lang unter Rückfluß erhitzt. Einer Lösung von 5,0 g 3-Trimethylstannylpropionsäurehydrazid in 50 ml 50 %igem wäßrigem Äthanol wurden 5t5 g einer 40 %-igen wäßrigen Formaldehydlösung zugesetzt, nachdem 4 Stunden lang bei Zimmertemperatur umgerührt wurde, bildete sich am Boden des Reaktionskolbens ein ölartiges Produkt. Das Lösungsmittel wurde unter Vakuum entfernt und das entstehende zähflüssige Produkt wurde unter Vakuum destilliert und ergab ein dickes zähes Produkt, Hexahydro-1,3,5-tris(2-trimethylstanny1-äthylkarbonylamino)-1,3,5-triazin, mit einem Siedepunkt von 120 - 126 0C bei 13,3 Pa, Verbindung 150 von. Tabelle I. Eine Molekulargewichtsmessung mittels Dampfdruckosmometrie ergab Übereinstimmung mit der zugeschriebenen Struktur. Aus dem Destillationsrückstand eines Präparats von mehreren Mol 3-Trimethylstannylpropionsäurehydrazid (Verbindung 148 von Beispiel 1) wurde ein festes Material zurückgewonnen. Die feste Substanz wurde aus wäßrigem Äthanol rekristallisiert und ergab 3f-Trimethylstannylpropionsäure-2-(3-trimethylstannylpropanoyl)hydrazid, Verbindung 97 von Tabelle I, Das Infrarotspektrum (KBr-Scheibe) zeigte die folgenden Absorptionen: 3220 und 3040 cm"1 (H-H); 1685 und I63O cm""1 (C=O); 755 cm" (CH3-Sn). Das Kernresonanzspektrum (CDCl3) zeigte: ein verbreitertes Singulett bei 9,24 delt'a (2H, HH); ein Multiplett mit Zentrum bei 2,46 delta (4H, CH2C=O); ein Multiplett mit Zentrum bei 1,0 delta (4H, CH2Sn) und ein Singulett bei 0,08 delta (18H, Sn(CH3J3), flankiert von den J(117/119Sn-CH3)-Dubletts.
Beispiel 17 ·
Die Wirksamkeit von zinnorganischen Verbindungen nach der Erfindung als Insektizide wurde nach den folgenden Verfahren getestet:

A) Test an Moskitolarven
Rezepturen wurden durch Auflösen von 30 mg einer zinnorganischen Verbindung in 10 ml Azeton hergestellt. Diese Lösung würde mit Wasser auf 1 ppm verdünnt. Zwei aliquote Teile von 25 ml wurden in Reagenzgläser gefüllt und dazu wurden 10 bis 25 im vierten Stadium befindliche Larven des Gelbfiebermoskitos, Aedes aegypti (Linnaeus) hinzugefügt. Die Reagenzgläser wurden 72 Stunden lang in Dunkelheit aufbewahrt. Am Ende dieser Zeitspanne wurde die prozentuale Vernichtung ermittelt. Die prozentuale Vernichtung wurde unter Verwendung der folgenden Gleichung berechnet:

B) Kontakttest für Blattläuse .
Durch Auflösen einer zinnorganischen Verbindung in einer geringen Menge Azeton und Zusatz eines geeigneten Benetzungsmittels wurden Testrezepturen zum Sprühen bei einer Konzentration von 1000 ppm hergestellt. Typischerweise wurden 0,6 g der zinnorganischen Verbindung in 10 ml Azeton aufgelöst (oder suspendiert), es wurden zwei Tropfen des Benetzungsmittels Triton-X100 (Warenzeichen)(entsprechend Oktylphenoxypolyäthoxyäthanol mit 9-10 Mol-% Poläthylenoxid) zugesetzt, und diese Mischung wurde in 300 ml Wasser suspendiert, um eine Suspension von 6000 ppm herzustellen· Ein aliquoter Teil wurde dann mit Wasser weiter auf eine Konzentration der zinnorganischen Verbindung von 1000 ppm verdünnt.

Pflanzen in einem Becher von 373 g (12 Unzen) Inhalt (1 Unze = 31»1 g) gezogen wurden, wurden zwei Tage vor der Behandlung mit Maisblattläusen Rhopalosiphum maidis (Pitch) besetzt. Mit jeder Rezeptur wurden 2 Becher durch Besprühen mit einem Sprühzerstäuber behandelt, wobei die Pflanzen auf einer Drehscheibe rotierten. Nach der Behandlung wurden die Pflanzen 5 Tage lang im Gewächshaus aufbewahrt. Am Ende dieser Zeitspanne wurde die prozentuale Vernichtung der Blattläuse auf der Basis der Verringerung der Populationsdichte im Vergleich zur unbehandelten Pflanze, die als Kontrolle verwendet wurden, geschätzt.
C) Würmertest des Insektizidrückstands nach einem Tag;
Die Testverbindungen wurden wie im Blattlauskontakttest, Abschnitt B, hergestellt, wurden aber mit Wasser weiter auf 500 ppm verdünnt.
In dem Test wurde Baumwolle im zweiten Primärblattstadium verwendet, wobei die Pflanzen in Töpfen von 373 g (12 Unzen) Inhalt (1 Unze = 31»1 g) unter Gewächshausbedingungen bei 21 - 24 0C gezogen wurden. Pur jeden Prüfling wurde eine Pflanze pro Topf (zwei Primärblätter) verwendet; für jede Konzentration der geprüften zinnorganischen Verbindung wurden zwei Prüflinge verwendet.
Die Pflanzen wurden unter Verwendung eines kleinen Zerstäubers mit den Dispersionen besprüht, so daß das Blattwerk gründlich eingeweicht wurde.

behandelten Blätter ein kreisförmiger Fleck Insektenleim aufgebracht und auf diese Eingrenzung wurden ausgewachsene Würmer der Art Tetranychus urticae Koch gesetzt.
Sechs Tage nach der Besetzung mit Würmern wurden die Pflanzen untersucht, um die Zahl der auf den Blättern verbliebenen ausgewachsenen lebenden Würmer festzustellen. Die prozentuale Vernichtung wurde durch Vergleich der ermittelten Anzahl der lebenden V/ürmer mit der auf den Kontrollpflanzen festgestellten Anzahl geschätzt.
D) Fütterungstest mit Tabakblütenraupen
Die Testrezepturen wurden wie in dem Blattlauskontakttest, Abschnitt B mit einer Konzentration von 1000 ppm hergestellt. Zwei Zehntel Milliliter der verdünnten Rezepturen wurden auf die Oberfläche von 5 Gramm einer synthetischen Hährmischung pipettiert, die in teilweise gefüllten Zellen einer Plastegeleeschale enthalten war. Mit jeder chemischen Verdünnung wurden jeweils 5 Zellen behandelt. Die !Nährmischung war eine modifizierte Vanderzant-Mhrmischung, die aus Weizenkeimen, Sojamehl, Agar, Zucker, Salzen, Vitaminen, Konservierungsmitteln und Wasser bestand· Die Geleeschalen besaßen 50 Hohlräume pro Blatt, wobei jeder Hohlraum ein Fassungsvermögen von etwa 2,5 x 4,0 χ 1,5 cm hatte.
Nach der Behandlung wurde in jede Zelle eine im dritten oder frühen vierten Stadium befindliche Larve der Tabakblütenraupe, Heliothis virescens (Pabricius) gesetzt. Die Schalen wurden dann mit einer Plaatefolie und einem steifen Kunststoff blatt abgedeckt und in einem Inkubator auf einer Temperatur von 27 °C gehalten.

Nach Ablauf einer Y/oche wurden die Schalen untersucht und i die prozentuale Vernichtung wurde ermittelt und nach der I Abbott'sehen Formel (siehe H) in bezug auf eine natürliche ί Sterblichkeit in den Kontrollproben korrigiert. umgedrehten Styrolschaumbecher abgedeckt wurden. Uach einer Standzeit von 5 Tagen im Gewächshaus wurden die überlebenden Würmer gezählt, um die prozentuale Vernichtung zu ermitteln, j die nach der Abbott'sehen !Formel in bezug auf eine natürliche Sterblichkeit bei den Kontrollpflanzen korrigiert wurde.

Beuteltest mit südlichen Maiswurzelraupen
Larven der südlichen Maiswurzelraupe, Diabrotica undecimpunctata howari Barber, wurden im dritten Stadium im Alter von etwa einer Woche verwendet.

Die Chemikalien wurden in Wasser mit einer Konzentration von 100 ppm zusammengestellt. 5 ml einer Lösung von 100 ppm wurden auf ein doppeltes Papierhandtuch pipettiert, das in einen Kunststoffbeutel von 1,136 1 (1 quart) Fassungsvermögen eingelegt wurde. Die Beutel wurden etwa 18 Stunden lang aufbewahrt, bevor sie mit 5 Larven besetzt wurden. Zwei 5 Tage alte Maissämlinge wurden etwa eine Stunde lang in dem chemischen Präparat eingeweicht und dann in den Plastebeutel gelegt. Die Beutel wurden geschlossen und sechs Tage lang einer Temperatur von 27 C ausgesetzt. Hach sechs Tagen wurden die lebenden Larven ermittelt und die prozentuale Vernichtung, korrigiert nach der Abbott'sehen Formel, wurde berechnet.
G) Test des Insektizidrückstands nach einem Tag mit Tabakblütenraupen auf Baumwolle \ _
Die Testrezepturen wurden durch Auflösen von 25 mg zinnorganischer Verbindung nach der Erfindung in einem ml Azeton hergestellt, wobei ein Tropfen Ernulphor 719, Warenzeichen eines handelsüblichen oberflächenaktiven Dispersionsmittels (Polyoxyäthyliertes Pflanzenöl) zugesetzt wurde, und in 50 ml Wasser suspendiert, so daß eine Konzentration von 500 ppm (Millionstel Teile) erreicht wurde. Aliquote Teile der Lösung wurden weiter mit destilliertem Wasser auf eine Konzentration von 100 ppm verdünnt. Es wurden Töpfe verwendet, die fünf Wochen alte Baumwollsämlinge enthielten. Mit jeder verdünnten Rezeptur wurden jeweils vier Pflanzen behandelt, wobei die Lösung mit einem Zerstäuber aufgebracht wurde. Am nächsten Tag wurde eine im dritten Stadium befindliche Larve der Tabakblütenraupe, Heliothis virescens (Fabricius) auf jede Pflanze gesetzt und durch ein darübergelegtes Mullnetz

eingeschlossen. Die prozentuale Vernichtung der Raupen wurde nach fünf Tagen im Gewächshaus ermittelt.
Kach Anwendung der Sprühlösungen wurden Pflanzen weitere zwei Wochen lang im Gewächshaus aufbewahrt und es wurden dann Beobachtungen der Phytotoxizität vorgenommen.

Die Ergebnisse der oben beschriebenen Tests sind in der untenstehenden Tabelle II dargestellt, wobei die Verbindungsnurcmern denjenigen in der obigen Tabelle I entsprechen. Wie aus den in Tabelle II dargestellten Ergebnissen ersichtlich 1st, zeigen die zinnorganischen Hydrazidverbindungen nach der Erfindung eine gute bis ausgezeichnete Insektizid-Aktivität für eine Vielzahl verschiedener Insekten.

Phenylazo, Carboxy, liitro, Alkalimetallcarbosy öder C2-C12 Alkoxycarbonyl, oder R.ist eine Pyridylen-bis-(carbonyl amino) gruppe, die zwei R-aSnACOUR1 -Gruppen verbinden, wobei R, A und R wie oben definiert sind; R° ist C1-C18 Alkyl, C3-C5 Alkenyl, C3-C10 Cycloalkyl, Cg-C10 Aryl, C3-C3 Alkoxycarbonylalkyl, Cy-Cq Aralkyl oder Phenyl, substituiert mit Halogen, C1-C12 Alkyl, C1-C. Alkoxy, Hitro, Cyano, Trifluoromethyl oder Alkalimetallsulfo.

Alkyl, Oo-Cg Cycloalkyl oder Cg-Cj0 Aryl ist; A ist C1-Cc- Alkylen oder C8 Aralkylen; R' istWasserstoff, C1-C12 Alkyl, CU-Cq Aralkyl, C2-C12 Alkanoyl, C^-C11 Aroyl, oder C1-C12 Alkyl, substituiert mit Hydroxy, Cyano, C1-C1. Alkoxycarbonyl, O1-C. Alkylsulfonyl, Cg-C10 Arylsulfonyl, C1-C^

4· Insektizides Mittel gemäß Punkt 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß es als Wirkstoff eine der folgenden Verbindungen enthält:
5. Verfahren zur Insektenbekämpfung bei Pflanzen, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß eine Pflanze mit einer insektentötend wirksamen Menge einer Verbindung der Formel
6, Verfahren gemäß Punkt 5, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die genannte Pflanze eine Baumwollpflanze ist und die genannten Insekten Heliothis virescens und Heliothis zea sind.
