Abstract
The invention relates to a process for the washing of detergent granulate products in a fluidized bed, which is applicable in enterprises of the chemical industry. The aim of the invention to guarantee a homogeneous granular product, which does not deviate from predetermined tolerance ranges in such properties as Schuettdichte, particle size, chemical conversion, and does not tend to clumping and the technical task derived therefrom that the finished granulate products leaving the fluidized bed no oberflaechliche Moisture is achieved according to the invention that the finished granular products, within the fluidized bed, immediately before leaving the same by gravity or forcibly guided downwardly powdery solid components, which is not acted upon by liquid substances entering the fluidized bed in the inlet zone , briefly concentrated, superficially pollinated.
Description
<\usführungsbeispiel<\ Usführungsbeispiel
Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren soll am Beispiel der kontinuierlichen Herstellung eines granulierten Waschmittels in einem jnter stationären Bedingungen betriebenen Wirbelschichtapparat mit klassierend wirkenden Granulatproduktabzug, wie in der Figur 1 schematisch dargestellt, beschrieben werdenThe process according to the invention is described on the example of the continuous production of a granulated detergent in a stationary fluidized bed apparatus with a classifying granulate product take-off, as shown schematically in FIG
In the accompanying drawing and table are shown: Fig. 1: longitudinal section of the fluidized bed apparatus
Tab. 1: Compilation of the supplied powdery solid components and liquid substances The fluidized bed is made up of particles on the one hand to sweep the whole grain band spectrum between the powdery solid components and the finished granular product in terms of size, on the other hand, with respect to their ^ / erweilzeit the entire distribution between the time of Component entrainment and that of Granulatproduktaustrittes sense. To form the fluidized bed, the gas stream I is fed into the apparatus at a speed of 0.8 m / s. The gas stream II, which flows through the classifying-acting granulate product take-off at a speed of 3.5 m / s, causes a particle flow, the grain band spectrum is 90% between 0.7 and 0.8 mm, and its bulk density BOO kg / m 3 Leaving the apparatus. Immediately before the finished granulate product particles pass into the classifying granulate product take-off, they pass through an area in which the powdery solid components passed down by gravity are briefly concentrated after their entry into the fluidized bed and which is not exposed to liquid substances. Depending on superficial moisture, more or less of the powdered solid component particles remain attached to the finished granule products. As a result of this inventive step, a superficially dry granule product of high formulation accuracy, high and uniform chemical degree of conversion, uniform particle size, and excluded clumping tendency and white color is produced.
