Preferably, the reaction takes place in pyridine, which acts both as a base and as a solvent. The compound (V) is present in an excess of 2 molar equivalents, preferably in an amount of about .mu.mol equivalents. The reaction temperature is about 0 to about 50 ° C, usually about 15 0 C.
