Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft analoge Herstellungsverfahren neuer substituierter Arylcyclobutyl-methylamine, die in der Medizin als Heilmittel eingesetzt werden koennen. Ziel der Erfindung ist die Bereitstellung neuer, insbesonderer antidepressiv wirkender Praeparate. Erfindungsaufgabe ist die Entwicklung von Herstellungsverfahren fuer die substituierten Arylcyclobutyl-methylamine. Erfindungsgemaess hergestellt werden Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel I, worin R1 ein heterozyklischer Ring mit einem oder mehreren unter N, O und S ausgewaehlten Heteroatomen ist und R2, R3 und R4, die gleich oder verschieden sind, H, Hal, -CF3, OH, C1-C3-Alkyl, Alkoxy, Alkylthio, Phenyl darstellen oder R2 und R3 bilden gemeinsam mit den C-Atomen, an die sie gebunden sind, einen gegebenenfalls substituierten zweiten Benzolring. Die neuen Verbindungen und ihre Salze bzw.
