Die erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen haben interessante phannakologische Eigenschaften. Sie weisen insbesondere
eine sehr starke zentrale Wirksamkeit auf, die sich sowohl in einer antidepressiven Wirkung, die gegebenenfalls
durch Monoaminooxydase-Hemmung verursacht sein kann, als auch in einer sedativen oder antikonvulsiven
Wirkung äußern kann.
Insbesondere diejenigen Verbindungen nach der Erfindung, ;n denen sowohl R, als auch R2 ein Wasserstoffatom
darstellen, haben eine starke Wirksamkeit und sind besonders bevorzugt.
Die monoaminooxydase-hernmende Wirkung von Verbindungen der Formel I wurde bei Versuchen gefunden,
in denen fünf männlichen Albincmäusen eine bestimmte Menge einer Versuchsverbindung intraperitoneal
oder oral verabreicht wurde. Eine Stunde später wurde den Tieren 2S0 mg/kg Tryptamin-hydrochlorid subkutan
eingespritzt Diese Menge führte bei einigen Tieren, weiche die Versuchsverbindung empfangen hatten,
zum Tode, bei den nicht behandelten blieb sie uh:;e Wirkung. 18 Stunden nach der Verabreichung des Tryptamin-hydrochlorids
wurde bestimmt, wieviele der behandelten Tiere gestorben waren. Aus den Ergebnissen
wurde die ED50 ermittelt.
Die antidepressive Wirkung von Verbindungen der Formel I wurde im Tetrabenazinversuch bestimmt Dabei
wurde fünf männlichen Aibinomäusen eine bestimmte Menge der Versuchsve'bindung intraperitoneal oder
oral verabreicht. Nach 45 Minuten wurde den Tieren 80 mg/kg Tetrabenaz'n subkutan gespritzt Nach abermals
45 Minuten wurde das Ausmaß der Ptosis bestimmt und mit der Ptosis von Tieren verglichen, die nur
Tetrabenazin empfangen hatten. Aus den Ergebnissen wurde die ED30 ermittelt.
Die sedative Wirkung von erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen wurde im Hexobarbitalschlafversuch gefunden.
Bei diesem Versuch wurde eine Versuchsverbindung j0 Minuten bzw. 60 Minuten vor einer gerade nicht
narkotischen Dosis Hexobartilal (3G mg/kg) intravenös bzw. oral verabreicht. Das Kriterium für die Wirksamkeit
des Stoffs war die Induktion der Narkose. Aus einer Reihe von Versuchen mit wechselnden Dosierungen
wurde die ED50 errechnet.
Die antikonvulsive Wirkung von erfin&ungsgemäßen Verbindungen gegen Elektroschock wurde be: weiblichen
Mausen 30 Minuten nach intraperitonealer oder 60 Minuten nach oraler Verabreichung der Versuchs verbindung
bestimmt.
Der Einfluß von Verbindungen auf die konvulsive Wirkung einer intravenös verabreichten Dusis Pentamethylentetrazol
(50 mg/kg) wurde gleichfalls bei weiblichen Mäusen 30 Minuten nach intraperitonealer bzw. 60
Minuten nach oraler Verabreichung einer Verbindung bestimmt.
Bei antidepressiven Verbindungen gemäß der Erfindung eignen sich insbesondere zur Verwendung in der
Therapie neurotischer und psychotischer Störungen, insbesondere des depressiven Syndroms, und auch für die
Behandlung psychosomatischer Strengen. Die Stoffe körnen depressiven Patienten denn auch als Psychostimulans
verabreicht werden.
Die sedativen Verbindungen eignen sich ausgezeichnet zur Verwendung als Ataraktikum. Sie können erfolgreich
tür die behandlung schwacher psychoneurotischer Erscheinungen benutzt werden.
Die antikonvulsiven Verbindungen können bei der Behandlung epileptischer Patienten Verwendung finden.
Die Verbindungen können, nachdem sie in eine geeignete Verabreichungsform gebracht worden sind, auf
übliche Weise verabreicht werden. Sie können gespritzt, aber auch oral oder rektal verabreicht werden. Geeignete
yerabreicnungsformcn sind u. a. Injeklions/lüssigkeiten, PiiJen, Tabletten, Dragees, Kapseln oder Pulver.
Die Art und Weise, die Menge und die Häufigkeit der verabreichten Stoffe werden bei jedem Patienten verschieden
sein, u. a. hängen sie vom Grad der Erkrankungen bzw. Störungen ab. Es dürfte dem behandelnden
Arzt im allgemeinen keine Mühe kosten, für einen bestimmten Patienten die richtige Therapie zu finden.
Die Dosierung sedativer und antidepressiver Verbindungen beträgt im allgemeinen für Erwachsene 10 bis
500 mg täglirh. In der Regel dürfte eine Menge von 10 bis 150 mg genügen.
Antikonvulsiva gemäß der Erfindung werden im allgemeinen in Dosierungen von 100 bis 500 mg täglich verabreicht
Die Verbindungen gemäß der Erfindung können nach in der Pharmazie üblichen Verfahren zu Präparaten verarbeitet
werden, z. B. dadurch, daß ein Wirkstoff mit festen oder flüssigen Trägermaterialien gemischt oder in
ihnen gelöst wird.
Als solche kommen die üblichen Träger in Betracht, z. B. Wasser, das gegebenenfalls, z. B. mit Hilfe von Kaihsalz,
isotonisch mit Blut gemacht worden ist, Glycerin, Kreide, Caiciumphosphat, Milchzucker, Puderzucker
und CalciumcarbonaL A!s Quellmittel können in Tabletten und Dragees z. B. Kartoffelstärke, Maisstärke, Pfeilwurzstärke
(Amylum marantae), Carboxymethylcellulose, Gelatine und Akaziengummi verwendet werden.
Als Gleitmittel können Talk, Magnesium- und Calciumstearat sowie Stearinsäure Verwendung finden. Oral zu
verabreichende Präparate können weiter Geschmacksstoffe, wie Zucker oder Vanilleextrakt, enthaften.
Als Konservierungsmittel können z. B. Propyl-p-hydroxy-benzoai und Benzylalkohol benutzt v/erden. Die
Präparate können weiter oberflächenaktive Stoffe, wie Mono-, Di- und Tri-ester höherer Fettsäuren, enthalten.
Als Beispiele für pharmakologisch verträgliche Säuren, mit denen die Verbindungen Salze bilden können,
seien Halogenwasserstoffsäuren, wie Salzsäure und Bromwasserstoffsäure, ferner andere anorganische Säuren,
wie Schwefelsäure, Salpetersäure, Phosphorsäure, und organische Säuren, wie Citronensäure, Essigsäure, Oxalsäure,
Fumarsäure, Milchsäure, Bernsteinsäure, Sulfaminsäure, Benzoesäure, Weinsäure und Gallussäure,
erwähnt.
Die eriindungsgemäßen Verbindungen können gemäß an sich bekannter Verfahren hergestellt werden.
Das Verfahren zur Herstellung der Oximäther der Formel I ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man in an sich

Die Reaktion gemäß Reaktionsfolge a) kann in einem geeigneten Lösungsmittel durchgeführt werden. Geeignete
Lösungsmittel sind u. a. Alkohole, wie Methanol und Äthanol, Ketone, wie Aceton und Methylethylketon,
und Äther, wie Dioxan und Dimethylglykoläther.
Wenn M in der Formel II ein WasserstofTatom darstellt, kann es sich empfehlen, dem Reaktionsgemisch einen
Säurebinder zuzusetzen. Geeignete Säurcoinder sind u. a. Alkoholate, Kalium- und Natriumcarbonat, tertiäre
Amine oder Pyridin.
Die Oxime der Formel II lassen sich auf üMiche Weise mit Hilfe von Hydroxylamin aus den entsprechenden
Aldehyden oder Ketonen herstellen. Die Oximate sind dadurch aus den Oximen herstellbar, daß diese, gegebenenfalls
in alkoholoschcr Lösung, einer Lösung von Natrium- oder Kaliumalkoholat oder -hydroxid in Alkohol
zugesetzt werden.
Auch die Reaktion gemäß Reaktionsfolge b) kann in einem geeigneten Lösungsmittel durchgeführt werden.
Solche Lösungsmittel sind u. a. Alkohole, Pyridin, Dioxan, Dimethylformamid, Tetrahydrofuran oder deren
Gemische. Die Reaktionstemperatur liegt im allgemeinen zwischen Zimmertemperatur und dem Siedepunkt
des Lösungsmittels.
Die Reaktion gemäß Reaktionsfolge c) kann in einem geeigneten Lösungsmittel, ζ. Β Dioxan oder Benzol,
erfolgen.
Die Reaktion gemäß Reaktionsfolge d) kann z. B. in Alkoholen durchgeführt werden. Die Ausgangsstoffe der
Formel VII lassen sich dadurch erhalten, daß Oxime der Formel II' (M = H) in Gegenwart eines Säurebinders

Wenn in der Formel II ein Substituent oder mehrere Substituenten R,, R5 und R6 eine Amino- oder Dialkylaminogruppe
bzw. eine Hydroxylgruppe darstellen, werden diese vorzugsweise durch eine Acyl- bzw. Benzylgruppe
geschützt, die später durch Hydrolyse oder Hydrogenolyse abgespalten werden kann.
Ausführungsbeispiele
I. 4'-Methyi-0-(2-aminoäthvl)-acetophenonoxim · HCl
Eine Lösung von 3,23 g O-(2-Aminoäthyl>hydroxylamin-dilhydroxochlorid und 3,35 g4'-Methylacetophenon
in einem Gemisch aus 15 ml Pyridin und 30 ml absolutem Äthanol wurde 2 Stunden an einem Rückflußkühler
gekocht. Das Lösungsmittel wurde dann im Vakuum abdestilliert und der Rückstand, nachdem er in etwas Wasser
gelöst worden war, dreimal mit Diäthyläther gewaschen. Der gewaschenes Lösung wurde 30 ml 2 α Natronlauge
zugesetzt und das Ganze dreimal mit Äther extrahiert Der Ätherextrakt wurde dreimal mit Wasser gewaschen
und dann über Natriumsulfat getrocknet. Nachdem da« Lösungsmittel im Vakuum abdestilliert worden
war, wurde der Rückstand mit alkoholischer Salzsäure neutralisiert. Aus dieser neutralisierten Lösung kristallisierte
nach Zusatz von Äther das Hydrochlorid von 4'-MethyKH2-aminoäthyI)-acetophenonoxim aus. Das Produkt
wurde abermals aus einem Gemisch aus absolutem Äthanol und Äther kristallisiert. Schmelzpunkt
I83-185°C, Ausbeute 47%.
2. O-(2-Ammoäthyl)-3',4'-ätny!endioxyacetophenonoxim - HCI
4,8 g 3',4'-ÄthyIendioxyacetophenonoxim wurde einer Lesung von 0,100 Mol Natrium (2,30 g) in 75 ml absolutem
Äthanol zugesetzt. Das Oxim löste sich. Dann wurde 0,050 Mol 2-Bromäthylaminhydrobromid (10,25 g)
zugesetzt Das Gemisch wurde 2 Stunden bei Zimmertemperatur gerührt Dann wurde vom gebildeten NaBr
abgesaugt und das Filtrat wurde im Vakuum eingedampft, bis es lösungsmittelfrei war. Der Rückstand wurde :n
Wasser (50 ml) und Äther (50 ml) gelöst und die Wasserschicht wurde abgetrennt Die Ätherschicht wurde
zweimal mit je 25 ml Wasser gewaschen und über Na2SO4 getrocknet Im Vakuum wurde der Äther entfernt,
wobei sich ein Öl ergab. Dieses Öl wurde in etwa 20 ml absolutem Alkohol gelöst und mit alkoholischer SaIz-
säure angesäuert. Nach lusatz von Äther kristallisierte das HCl-SaIz aus. Nach Abkühlen wurde der kristalline
Stoff abgesaugt. Nach Kristallisation aus Alkohol war der Schmelzpunkt ^93-2060C, Ausbeute 33%,
Ausgangsmalerial S
3a. O-(2-Bromäthyl)-4'-methylhexanophenonoxim
In einer Lösung von 4,6 g Natrium in 100 ml absolutem Äthanol wurde 20,5 g 4'-Methylhexanophenonoxim
gelöst. Diese Lösung wurde unter Rühren bei 2O0C einem Gemisch aus 60 ml 1,2-DibiOmäthan und 50 ml
Ν,Ν-Dimethylformamid zugesetzt. Das Reaktionsgemisch wurde auf 65°C erwärmt und 16 Stunden auf dieser
Temperatur gehalten. Dann wurde der gebildete Niederschlag abgesaugt und das Filtrat im Vakuum konzentriert.
Das Konzentrat wurde nach Zusatz von 200 ml Wasser mit Chloroform (2-100 ml) extrahiert. Der Extrakt
wurde über Natriumsulfat getrocknet, im Vakuum konzentriert und dann im Kochvakuum (7 · 10"" bar) destilliert.
Das Destillat (Siedepunkt 111-1140C bei 7 · 10" bar) enthielt außer 4'-Methylhexanophenonoxim das
O-(2-Bromäthy!)-4'-methylhexanop 'enonoxim.
Erfindung
3b. O-(2-Aminoäthyi)-4'-methvlhexanophenonoxim · HCI
Eine Lösung von 9,0 g der gemäß Beispiel 3a erhaltenen destillierten Bromverbindung in 50 ml Äthanol wurde
mit 50 ml konzentriertem Ammoniak gemischt. Das Gemisch wurde in einem verschlossenen Gefäß 16 Stunden
bei 65°C gerührt und dann im Vakuum konzentriert. Das Konzentrat wurde mit 50 ml Diäthyläther gemischt
und dann dreimal mit je 20 ml η Salzsäure extrahiert. Der saure Extrakt wurde mit 50 ml Äther gewaschen, dann
mit 40 ml 2 π Natronlauge alkalisch gemacht und dreimal mit je 30 ml Äther extrahiert. Der Ätherextrakt wurde
über Natriumsulfat getrocknet und konzentriert und der Ölrückstand im Hochvakuum destilliert. Das Destillat
(Siedepunkt 121-122°C bei 0,4 mbar) wurde in 25 ml Diäthyläther aufgenommen und mit 2 η äthanolischer
■ Salzsäure neutralisiert, wodurch der in der Überschrift genannte Stoff auskristallisierte. Nach Kristallisation aus
Äthylacetat war der Schmelzpunkt 97-98°C, Ausbeute 60%.
Ausgangsmaterial

Einer Lösung von 13,8 g O-(2-Hydroxyäthyl)-4'-meth>
iropiophenonoxim, das aus 4'-Methylpropiophenonoxim und Äthylenoxid unter der Einwirkung von Lithtumäthanolat in Äthanol synthetisiert worden war, in
20 ml Pyridin wurde unter Rühren und Kühlen in Eiswasser 12,7 g p-Toluolsulfonylchlorid zugesetzt Das Reaktionsgemisch
wurde 15 Minuten unter Kühlen und anschließend 3 Stunden bei Zimmertemperatur gerührt Das
Reaktionsgemisch wurde auf ein Gemisch aus 90 g Eis und: 30 ml konzentrierter Salzsäure gegossen. Der abgetrennte
Feststoff wurde dreimal mit je 50 ml Benzol e strahiert Die benzolische Lösung wurde mit 2 π Salzsäure
und danach mit verdünnte; Natriumcarbonatlösung gewaschen. Nachdem die Lösung über Kaliumcarbonat
getrocknet worden war, wurde das Lösungsmittel im Vakuum entfernt und der Rückstand aus einem Gemisch
aus i5 ml Benzol und 55 ml Petroläther kristallisiert
Erfindung
50 4b. O-(2-Aminoäthyl)-4'-methyIpropiophenonoxi.a · HCl
Eine Suspension von 3,6 g der gemäß Beispiel 4a hergestellten Verbindung in 190 ml konzentriertem Ammoniak
und 100 rtil Äthanol wurde 15 Stunden bei Zimmertemperatur und anschließend 7 Stunden bei 800C in
einem Autoklav geschüttelt Der Ammoniaküberschuß und ein Teil des Lösungsmittels wurden im Vakuum
abdestilliert, bis der Rückstand sich trübte. Dieser Rückstand wurde nach Zusatz von 15 ml 2 η Natronlauge dreimal
mit insgesamt 100 ml Äther extrahiert Der Athersxtrakt wurde zweimal mit je 10 ml 2 η Salzsäure extrahiert.
Dieser S3ure Extrakt wurde mit 5 ml 50%iger Natronlauge aikalisch gemacht und dann mit insgesamt
30 ml Chicrofonn extrahiert Dieser Extrakt wurde über Natriumsulfat getrocknet, wonach das Lösungsmittel
im Vakuum entfernt wurde. Der Rückstand wurde im Hqchvakuum destilliert. Durch Neutralisation des Destillats
mit 6 ml alkoholischer Salzsäure und Zusatz von 3Q ml Äther sgafe ««·*» eis krisisHiner Stoff. S
nach Kristallisation aus Diäthyläther 124,5-125,50C, Ausbeute 37%.
Ausgangsmaterial
5a. O-II-CN-äthoxycarbomylamino^äthylH-niethylthioacetophenofloxini
5a. O-II-CN-äthoxycarbomylamino^äthylH-niethylthioacetophenofloxini
Eine Lösung von N-Äthoxycarbonylätbylenimin, das durch Reaktion von 1,4 ml Äthyienatnin mit 2,4 ml
Chlorameisensäureathylester unter cter Einwirkung von Iriäthylamin erhalten worden war, in 32 ml absolutem
Benzol wurde unter Rühren mit einer Lösung von 4,1 s 4'-Methylthioacetophenonoxim in Benzol gemischt. Das
Reaktionsgemisch wurde dann unter Rühren auf Siedetemperatur erhitzt und anschließend 0,5 Stunden dieser
Temperatur gerührt. Nachdem das Gemisch 16 Stunden bei Zimmertemperatur gestanden hatte, wurde es mit
Wasser gemischt, wonach die Benzolschicht abgetrennt wurde. Diese Benzolschicht wurde dreimal mit Wasser
gewaschen uad dann über Natriumsulfat getrocknet. Nar.h Entfernung des Lösungsmittels wurde durch fraktionierte
Kristallisation aus Äthanol und Petroläther der in der Überschrift genannte Stoff erhalten.
Erfindung
5b. 0-(2-Aminoäthyl)-4'-methylthioacetophenonoxim · HCl
0,21 g der gemäß Beispiel 5a erhaltenen Äthoxycarbonylverbindung wurde in 4 ml Äthanol gelöst. Die
Lösung wurde nach Zusatz von 0,2 ml 3 η Natronlauge 4 Stunden unter Rückfluß gekocht. Dann wurde da.«
Lösungsmittel im Vakuum teilweise entfernt und der Rückstand nach Zusatz von etwas Wasser dreimal mit
Äther extrahiert. Die ätherische Lösung wurde mit 2,00 ml 1,2 η Salzsäure und nach der Trennung der Schichten
e;nma, .nit Wasser geschüttelt. Dem sauren Extrakt wurde 1,8 ml 3 a Natronlauge zugesetzt und das Ganze zweimal
mit Äther extrahiert. Dieser letzte Ätherextrakt wurde über Natriumsulfat getrocknet und eingedampft and
der erhaltene Rückstand mit alkoholischer Salzsäure neutralisiert, wonach der StofTkristallisierte. Der Schmelzpunkt
nach Kristallisation aus Äthanoi/Diä thy lather (1:1) betrug 215-219°C, Ausbeute 43%.
6. O -(2-Aminoa thyl )-acetophenonoxim-hydrochlorid
0,050 Mol Acetophemnoxim (6,75 g) wurde einer Lösung von 0,200 Mol Natrium (4,60 g) in 75 ml wasserfreiem
Äthanol zugesetzt. Anschließend wurde 0,100 Mol 2-Bromätnyiaminhydrobromid (204 g) zugesetzt,
wonach das Gemisch 2 Stunden bei Zimmertemperatur gerührt wurde. Dann wurde vom gebildeten NaBr abgesaugt
und das Filtrat im Vakuum eingedampft, bis es lösungsmittelfrei war. Der Rückstand wurde in 75 ml Äther
+ 75 ml Wasser gelöst, die Wasserschicht abgetrennt und die Ätherschicht zweimal mit je 25 ml Wasser gewa-
sehen. Dann wurde die Ätherschicht mit 50 ml 2 η HCl und anschließend mit 20 ml Wasser extrahiert Die sauren
Extrakte wurden mit 75 ml NaOH basisch gemacht und dann dreimal mit je 50 ml Äther extrahiert Die
gesammelten Ätherextrakte wurden dreimal mit je 20 ml Wasser gewaschen und über Na2SO4 getrocknet Im
Vakuum wurde der Äther abgedampft, wodurch sich ein Öl ergab. Dieses Öl wurde in 5 ml absolutem Alkohol
gelöst und mit alkoholischer Salzsäure auf einen pH-Wert von 4 angesäuert Durch Zusatz von Äther schied sich
ein kristalliner Stoff ab. Dieser wurde abgesaugt und getrocknet und aus einem C smisch aus absolutem Alkohol
und Äther umkristallisiert. Schmelzpunkt 373-175°C, Ausbeute 48%.
7. O-(2-Aminoäthyiji-methyl-ur-naphthylketoxim-hydrochlorid
0,025 Mol Methy!-e-nephthylketoxim (4,63 g) wurde einer Lösung von 0,100 Mol Natrium (2,30 g) τ 75 ml
absolutem Äthanol zugesetzt. Das Oxim ging in Lösung. Dann wurde 0,050 Mol 2-Bromäihylamin-hydrobromid
(10,25 g) zugesetzt. Das Gemisch wurde 2 Stunden bei Zimmertemperatur gerührt. Dann wurde vom gebildeten
NaBr abgesaugt und das Filtrat im Vakuum eingedampft, bis es lösungsmittelfrei war. Der Rückstand wurde in
Wasser (50 nil) und Äther (50 ml) gelöst und die Wasseischicht wurde abgetrennt Die Ätherschicht wurde zwei·
mal mit je 25 ml Wasser gewaschen und über Na2SO4 getrocknet Der Äther wurde iim Vakuum entfernt, wobei
sich ein Öl ergab. Dieses Öl wurde in etwa 20 ml absolutem Alkohol gelöst und mit alkoholischer Salzsäure angesäuert
Durch Zusatz von Äther kristallisierte das HCl-SaIz aus. Nach Kühlen wurde abgesaugt Nach zweimaliger
Umkristalüsierung aus Alkohol betrug der Schmelzpunkt 236-238°C, Ausbeute 30%.
8.0-(2-Aminoä*hyl)-isobutyrophenonoxim-hydrochlorid
0,050 Mol Isobutyrophenonoxim (8,15 g) wurde einer Lösung von 0,200 Mol Natrium (4,60 g) zugesetzt Dieses
Oxim ging nahezu völlig in Lösung. Die Lösung wurde mit 0,100 Mol 2-BromäthyIamin-hydrobromid
(20,5 g) gemischt Das Gemisch wurde 2 Stunden bei Zimmertemperatur gerührt Dann wurde vom gebildeten
NaBr-Niederschlag abgesaugt und das Filtrat wurde im Vakuum eingedampft, bis es lösungsmittelfrei war. Der
Rückstand wurde in 75 ml Äther gelöst die Wasserschicht wurde abgetrennt und dig Ätfeeiscfeiefei zwekss! ssk
je 25 ml Wasser gewaschen. Dann wurde die Ätherschicht mit 5G ml 2 η HCl angesäuert, getrennt und abermals
mit 25 ml Wasser extrahiert Die sauren Extrakte wurden mit 75 ml 2 η NaOH basisch gemacht und dreimal mit
je 50 ml Äther extrahiert. Di» gesammelten Ätherextrakte wurden dreimal mit je 25 ml Wasser gewaschen und
dann über Na2SO4 getrocknet Durch Entfernung des Äthers im Vakuum ergab sich ein farbloses Öl. Dieses
wurde in 10 ml absolutem Alkohol gelöst Die Lösung wurde mit alkoholischer Salzsäure auf einen pH-Wert von
4 angesäuert und mit Äther versetzt Es schied sich ein kristalliner Stoff ab. Dieser Stoff wurde nach Kühlen
abgesaugt und getrocknet Schmelzpunkt 90,5-92,50C, Ausbeute 30%.
Die in der folgenden Tabelle aufgeführten Verbindungen wurden entsprechend erhalten, und zwar gemäß
Verfahren A:
eine Verbindung der Formel Π + eine Verbindung der Formel ΠΙ oder
Verfahren B:
eine Verbindung der Formel IV + eine Verbindung der Formel V.
Femer enthält die Tabelle Angaben über die Wirksamkeit der aufgeführten Verbindungen, wobei

Die Spalte »antidepressiv« der Tabelle enthält links Zahlenangaben über die Wirksamkeit im Tetrabenazinversuch,

mende Wirkung bestimmt wird.

Iprindole, freie internationale Kurzbezeichnung für 5-{3-Dimethylamino-propyl)-6,7,8,9,10,l 1-hexahydro-5H-cycIooctyl-[6]-indol, als Antidepressivum und 55

Sie zeigen bei vergleichbarer Toxizität die bessere Wirksamkeit der erfindungsgemäßen Verbindungen.

Claims (15)
- Patentansprüche:τ,Γ-r ι ι \' K4 R3 R2 Hund deren Salze mit pharmakologisch verträglichen Säuren, in welcher sämtliche Substituenten Wasserstoff, Ri und R2 auch eine Methylgruppe,R3 auch eine Alkyl-, eine Alkoxyalkyl-, eine Alkylthioalkyl- oder eine Alkylsulfinalkylgruppe mit bis zu je 8 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Benzylgruppe,wenn R1, R2, R4, R5 und R6 Wasserstoff sind, auch eine Cyclohexylgruppe, oder wenn R1, R2, R5 und R6 Wasserstoff und R4 ein 4ständiges Fluoratom sind, auch eine Cyciopropyl.gruppe,R4, R5 und R6 auch js ein Halogenatom, eine Alkyl-, Alkoxy- oder Alkylthiogruppe mit bis zu je 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, eine Benzyloxygruppe, eine Hydroxyl-, Amino- oder Diälkylaminogruppe, in der i'z Alkylgruppe oder -gruppen 1 oder 2 Kohlenstoffatome enthalt bzw. enthalten eine Nilnlgruppe oder eine üifHioxmethyigruppe und zwei der Substituenten R4, R5 und R6 weiter je eine m-Nitrogruppe oder zusammen eine Trimethylen-, eine Methylendioxy-, eine Äthylendioxy-, eine Benzo-, Pyridino-, Indeno-1,2- oder eine l,4-Benzoxthiiono-23-grappe darstellen können,wobei R5 und R6 jedoch kein o-Chloratom und R1, R2, R3 und R4 kein Wasserstoffatom darstellen dürfen, wenn die Salzkomponente Chlorwasserstoffsäure ist
- 2.0-(2-Aminoätnyl)-2',4'-dimethylacetoprisnonoxim und seine Salze mit pharmakologiscb verträglichen Säuren.
- 3. 0-i2-Aminoäthyl)-3',4'-dimeihoxyacetophenonoxim und seine Salze mit pharmakologisch verträglichen Säuren.
- 4. 0-{2-Aminoäthyl)-4'-methoxyacetophenonoxim und seine Salze mit pharmakologisch verträglichen Säuren.
- 5. 0-(2-Aminoäthyl)-4'-methyIpropiophenonoxim und seine Salze mit pharmakologisch verträglichen Säuren.
- 6. 0-{2-AminoäthyI)-4'-methoxypropiophenonoxirn und seine Salze mit phannakologisch verträglichen Säuren.
- 7. 0-{2-Aminoäthyl)-4'-äthoxypropiophenonoxim und seine Salze mit pharmakologisch verträglichen Säuren.
- 8.0-(2-Aminoäthyi)-4'-chIorpropiophenonnxim und seics Salze mit pharmakologisch verträglichen Säuren.

- 15. Verfahren zur Herstellung der Oximäther gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man in an sich bekannter Weisea) eine Verbindung der Formel II
