Abstract
Fluor- und/oder silikonhaltige Blockcopolymere werden beschrieben als Copolymerisationsprodukte aus mono-, di- oder trivinylsubstituierten Poly(alkylenoxid)praepolymeren und Fluoroalkylalkylenacrylaten oder -methacrylaten (B 1), Oligosiloxysilylalkylacrylaten oder -methacrylaten (B 2) und wahlweise weiteren copolymerisationsfaehigen Comonomeren * Die neuartigen Blockcopolymere werden in Loesung oder im Blockverfahren hergestellt, zeichnen sich durch hohe Sauerstoffpermeabilitaet, Elastizitaet und Benetzbarkeit aus und eignen sich deshalb gut als biokompatible Polymere, insbesondere fuer Kontaktlinsen.{Fluor- und/oder silikonhaltige Poly(alkylenoxid)blockcopolymere; Kontaktlinsen; hohe Sauerstoffpermeabilitaet; hohe Elastizitaet; gute Benetzbarkeit}
Description
Entsprechend der Art ihrer Anpassung am Auge können zwei Klassen von Kontaktlinsen unterschieden werden. Bei harten Linsen ist der Sitz flacher als die Hornhaut selbst, so daß die Linse mit jedem Lidschlag vor- und zurückrutscht, wobei Tränenflüssigkeit und damit Sauerstoff sowie auch Zellenfragmente in den Raum unter die Linse hinein- und herausgedrängt werden. Harte Linsen werden immer dann bevorzugt, wenn ein Höchstmaß an Sehschärfe angestrebt wird und sich komplizierte Sehkorrekturen, wie z. B. bei Astigmatismus, erforderlich machen. Sie tragen sich allerdings weniger angenehm als die zweite Gruppe Kontaktlinsen - die weichen Linsen -, die so bezeichnet werden, da sie einen geringen Modul und abdeckende Eigenschaften besitzen und somit ruhig auf der Hornhaut aufliegen. Aufgrund ihrer Beschaffenheit lassen diese sich so nah wie möglich der Hornhaut anpassen, ohne dabei nennenswert vom Augenlid behindert zu werden. Wegen ihrer festen Haftung auf der Hornhaut müssen weiche Linsen eine ausreichende Sauerstoffpermeabilität besitzen, so daß die Versorgung der Hornhaut mit Sauerstoff gesichert ist.
Bei 40% Wasserenthaltendem Poly-(2-Hydroxyethylmethacrylat)-auch PoIy-HEMA genannt-,das das gebräuchlichste Material für weiche Kontaktlinsen darstellt, ist durch das Wasser für ausreichenden Sauerstoffluß gesorgt, so daß Poly-HEMA-Linsen tageweise getragen werden können. Die Sauerstoffpermeabilität O2 · DK eines Poly-HEMA-Hydrogels mit ~40% Wasser liegt bei 6,5 Barrers. In Hydrogelen mit höherem Wassergehalt, wie z. B. Poly-(N-Vinylpyrrolidon) oder PoIy-(Vinylalkohol)copolymeren, beträgt sie ~ 12,5 bei 50% Wasser, 15,5 bei 60% Wasser und 25 bei 70% Wasser. Somit wird durch solche stark wasserhaltigen Hydrogele die Herstellung weicher Kontaktlinsen ermöglicht, die längere Zeit, d. h. über mehrere Monate getragen werden können und nur einer periodischen Reinigung unterliegen. Allerdings haben stark wasserhaltige Hydrogele den Nachteil einer hohen Zerbrechlichkeit, insbesondere wenn sie- wie dies häufig der Fall ist - zur Erhöhung des Sauerstofflusses sehr dünn geschnitten sind.
Eine weitere Klasse von Werkstoffen füt die Herstellung weicher Kontaktlinsen sind Polysiloxangummi (PDMSi), die O2 · DK-Werte bis zu 500 Barrers erreichen können. Zu einigen diesor auf Polysiloxan basierenden Werkstoffe für weiche Kontktlinsen, darunter zu herkömmlichen, durch Hydrosylierung vulkanisierten Kautschuken, PDMSi-Polyurethanen und PDMSi-Polyacrylat-Blockcopolymeren, liegen bereits Beschreibungen vor. Um der schlechten Benetzbarkeit, die all diesen Materialien innewohnt, abzuhelfen und hier den für ein angenehmes und sicheres Tragen der Linse im Auge notwendigen Grad zu erreichen, ist eine entsprechende Oferflächenbehandlung erforderlich.
Handelt es sich um Kontaktlinsen, die aus wasserfreiem Nichthydrogelmaterial bestehen, so werden bisher polymorhaltige Siloxaneinheiten sowohl für weiche als auch für harte Kontaktlinsen mit erhöhter Sauerstoffpermeabilität verwendet. Eine weitere Gruppe sauerstofflußfördernder Mittel stellen fluorierte Gruppen dar, die bislang nur zur Herstellung harter Kontaktlinsen verwendet werden, obwohl sie aufgrund ihrer niedrigen Lipophilität sowie ihrer geringen Neigung zur Proteinadsorption auch in weichen Nichthydrogelkontaktlinsen den Siloxangruppen vorzuziehen wären. Handelt es sich dagegen um Material für weiche Hydrogelkontaktlinsen, so wird Fluor ebenso wie Siloxan zur Erhöhung der Sauerstoffpermeabilität eingesetzt, so daß in der Literatur Beschreibungen zur Verwendung vieler dieser silikon- oder fluorhaltigen Hydrogele als Kontaktlinsen zu finden sind. Bei diesen silikon- und/oder fluorhaltigen Hydrogelen kann die Sauerstoffpermeabilität 3-8mal höher liegen als bei Si- oder F-frelen Hydrogelen, wobei gleichzeitig die gute Benetzbarkeit von Hydrogelen weitgehend erhalten bleibt.
Polysiloxanhydrogele, die mit Wasser gequollene Copolymere aus 2-Hydroxyethylmethacrylat oder N-Vinylpyrrolidon (NVP) mit di-odertri-lmethacrylatlfunktionellen Poly-(dimethylsiloxan) darstellen, sind in der US-Patentschrift Nr.4.136.250zum Gebrauch als Arzneistoffreisetzungsmatrix, aber auch für Kontaktlinsen beschrieben. Copolymere aus Tri-siloxyhydroxyalkylmethacrylat mit HEMA und/oder NVP und Copolymere aus C,-C4-Dialkylacrylamiden mit Oligosiloxanyl-Silylalkylmethacrylaten können laut Beschreibung der US-Patentschriften 4.139.692 und 4.139.531 bzw. 4.182.822 und 4.343.927 ebenfalls für sauerstoffpermeable Kontaktlinsen verwendet werden. In dem US-Patent Nr.4.711.943 werden im wesentlichen ähnliche Si-haltige Acrylhydrogele beschrieben.

Bevorzugt werden Methoxy-Ethylacrylat und Methoxy-Ethylmethacrylat, Ethoxy-Ethylacrylat und Ethoxy-Ethylmethacrylat; Methylmethacrylat; Methylacrylat, 2-Hydroxyethylmethacrylat; N-Vinylpyrrolidon; N,N-Dimethyl-Acrylamid und -styrol und Ethoxy-Ethoxy-Ethylacrylat. Die Herstellung der vinyl-telechelon Poly-Alkylenoxide (A) kann entweder ganz einfach, in einem Schritt erfolgen, d. h. durch Reaktion von (Poly-Alkylenoxid)diolen oder Diaminen mit dem Halid, Anhydrid oder niederen Alkylestern der Acryl-, Methacryl-, Malein· oder Itakonsäure, oder einem Isocyanatalkylacrylat oder -methacrylat bzw. Styrolisocyanat, oder aber sie erfolgt als Alternative in zwei Schritten, d.h. erstens durch Reaktion mit einem organischen Diisocyanat, der sich, zweitens, eine Reaktion mit einem Hydroxy- oder Aminofunktionen aufweisenden Alkylacrylat, Alkylmethacrylat, Alkylmaleat, Alkylitakonat, Alkylvinylether, mit einer Allylverbindung oder mit Styrol anschließt. Bei der Synthese der vinyl-telechelen Poly-(Alkylenoxide) wird vorzugsweise auf eine Reaktion der Poly-(Alkylenoxid)diole oder •diamine mit vinylungesättigten Isocyanaten zurückgegriffen. Für die Bildung der Urethanbindung werden Katalysatoren in Mengen von 0,01-0,5Ma.-% verwendet. Typische Katalysatoren umfassen Zinn(ll)-oktoat, Dibutylzinndilaurat (DBTL) oder Amine, wie z. B. Triethylamin.
Die Copolymerisation der vinyl-telechelen Poly-(Alkylenoxid) (A) mit Comonomeren (B) und (C) kann mit Hilfe von Initiatoren erfolgen, die bei der Anwendung einer für die Polymerisation ungesättigter Ethylenmonomere üblicherweise benutzten Aktivierungsenergie freie Radikale erzeugen. Zu den Initiatoren freier Radikale zählen die herkömmlichen, wärmeaktivierten Initiatoren wie z. B. organische Peroxide und organische Hydroperoxide. Typische Vertreter für solche Initiatoren sind Benzoylperoxid.Tertiär-Butylperbenzoat, Diisopropylperoxydikarbonat, Kumolhydroperoxid, Azobis(isobutyronitril), u.a. Im allgemeinen wird der Wärmeinitiator in Mengen von ca. 0,01-5Ma.-% verwendet.
Bevorzugt wird hier die UV-initiierte Polymerisation unter Verwendung von Photoinitiatoren. Solche Initiatoren sind allgemein bekannt und wurden für das Gebiet dor Polymerisation, z. B. bereits in „Photochemistry", Kapitel II, von Calvert und Pitts, Jahn Wiley & Sons (1966) beschrieben. Bevorzugt werden hier Photoinitiatoren verwendet, die bei Bestrahlung der Verbindung polymerisationsfördernd wirken. Zu den typischen Vertretern zählen Acyloin und dessen Derivate, wie z.B. Benzoin, Benzoinmethylether, Benzoinethylether, Benzoinsopropylether, Benzoinisobutylether und a-Methylbenzoin; Diketone, wie z. B. Benzil und Diacetyl, usw.; Ketone, wie z.B. Acetophenon, α,α,α-Tribromoacetophenon, α,α-Diethoxy-Acetophenon (DEAP). 2-Hydroxy-2-Methyl-1-Phenyl-1-Propanon, o-Nitro-a.a.a-Tribromoacetophenon, Benzophenon und p.p'-Tetramethyldiamtaobenzophenon; a-Acyloximester, wie z. B. Benzil-(O-ethoxycarbonyl)-a-Monoxim; Keton/Amin-Kombinationen, wie z. B. Benzophenon/N-Methyidiethanolamin, Benzophenon/Tributylamin und Benzophenon/Michlers Keton; sowie Benzilketale, wie z.B. Benzildimethyiketal, Benzildiethylketal und 2,5-Dichlorbenzildimethylketal. Im Normalfall wird der Phqtoinitiator in Anteilen von 0,01-5 Ma.-% an der gesamten oligomeren Verbindung verwendet. Bevorzugt wird eine Verwendung von 0,1 bis 1,0% Photoinitiator in den polymerisationsfähigen Verbindungen. Die Polymerisation kann im Blockverfahren auf herkömmliche Art oder aber in Anwesenheit eines Lösungsmittel erfolgen. Speziell bei Poly-(Ethylenoxid) als (A) Grundbaustein sind zur Herstellung der Kompatibilität der Komponenten (A) und (B) in der Regel Hilfslösungsmittel erforderlich. Die notwendige Lösungsmittelmenge ist nicht nur abhängig von der Art und relativen Menge von (A) und (B), sondern auch von der Wahl des Comonomers (C), das für (A) und (B) als Lösungsmittel fungieren kann. Verwendbare Lösungsmittel zur Durchführung der Polymerisation umfassen Ketone, wie z. B. Azeton, Methylethylketon, Methylpropylketon, Methylisobutylketon und Cyclohexanon; Alkohole, wie z. B. Ethanol, Isopropanol oder Ethyl-Cellosolve; Ether, wie z. B. Ethylenglykol- oder Diethylenglykoldimethylether; Esterverbindungen, wie z. B. Ethylazetat oder Isopropylazetat; Dimethylsulfoxid; N-Methylpyrrolidon; Ν,Ν-Dimethylformamid; N,N-Dimethylacetamid u.a.
Die Polymerisation erfolgt in Formen beliebiger Gestalt aus Plaste, Glas oder Metall. Für die Herstellung von Filmen und Folien werden vorrangig Formen aus Glasplatten genutzt, die mit MYLAR oder anderen polymeren Filmen ausgelegt sind und von Klammern zusammengehalten werden, wobei ein Distanzstück gewünschter Dicke verwendet wird. Kontaktlinsen dagegen werden vorrangig in UV-durchlässige Plastformen hergestellt.
Nach vollständig erfolgter Polymerisation wird das Polymer aus der Form genommen. Sämtliche beteiligten Lösungsmittel werden entweder durch Vakuumtrocknung oder durch Extrahieren mit Wasser und wasserlöslichen Lösungsmitteln oder Gemischen entfernt. Als Lösungsmittel können Azeton, Ethanol, Methanol, Isopropanol u.a. verwendet werden. Ein weiteres brauchbares Verfahren zur Entfernung bestimmter Lösungsmittel ist die azetrope Destillation. Nach Entfernung des Lösungsmittels wird das Polymer in destilliertem Wasser äquilibriert, und sein Wassergehalt wird gravimetrisch bestimmt. Alle nachfolgenden Messungen werden dann an den wasseräquilibrierten Polymeren vorgenommen.
In den folgenden Beispielen erfolgt die Bestimmung dos Biegungswinkels auf 2,5 x 0,5 Zoll 1 mm dicken Gußscheiben durch Ermittlung des Winkels, den ein 2-Zoll-Überhang mit der Horizontale bildet. Die Sauerstoffpermeabilität wird mit einom O2-Permearneter, Modell 201-T (Createch) gemessen, wobei eine gepufferte Salzlösung (pH = 7) als Elektrolyt verwendet wird.

Physikalisch-mechanische Messungen werden mit einem INSTRON Testgerät, Modell 1123, auf Ο,β-1 mn dicken Scheiben durchgeführt.

Synthese von Poly-(Ethylenoxid)-Urethan
Dimethacrylat <
In einen 500-ml-Rundkolben, der mit einem magnetischen Rührstab, einem Gaseinleitungsrohr, Thermometer und Heizmantel versehen ist, werden 120g (0,0368m) Poly-Ethylenoxiddiol (PEO) mit einem Molekulargewicht von 33S0 gefüllt. Das PEO wird auf 80°C erhitzt, und das geschmolzene Harz wird 2 Stunden lang im Vakuum von £ 0,05-1 mm Hg gerührt; anschließend erfolgt die langsame Kühlung des Gemischs auf 5O0C, und das Vakuum wird mit trockener Luft aufgehoben. Dann werden 60g Isopropylazetat (IPAC) zugesetzt, so daß eine klare Lösung entsteht.
Über einen Zugabetrichter werden 11,18g (0,072m) 2-lsocyanatoethylmethacrylat und 21,8g Isopropylazetat der PEO-Lösung beigemengt. Mit 50g IPAC wird der Trichter ausgespült. Nachdem die vollständige Menge zugesetzt wurde, wird das Gemisch mit 0,071 g Dibutylzinndilaurat (DBTL) (0,15 mol-%) versetzt und bei 5O0C unter Trockenluft drei Stunden lang gerührt, bzw. so lange bis sämtliches NCO entsprechend den Bestimmungen der IR-Analyse aufgebraucht ist. Man läßt das Produkt abkühlen und kristallisieren und versetzt es dann mit 60g IPAC, so daß eine Suspension entsteht. Diese wird filtriert und getrocknet bis sich ein weißes Pulver mit einem Gewicht von 128,4g (98% der Theorie) bildet.
Mit dem in Beispiel 1 dargestellten Verfahren wird ein PEO-Di(urethanmethacrylat) unter Verwendung von PoIy-(Ethylenoxid)diol (Molekulargewicht 1450) hergestellt.
Synthese von Si-haltigen Poly-iEthylenoxidJblockcopolymeren
Es wird ein Gemisch aus 5g des PEO-Dimethacrylat aus Beispiel 1 mit 5g Tris-fTrimethylsiloxyJ-Silyl-Propylmethacrylat (Si4MA)), 4g N-Methylpyrrolidon (NMP), 6g Methylethylketon (MEK) und 0,4% Benzoinmethylether (BMÄ) als UV-Initiator hergestellt. Mit Hilfe eines Vakuums, das anschließend mit Trockenstickstoff aufgehoben wird, erfolgt die Entgasung der Lösung, die man danach in eine 0,5mm weite, mit MYLAR ausgelegte und mit Klammern zusmmengehaltene Glasform füllt. Dann erfolgt schließlich die Polymerisation durch 8stündige UV-Bestrahlung mit einer SYLVANIA-Black-Lite Blaulampe.
Die durchsichtige Polymerschicht wird aus der Form genommen, wobei der Austausch des Lösungsmittels mit Wasser zunächst
durch 12stündiges Eintauchen in destilliertes Wasser und dann durch einstündiges Sieden und 48stündige Äquilibrierung erfolgt.
Das entstandene durchsichtige, elastische Hydrogel enthält 54,4% Wasser und besitzt einen Biegungswinkel von 58° sowie eine
Sauerstoffpermeabilität DK von 52 Barrers. '
Synthese von Poly-Ethylenoxid Harnstoff-Dimethacrylat aus α, <d-Di-(1-methyl-aminoethyl)poly-(ethylenoxid) Ein Dreihalsrundkolbeti, der mit einem Rührwerk, einer Stickstoffeinleitung, Kühler, Thermometer und Tropftrichter versehen ist, wird mit 57,68g (0,020m) a^-Di(1-methyl-aminoethyl)poly-(ethylenoxid) mit einem Molekulargewicht von 2884 und 57,7g wasserfreiem Methylpropylketon beschickt. Die Lösung wird bei Raumtemperatur und unter trockenem Stickstoff gerührt.
Danach erfolgt über den Tropftrichter die langsame Zugabe von 6,20g (0,04 Mol) 2-lsocyanatoethylmethacrylat (Molekulargewicht 155), das in 6,2 g wasserfreiem Methylpropylketon gelöst wurde. Die leicht exotherme Reaktion wird bei 350C und darunter durch Wasserbadkühlung während einer Stunde gehalten, einer Zeit, in der die IR-Analyse die Beendigung der Reaktion anzeigt.
Beispiele 5-13
Entsprechend dem Verfahren aus Beispiel 3, wird das PEO-Harnstoff-Dimethacrylat aus Beispiel 4 mit verschiedenen fluorierten Comonomeren (F.-Mon) und weiteren Comonomeren gemischt, wobei als Lösungsmittel Methylpropylketon (MPK) verwendet wird. Nach Versetzung mit 0,5% Benzoinmethylether werden die Gemische entgast, in 1 mm dicke Formen gefüllt und einer 8stündigen UV-Behandlung unterzogen. Danach nimmt man die Polymerscheiben aus der Form. Es folgt eine 24stündige Extraktion durch Quellen in Ethanol, der sich eine Stunde Kochen in destilliertem Wasser und die Äquilibrierung in Wasser anschließt.
In nachfolgender Tabelle werden Zusammensetzung und Testergebnisse dargestellt.

In den Beispielen 26-50 wird die Synthese von silikon- und/oder f luorhaltigen Poly-(Propylenoxid)blockcopolymeren beschrieben.
Ein Dreihalsrundkolben, der mit einem Rührwerk, einer Stickstoffeinleitung, Kühler, Thermometer und Tropftrichter versehen ist, wird mit41,98g(0,020m)a,(u-Bis-(Aminopropyl)-Poly(propylenoxid) mit einem Molekulargewicht von 2099 beschickt. Unter trockenem Stickstoff wird die Lösung bei Raumtemperatur gerührtt, während langsam 6,20 g (0,040 m) 2-lsocyanatoethylmethacrylat (IEM) zugesetzt werden. Ein Wasserbad gewährleistet den Ablauf der leicht exothermen Reaktion des Gemisches bei 35°C, wobei die Kühlzeit von einer Stunde dem Zeitpunkt entspricht, an dem die IR-Analyse die Beendigung der Reaktion anzeigt.
Beispiele 30-32
ist, wird mit 100,75g (0,048 m) a,(u-Di-(aminopropyl)-poly-(propylenoxid) mit einem Molekulargewicht von 2099 beschickt. Untertrockenem Stickstoff wird die Lösung bei Raumtemperatur gerührt. Es erfolgt dann die Zugabe von 1,26 g (0,006 m)2,2,4(2,4,4)Trimethylhexan-1,6-diisocyanat (TMDI), wobei das Reaktionsgemisch für 2 Stunden auf einer Temperaturvon 280Cgehalten wird. Nach Ablauf dieser Zeit haben laut IR-Analyse auch alle NCO-Gruppen reagiert, und es entsteht ein teilweisekettenverlängertes Präpolymer, «Jas PPO und TMDI in einem Molverhältnis von 8:1 enthält. Im Anschluß daran werden langsamüber Tropftrichter 13,03g (0,084m) 2-lsocyanatoethylmethacrylat (IEM) (Molekulargewicht 155) zugesetzt. Der Ablauf der leichtexothermen Reaktion in Bereichen um und unter 3b°C wird durch ein Wasserbad gewährleintet, wobei die Kühlzeit von einer

Entsorechend dem Verfahren aus Beispiel 3 werden die Poly(propylenoxid)-dimethacrylate aus den Beispielen 26,27 und 28 mit fluorierten Comonomeren und weiteren Comonomeren gemischt und zur Reaktion gebracht. Dabei wird kein Lösungsmittel verwendet. Die klaren Gemische werden mit 0,2% Senzoinmethyläther (BME) versetzt und für die Polymerisationsstufe einer Sstündigen UV-Behandlung unterzogen. Nach erfolgter Polymerisation werden die durchsichtigen Polymerscheiben aus den Formen genommen, für eine Stunde in kochendes Wasser getaucht und schließlich in destilliertem Wasser äquilibriert. Eine Stunde lang wird das leicht exotherme Reaktionsgemisch auf einer Temperatur von 350C gehalten. Nach Ablauf dieser Zeit sind laut IR-Analyse keine freien NCO-Gruppen mehr vorhanden. Ein Dreihalsrundkolben, der mit einem Rührwerk, einer Stickstoffeinleitung, Kühler, Thermometer und Tropftrichter versehen ist, wird mit 59,95g (0,010m) a.cuDi-d-methylaminoethyO-poly-lethylenoxid), Molekulargewicht 5995, (Jeffamine-ED 6000) und 5995 g wasserfreiem Methylpropylketon beschickt. Unter trockenem Stickstoff wird die Lösung bei Raumtemperatur gerührt. Dann werden 4,02 g (0,020 Mol) m-lsopropenyl-alpha.alpha-dimethylbenzylisocyanat (Molekulargewicht 201), gelöst in 3,1 g wasserfreiem Methylpropyiketon, langsam über den Tropftrichter zugesetzt. Ein Wasserbad gewährleistet den Ablauf der leicht exothermen Reaktion in Bereichen um und unter 350C, wobei die Kühlzeit von einer Stunde dem Zeitpunkt entspricht, an dem eine IR-Analyse die Beendigung der Reaktion anzeigt.
Beispiels 56-59
Fluorierte Copolymerhydrogele werden entsprechend dem allgemeinen Verfahren aus Beispiel 3 hergestellt, jedoch unter Verwendung der PEO-Makromere aus Beispiel 53 und 55 und 25% Methylpropylketon als Lösungsmittel. Folgende Eigenschaften wurden gemessen:

Die Makromer-Monomer-Gemische aus Beispiel 16,56,57,58 und 59 werden in Poly-Propylenkontaktlinsenformen gefüllt, welche dann mit einer „SYLVANIA Blacklite" Blaulampe für vier Stunden UV-bestrahlt werden. Anschließend öffnet man die Formen und löst die Linsen bei Äquilibrierung in destilliertem Wasser heraus. Als Ergebnis erhalten wir durchsichtige, benetzbare, weiche Kontaktlinsen.
Unter Verwendung des gleichen, in Beispiel 60 beschriebenen Verfahrens erfolgt die Herstellung von Kontaktlinsen mit den PRO-Makromer-Monomerlösungen aus Beispiel 45 und 47. Als Ergebnis erhalten wir durchsichtige, welche Kontaktlinsen.

Claims (45)
- Patentansprüche:1. Copolymer, das sauerstoffdurchlässig, elastisch benetzbar, biokompatibel und für augenoptische Geräte, wie z. B. Kontaktlinsen verwendbar ist und das Polymerisationsprodukt aus(A) 10 bis 80 Masseanteile in % eines vinyl-telechelen Polyethers oder eines daraus bestehenden Gemischs(B) 90 bis 20 Masseanteile in % eines(B-1) fluorierten ungesättigten Ethylenmonomers oder eines(B-2) silikonhaltigen ungesättigten Ethylenmonomers bzw. eines Gemischs aus Monomer (B-1) und Monomer (B-2) und(C) 0 bis 60 Masseanteile in % eines ungesättigten Ethylenmonomers oder eines Gemischs aus weiteren, nicht unter (B-1) und (B-2) aufgeführten Monomerendarstellt.
- 2. Copolymer nach Anspruch 1, worin dervinyl-telechele Polyether (A) die Formel (A)r HIiV1(Q)/ - -(NR2J0-O-(PE)-O-(R2N)8-YII-(NR2VO-(PE)-O-(R2N)n-Q-Vbesitzt, worin PE ein durchschnittliches Molekulargewicht (MG) von etwa 500 bis etwa 10000 hat und die Formel(CIl2)XIl-O-(CH2)XII-O i-(CIl2)XlI-O-(CH2)XH-besitzt, worinη Ibis 3 istk, d und ρ ganze Zahlen von 0 bis 300 sind und die Summek + d + ρ 7 bis 300 beträgt.R1, R1 und R1 unabhängig voneinander Wasserstoff oder Methyl sind, unter der Bedingung, daß,wenn η 3 ist, R1, R1 und R1 Wasserstoff sind,
a Null oder 1 ist,m eine ganze Zahl von Null bis 2 ist,I Null oder 1 ist,R2 einlinearesoderverzweigtesAlkylenmit2bis4 Kohlenstoffatomen ist;-CN-Ra-NC-oder-C-4 ö 4ist, worin R3 eine zweiwertige aliphatische Gruppe mit 2 bis 14 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine zweiwertige 5- oder 6gliedrige cycloaliphatische Gruppe mit 5 bis 15 C-Atomen oder eine Arylengruppe mit 6 bis 14 C-Atomen darstellt, unter der Bedingung, daß, wenn Y OaI ist,Q ausgewählt wird aus (dargestellt in Verbindung mit V):

Copolymer nach Anspruch 2, worin der Polyether PE ein Poly(ethylenoxid) (PEO) mit einem Molekulargewicht von 500-10000, ein Poly(propylenoxid) (PPO) mit einem Molekulargewicht von 500-10000, ein Poly(ethylenoxid-copropylenoxid) mit beliebiger oder blockcopolymerer Struktur im Verhältnis PEO:PPO von 1:30 bis 30:1 und einem Molekulargewicht von 500-10000, oder ein Poly(tetramethylenoxid) mit einem Molekulargewicht von 500-10000 darstellt.
- 4. Copolymer nach Anspruch 3, worin der Polyether PE ein Poly(ethylenoxid) mit einem Molekulargewicht von 1000-8000 oder ein Poly(ethylenoxid-co-propylenoxid) mit einem Molekulargewicht von 1000-10000 darstellt und worin a 1 ist und R2-CH2-CH- »CH3bedeutet.
- 5. Copolymer nach Anspruch 3, worin der Polyether ein Poly(propylenoxid) mit einem Molekulargewicht von 1000-8000 darstellt, a 1 ist und R2-CH2-CH-CH3bedeutet.
- 6. Copolymer nach Anspruch 3, worin QV Q2V entspricht, worin dabei Q2R3 ein zweiwertiges Radikal ist, das durch Abspaltung der zwei -NCO-Gruppen von einem Diisocyanat entsteht, das aus folgenden Gruppen ausgewählt wird:Ethylendiisocyanat, 1,2-Diisocyanatopropan, 1,3-Diisocyanatopropan, 1,6-Diisocyanatohexan, 1,2-Diisocyanatocyclohexan, 1,3-Diisocyanatacyclohexan, 1,4-Diisocyanatobenzen; Bis(4-IsocyanatocyclohexyUmethan, Bis(4-Isocyanatocyclohexenyl)methan, Bis(4-Isocyanatophenyl)-Methan, 2,6- und 2,4-Toluoldiisocyanat; 3,3'-Dichlor-4,4'-Diisocyanatobiphenyl;1,5-Diisocyanatonaphthalin, hydriertes Toluoldiisocyanat; i-lsocyanatomethyl-5-lsocyanatot,3,3-Trimethylcyclohexan (= lsophorondiisocyanat); 2,2,4-(2,4,4)-Trimethylhexan-1,6-Diisocyanat, 2,2'-Diisocyanatodiethylfumarat; I.B-Diisocyanato-I-Carboxypentan; 1,2-, 1,3-, 1,6-, 1,7-, 1,8-, 2,7- und 2,3-Diisocyanatonaphthalin; 2,4- und 2,7-Diisocyanato-i-Methylnaphthalin; 4,4'-Diisocyanatobiphenyl;4,4'-Diisocyanato-3,3'-Diisocyanato-6(7)-Methylnaphthalin;4,4'-Diisocyanato-2,2'-Dimethylbiphenyl; Bis-(4-lsocyanatophenyl)ethan; und Bis(4-IsocyanatophenyDether, und V-(COJb-Xr-R4-X das Radikal ist, das durch Abspaltung des aktiven Wasserstorfatoms von einer Hydroxyl- oder Aminogruppe einer Verbindung entsteht, die aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus 2-Hydroxyethylacrylat und -methacrylat, 2- und 3-Hydroxypropylacrylat und -methacrylat; 4-Hydroxybutylacrylat und -methacrylat; Glycerindimethacrylat; Hydroxyethylmaleat und-fumarat; 2-Hydroxyethyl-und 4-Hydroxy-Butylvinylether; N-Tert.-Butyl-Aminoethylmethacrylat, N-(3-Hydroxypropyl)-methacrylamid; Vinyl-Benzylalkohol und Allylalkohol, ausgewählt wird.
- 7. Copolymer nach Anspruch 6, worin Diisocyanat lsophorondiisocyanat, 2,2,4-(2,4,4)-Trimethylhexan-1,6-Düsocyanat, 2,4-Toluoldiisocyanat oder2,6-To]uoldiisocyanat ist, die den aktiven Wasserstoff enthaltende Vinylverbindung 2-Hydroxyethylmethacrylat, 2-Hydroxyethylacrylat oder N-tert.-Butyl-Aminoethylmethacrylat darstellt.
- 8. Copolymer nach Anspruch 3, worin QV Q3V entspricht und V-COO-R5 das Radikal ist, das durch Abspaltung der-NCO-Gruppe von einer Isocyanatverbindung entsteht, deren Auswahl aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus 2-lsocyanatoethylmethacrylat, 2-lsocanatoethylacrylat, 3-lsocyanatopropylmethacrylat, I-Methyl^-Isocyanatoethylmethacrylat und 1,1-Dimethyl-2-Isocyanatoethylacrylat, erfolgt.
- 9. Copolymer nach Anspruch 8, worin die Isocyanatverbindung 2-lsocyannatoethylmethacrylat ist.
- 10. Copolymer nach Anspruch 3, worin QV Q4V entspricht und V-R8- das Radikal darstellt, das durch Abspaltung der-NCO-Gruppe von 2-lsocyanatobutylvinylether, Styrolisocyanat oder m-lsopropenyl-alpha, alpha-Dimethylbenzylisocyanat erhalten wird.
- 11. Copolymer nach Anspruch 10, worin das Isocyanat m-lsopropenyl-alpha, alpha-Dimethylbenzylisocyanat ist.
- 12. Copolymer nach Anspruch 4, worin QV Q3V entspricht und V-COOO-R5 das Radikal ist, das durch Abspaltung der-NCO-Gruppe von einer Isocyanatverbindung entsteht, die aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus 2-lsocyanatoethylmethacrylat, 2-lsocyanatoethylacrylat, 3-lsocyanatopropylmethacrylat, 1-Methyl-2-lsocyanatoethylmethacrylat und 1,1-Dimethyl-2-Isocyanatoethylacrylat ausgewählt wird.
- 13. Copolymer nach Anspruch 4, worin QV Q4V entspricht und V-R6- das Radikal darstellt, das durch Abspaltung der-NCO-Gruppe von 2-lsocyanatobutylvinylether, Styrolisocyanat oder m-lsopropenyl-alpha, alpha-Dimethylbenzylisocyanat erhalten wird.
- 14. Copolymer nach Anspruch 5, worin QV Q3V entspricht und V-COO-R5 das Radikal ist, das durch Abspaltung der-NCO-Gruppe von einer Isocyanatverbindung entsteht, die aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus 2-lsocyanatoethylmethylacrylat, 2-lsocyanatoethylacrylat, 3-lsocyanatopropylmethacrylat, i-Methyl-2-lsocyanatoethylmethacrylat und 1,1-Dimethyl-2-Isocyanatoethylacrylat, ausgewählt wird.
- 15. Copolymer nach Anspruch 5, worin QV Q4V entspricht und V-Re- das Radikal darstellt, das durch Abspaltung der-NCO-Gruppe von 2-lsocyanatobutylvinylether, Styrolisocyanat oder m-lsopropenyl-alpha, alpha-Dimethylbenzylisocyanat erhalten wird.
- 16. Copolymer nach Anspruch 12, worin die Isocyanatverbindung 2-lsocyanatoethylmethacrylat ist.
- 17. Copolymer nach Anspruch 13, worin das Isocyanat m-lsopropenyl-alpha, alpha-Dimethylbenzylisocyanat ist.
- 18. Copolymer nach Anspruch 14, worin das Isocyanat 2-lsocyanatoethylmethacrylat ist.
- 19. Copolymer nach Anspruch 15, worin das Isocyanat m-lsopropenyl-alpha, alpha-Dimethylbenzylisocyanat ist.
- 20. Copolymer nach Anspruch 2, worin PE Poiy(ethylenoxid), Poly(propylenoxid) oder Poly(ethylenoxid-co-propylenoxid) ist und QV Q2V, Q3V oder QV entspricht.
- 21. Copolymer nach Anspruch 20, worin QV Q3V oder QV entspricht und a 1 ist.
- 22. Copolymer nach Anspruch 1, worin (B-1) ein fluorhaltiges Monomer mit mindestens drei Fluoratomen darstellt, dessen Auswahl aus der Gruppe, bestohend aus Hexafluorisopropylacrylat und -methacrylat, Perfluorcyclohexylacrylat und -methacrylat, Pentafluorstyrol und den Acrylat- und Methacrylatestern und -amiden der FormelCH2=<p-COX(CH2)r-W-Rf (I)Rierfolgt, worinRf -(CF2),CF2L oder-(CF2CF2)qOCF(CF3)2 ist,
Ri Wasserstoff oder Methyl ist,X Sauerstoff OdBr-NR7-Ist, wobei R7 eine Alkylgruppe mit 1-5 Kohlenstoffatomen darstellt, r eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 4 ist,
t eine ganze Zahl von 0 bis 14 ist,
q eine ganze Zahl von 1 bis 3 ist,L Wasserstoff oder Fluor unter der Bedingung ist, daß, wenn 10 ist, L Fluor ist; und W eine direkte Bindung oder eine zweiwertige Gruppe mit der Struktur-NRy-CO-; -NR7SO2-(CH2),; -NR7SO2-; -S-(CH2)r;-NRHCH2Jr-NR7SO2-; oder-NHCO- ist. - 23. Copolymer nach Anspruch 1, worin (B-1) ein fluoriertes Monomer darstellt, dessen Auswahl aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus Hexafluorisopropylacrylat, Hexafluorisqpropylmethacrylat oder einer Verbindung der in Anspruch 22 definierten Struktur (I) erfolgt, wobei W eine direkte Bindung darstellt und L Fluor ist.
- 24. Copolymer nach Anspruch 22, worin X Sauerstoff, W eine direkte Bindung, R1 Wasserstoff, r 2,16 bis 10 und L Fluor sind; oder in welchem r 1 oder 2 ist, 11 bis 4 ist und Fluor ist bzw. R1 Methyl ist, r 2 ist, 14 bis 10 ist und L Fluor ist.
- 25. Copolymer nach Anspruch 22, worin r 1 oder 2 ist, 11 bis 4 ist und L Fluor ist.
- 26. Copolymer nach Anspruch 22, worin R Methyl darstellt, r 2 ist, 14 bis 10 ist und L Fluor ist.
- 27. Copolymer nach Anspruch 1, worin (B-2) ein silikonhaltiges Vinylmonomer ist, das ein Oligosiloxanyl-silyl-alkylacrylatoder-methacrylatmit2 bis 10 Siliziumatomen darstellt.

Copolymer nach Anspruch 27, worin das Monomer aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus TrisitrimethylsiloxyJ-silyl-propyKmethJacrylatjTriphenyldimethyldisiloxanylmethyl(meth)acrylat, Pentamethyldisiloxanylmethylacrylat, Tert-ButyltetramethyldisiloxanylethyKmethjacrylat, Methyl-DidrimethylsiloxyJsilylpropylglylceryKmethJacrylat.'Pentamethyldi-siloxanyl-methylmethacrylat; HeptamethylcyclotetrasiloxymethylmethacrylatjHeptamethylcyclotetrasiloxypropylmethacrylat; (TrimetnylsilyO-dekamethyl-pentasiloxy-propylmelhacrylat und Undekamethylpentasiloxypropylmethacrylat ausgewählt wird.
- 29. Copolymer nach Anspruch 28, worin das Monomer TrisftrimethylsiloxyJ-silyl-propylmethacrylat ist.
- 30. Copolymer nach Anspruch 1, worin Komponente (B) 40 bis 80 Masseanteile in % des Copolymers entspricht.
- 31. Copolymer nach Anspruch 30, worin Komponente (B) 50 bis 70 Masseanteile in % des Copolymers entspricht. ,
- 32. Copolymer nach Anspruch 1, worin Komponente (C) ein Monomer darstellt, das ausgewählt wird aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus Methacrylat, Ethylacrylat, n- und Isopropylacrylat, Cyclohexylacrylat, Trimethylcyclohexylacrylat, Phen· «lacrylat, Benzylacrylat und den entsprechenden Methacrylaten; Furfurylacrylat und -methacrylat; Methoxy-ethyl-, Ethoxy-ethyl- und Ethoxy-ethoxyethylacrylat und -methacrylat; 2-Hydroxyethyl-acrylat und -methacrylat, 3-Hydroxypropylacrylat,-methacrylat und -methacrylamid; Glycidylmethacrylat; Ν,Ν-Dimethacrylamid; N-lsopropyl-acrylamid; n-Vinylacotamid; N-Vinylpyrrolidon; Dimethylamino-ethylmethacrylat und -methacrylamid; Acryl- und -methacrylsäure; Vinylsulfonsäurestyrol, 4-Styrolsulfonsäure und 2-Methacrylamido-2-methyl-propan-sulfonsäure und ihren Salzen und Gemischen davon.
- 33. Copolymer nach Anspruch'32, worin das Monomer Methoxy-ethylacrylat und Methoxyethylmethacrylat, Ethoxy-ethylacrylat und Ethoxyethylmethacrylat; Methylmethacrylat; Methylacrylat; 2-Hydroxyethylmethacrylat; N-Vinylpyrrolidon; Ν,Ν-Dimethylacrylamid und -styrol und Ethoxy-ethoxy-ethylacrylat oder Gemische davon darstellt.
- 34. Copolymer nach Anspruch 1, worin Komponente (C) 5 bis 60 Masseanteile in % des Copolymers entspricht.
- 35. Copolymer nach Anspruch 34, worin Komponente (C) 10 bis 50 Masseanteile in % des Copolymers entspricht.
- 36. Copolymer nach Anspruch 1, das eine Kontaktlinse ist.
- 37. Copolymer nach Anspruch 1, worin der Polyether PE ein fluorierter Polyether mit einem MW von 600-5000 und einer Struktur HO-CH2CF2(C2F4O)x(CF2O)yCF2CH2-OH ist, worin χ und y unabhängig voneinander ganze Zahlen von 6 bis 50 darstellen.
- 38. Copolymer nach Anspruch 4, worin die Menge von Komponente (C) null beträgt.
- 39. Copolymer nach Anspruch 4, worin Komponente (A) 15 bis 30 Masseanteile in % des Copolymers entspricht.
- 40. Copolymer nach Anspruch 5, worin Komponente (A) 30 bis 60 Masseanteile in % des Copolymers entspricht.
- 41. Copolymer nach Anspruch 38, das eine Kontaktlinse ist.
- 42. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Copolymers nach Anspruch 1, bei dem eine Copolymerisation des Monomergemischs auf herkömmliche Art erfolgt.
- 43. Verwendung eines Copolymers nach Anspruch 1 für die Herstellung einer Kontaktlinse.
- 44. Kontaktlinse, enthaltend ein Copolymer, wie es in Anspruch 1 definiert ist.
- 45. Kontaktlinse, bestehend im wesentlichen aus einem Copolymer, wie es in Anspruch 1 definiert ist.
