Description
A method for producing a bonded fiber material have already been `many attempts to improve the properties of improving fiber material by connecting the fibers of a web or a Wirrvleses with a binder. However have. all of these products den. Disadvantage, that their softness and tear resistance are reduced -...
Verbundenes Fasermaterial das unter der Bezeichnung "nichtgewebte
Textilien".
In the case of the known bonded fiber material, such as random nonwovens, the entire fiber surface is covered with the binding agent and adheres to it. Therefore, the effects of the fiber softeners and waterproofing agents are only slight.
Polyamid--, Polyester-., Polyolefin-, Polyacrylnitril-, Polyvinyldenchloridfasern
Weiterhin können, genau wie bei .den bekannten Bindemitteln, falls erforderlich, Weichmacher zum Einstellen des Weichheusgrades des Bindemittels, Vernetzungsmittels, Farbstoffe., Füll-Stoffe usw. verwendet werden..Furthermore, just as with the known binders, if required, plasticizer to adjust the degree of softening of the binder, crosslinking agent, Dyes., Fillers, etc. are used ..
(A) muß also möglichst gut herausgelöst werden.
Furthermore, the well-known synthetic cedar, which by joining a fiber base with a binder is obtained, a low hygroscopicity and Wasserabslrptionsfäes ability, why / for shoes, clothing, etc., which with the human body in contact is not so well suited. These disadvantages however, are overcome by the invention. Furthermore, the textiles obtained in this way are very good - suitable as wiping cloths. They are due to their excellent water absorption capacity and the great softness, the good drapability and the high tear resistance comparable to the natural poacher.
(A) hergestellt wurde. -
