Claims (1)

  1. Patent-Anspruch:
    Verfahren zur Herstellung von Körpern aus Silizium- oder Borcarbid nach Patent 173066, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man zwecks Beschleunigung des Silizierens aus einem Gemisch von Kohle mit amorphem Carborund, anderen siliziumreichen Stoffen oder reinem Silizium Stücke formt, diese brennt und dann nochmals in dem elektrischen Ofen, in eine Mischung aus Kohle und Sand oder in amorphes Carborund eingebettet, brennt und siliziert.
