Description
- Azopigmente mit eines Phthalazonrest Die Erfindung betrifft Farbstoffe der Formel I in der D den Rest einer Diazokomponente, K den Rest der Formel CH3COCHCO- oder R Wasserstoff oder einen gegebenenfalls substituierten aliphatischen, cycloaliphatischen, araliphatischen oder aromatischen Rest bedeuten und wobei die Ringe b und B noch substituiert sein können.
- Als Substituenten für die Ringe A und B sind z. B. Chlor, Brom, Nitro, Methyl, Methoxy, Äthoxy, Phenoxy, Hydroxy, Thiophenoxy, Phenyl, Acylamino, Cyan, Nethylsulfonyl oder Sulfamoyl zu nennen.
- Acylaminoreste sind z. B. Acetyl- oder Benzoylamino oder Phenylsulfonylamino.
- Reste R sind beispielsweise Alkylgruppen mit 1 bis 8 C-Atoven, die durch Hydroxy, Alkoxy mit 1 bis 4 C-itomen, Cyan, Acyloxy, Carbamoyl oder N-substituiertes Carbamoyl substituiert sein können, Cyclohexyl, Benzyl, Phenyläthyl, Styryl und insbesondere Wasserstoff, Phenyl, durch Ralogen, Alkyl, Alkoxy, Cyan, Nitro, Carbamoyl, N-Phenylcarbamoyl, N-substituiertes Sulfamoyl, Arylsulfonyl oder C- oder S-Acylamino substituiertes Phenyl, Naphthyl oder Anthrachinoyl.
- Einelne Reste R sind neben den bereits genannten beispielsweise: Methyl, Isopropyl, Butyl, ß-Hydroyxäthyl, ß-Äthoxyäthyl, Acetoxymethyl, Carbamoylmethyl, Chlorphenyl, Dichlorphenyl, Methylphenyl, Nethoxyphenyl, Methoxychlorphenyl, Nethoxydichlorphenyl, Xethylchlorphenyl, Cyanphenyl, Nitrophenyl, Nitrochlorphenyl, Nitronethoxyphenyl, Nitromethylphenyl, Carbamoylphenyl, N-Phenylcarbamoylphenyl, Sulfamoylphenyl, N-Phenylsulfamoylphenyl, N-Dichlorphenylsulfamoylphenyl, Phenylsulfonylphenyl, Acetylaminophenyl, Benzoylaminophenyl, Chlorbenzoylaminophenyl, Dichlorbenzoylaminophenyl oder Naphthoylaainophenyl.
- dls Diazokomponenten kommen vorzugsweise Verbindungen der llinoanthrachinon-, Aminophthalimid- oder Anilinreihe in Betracht.
- Geeignete Diazokomponenten D sind z. B. diazotierbare aromatische Äline wie: 1 -Äiinoanthrachinon, 1-Amino-3- oder 4-chlor- oder anthrachinon, 2-Amino-3-chlor- oder -bromanthrachinon, 3-Amino-N-phenyl-phthalimid, 2,5-Dichloranilin, 2,4,5-Trichloranilin, 3,4-Dichloranilin, 2-Chloranilin, o-Nitranilin, 2-Chlor-4-nitro-anilin, 2-Amino-5-nitro-benzonitril, 2-Nethyl-4-nitro-anilin, 2-Methyl-5-nitro-anilin, 2-Nitro-4-metyhl-anilin, 2-Methoxy-4-nitro-anilin, 3-Amino-4-methoxy-benzonitril, 4-Chlor-2-nitro-anilin, 2-Chlor-5-nitro-anilin, 4-Chlor-3-nitro-anilin, 2-Amino-5-chlor-benzonitril, 4-Chlor-2-methylsulfonylanilin, 2-Amino-benzoesäuremethylerster, 2-Amino-terephthalsäuredimethylester, 2-Amino-terephthalsäurediäthylester, 2-Amino-4-carbamoyl-benzoesäuremethylester, 3-Amino-isophthalsäuredimethylester, 2-Amino-4-chlorbenzonitril, 3-Amino-4-methyl-benzoesäureisobutylester, 2-(3-Phenyloxdiazolyl-1,2,4)-anilin, 2-(3-Phenyl-oxdiazolyl-1,2,4)-4-nitroanilin, 2-(2-Phenyl-oxdiazolyl-1,3,4)-anilin, 2-(2-Phenyl-oxdiazolyl-1,3,4)-4-nitro-anilin.
- Zur Herstellung der neuen Farbstoffe kann man auf an sich bekannte Weise z. B. eine Diazoverbindung von beinen der Formel II D-NH2 II mit einer Kupplungskomponente der Formel III umsetzen.
- Bei Farbstoffen mit K - kann man auch Azoverbindungen der Formel IV in der Hal Chlor oder Brom ist mit einem imin der Formel V kondensieren.
- Verbindungen der Formel V lassen sich nach literaturbekannten Verfahren, z. B. aus entsprechend substituierten Benzoylbenzoesäuren und Hydrazin oder nonosubstituierten Hydrazinen herstellen.

Einzelheiten sind den Beispielen zu entnehmen.V NR OH 49o,o H 49 43 Qcl 51 9 52 Cl 1112 H3oo0HN,;R H 53 n 54 " 55 56 NH2 H,C,COH-N-a H5C 6COB<~0 H 57 n 58 n 59 r 60 56 1 NR 2 NN-R Ol/OONRrO H 61 Ii 62 " 63 " 64 1 1112 rr-A-a Ol CONH H 65 n 66 n 67 " 68 -R QSO2NH- H 69 n 70 n 71 n 72 2 N~ N-R H H 73 n 74 n 75 " 76 - Von besonderer technischer Bedeutung sind Farbstoffe der Formel I a in der X Wasserstoff, Chlor, Brom, Methyl, Äthyl, Methoxy, Äthoxy, Phenoxy, Nitro, Acetylamino, flenzoylamino, Chlorbenzoylamino oder Phenylsulfonylamino, Y Wasserstoff oder Chlor und R1 Wasserstoff, gegebenenfalls durch Chlor, Brom, Methyl, Methoxy, Acetylamino, Benzoylamino, Phenylsulfonylamino oder Carbamoyl substituiertes Phenyl oder Naphthyl sind und D und K die angegebene Bedeutung haben.
- Besonders wertvolle Diazokomponenten snd beispielsweise Für X sind bevorzugt Wasserstoff, Chlor, Methf; Äthyl, Nitro, Benzoylamino oder Chlorbenzoylamino und für R1 Wasserstoff und Phenyl.
- Die Pigmente der Formel I sind gelb bis rotviolett und eignen sich zum Färben von Druckfarben, Lacken und Kunststoffen. Sie zeichnen sich durch sehr gute Weichmacherechtheiten, Lichtechtheit und teilweise durch hervorragende Temperaturstabilität aus.
- Die Pigmente der Formel I fallen nicht immer in der für den speziellen Verwendungszweck optimalen physikalischen Form an. Man kann sie Jedoch durch an sich bekannte Methoden, z.B. eine Salzvermahlung, Erhitzen in Wasser oder organischen Lösungsmitteln, in die geeignete Form überführen.
- Sofern nicht anders vermerkt, beziehen sich die Angaben über Teile und Prozente in den folgenden Beispielen auf das Gewicht.
- Beispiel 1 In eine Losung von 356 Teilen des aus dem Amin 1 und Diketen hergestellten Acetoacetarylides in 300 Teilen N-Nethylpyrrolidon und 10 Teilen Pyridin trägt man bei Raumtemperatur allmählich und unter kräftigem Rühren das aus 223 Teilen 1-Aminoanthrachinon hergestellte Diazoniumsulfat ein und rührt etwa 10 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur und 2 Stunden bei 90 °C nach. Dann verdünnt man mit 300 Teilen Methanol, filtriert, wäscht mit Methanol bis zum farblosen Ablauf der Waschflüssigkeit nach und trocknet im Vakuum. Man erhält 470 Teile eines gelben Pigmentfarbstoffes der Formel VI Beispiel 2 168 Teile p-Nitro-o-anisidin werden in 100 Teilen Wasser und 70 Teilen konz. Salzsäure 10 Stunden angerührt, dann mit Eis auf 0 - 5 °C abgekühlt und mit 32 Teilen einer 23 zeigen Natriumnitritlösung diazotiert.
- Es wird 2 Stunden bei 0 - 5 °C nachgerührt, mit Amidosulfonsäure ein Überschuß an Nitrit zerstört und filtriert.
- Die Diazoniumsalzlösung wird langsam und unter kräftigem Rühren bei dem 0 - 10 °C zu einer Lösung von 356 Teilen des aus satin 1 und Diketen hergestellten Acetoacetarylids in 300 Teilen Dimethylformamid zugetropft. Nach vollständiger Vereinigung der beiden Reaktionspartner wird mit einer konzentrierten Natriumacetatlösung auf pH 5 - 6 gestellt und 10 Stunden bei Raumtemperatur nachgerührt, abfiltriert und mit Wasser salzfrei und neutral gewaschen und getrocknet.
- Man erhält 460 Teile eines grünstichig gelben Pigmentfarbstoffes der Formel VII Zur Optimierung der Pignenteigenschaften des erhaltenen Farbstoffes wird derselbe 3 Stunden in der sechsfachen Nenge N-Methylpyrrolidon bei 150 OC gerührt, warm abgesaugt, mit N-Methylpyrrolidon und Wasser nachgewaschen und getrocknet.
- Beispiel 3 Nan verfährt wie in Beispiel 1 oder 2, verwendet Jedoch als Diazotierungskomponenten die in der Tabelle angegebenen Amine und als Kupplungskomponenten die Umsetzungsprodukte der in der Tabelle angegebenen Amine der allgemeinen Formel V mit Diketen und erhält Pigmente farbstoffe mit dem angegebenen Farbton.

Man zieht das überschüssige Thionylchlorid im Vakuum ab und saugt kalt das einheitlich kristalline Azofarbstoffcarbonsäurechlorid ab. Nit 600 Teilen Nitrobenzol und dann mit 2000 Teilen Cyclohexan wird gewaschen.Bsp. T Diazokomponente Kupplungskomponente Farbton (Älin V + Diketen) 36 Cl 1 grünstichig gelb Cl NH2 37 n 9 gelb 38 n 5 - Nach der Trocknung bei 80 °C unter vermindertem Druck erhält man 390 Teile eines roten Kristallpulvers.
- 440 Teile des so erhaltenen Säurechlorides werden mit 272 Teilen des Amins der Formel V 1 in 2500 Teilen Nitrobenzol innerhalb 1 Stunde auf 130 oC erwärmt und bei dieser Temperatur 4 Stunden gehalten. Nach dem abkühlen auf 60 C wird abgesaugt, das Filtergut mit Nitrobenzol, Methanol und anschließend mit Wasser gewaschen und im Vakuua getrocknet. Man erhält 640 Teile eines roten Pigmentfarbstoffes der Formel VIII Beispiel 40 437 Teile des durch Kupplung von diazotiertem 3-Amino-X-phenyl-phthalimid mit 2-Bydroxy-naphthoesäure- (3) erhaltenen Farbstoffes werden mit 1200 Teilen Nitrobenzol, 180 Teilen Thionylchlorid und 10 Teilen Dimethylformamid innerhalb 1 Stunde auf 110 oC erwärmt und noch 3 Stunden bei dieser Temperatur belassen. Das überschüssige Thionylchlorid wird unter vermindertem Druck abgezogen, das beim abkühlen gebildete einheitliche Azofarbstoffsäurechlorid abgesaugt, mit 600 Teilen Nitrobenzol und dann mit 3 000 Teilen Cyclohexan gewaschen.
- Nach der Trocknung bei 80 OC unter reduziertem Druck erhält man 405 Teile eines roten Pulvers.
- 456 Teile des so erhaltenen Säurechlorides und 348 Teile des Amines der Formel V 2 werden in 4000 Teile Dimethylformamid eingetragen.
- Man erwärmt innerhalb 1 Stunde auf 110 °C und hält die Mischung weitere 3 Stunden bei 130 00. Nach dem abkühlen saugt man ab, wäscht mit Dimethylformamid und Methanol und trocknet. Man erhält 705 Teile eines stark gelbstichig roten Pigmentfarbstoffes der Formel IX Beispiel 41 361 Teile des durch Kupplung von diazotiertem 2,5-Dichloranilin mit 2-gydroxynaphthoesäure-(3) erhaltenen Farbstoffes werden mit 1500 Teilen Nitrobenzol, 240 Teilen Thionylchlorid und 5 Teilen Dimethylformamid langsam (innerhalb von 2 Stunden) auf 110 °C erwärmt und dann 2 Stunden bei dieser Temperatur belassen. Überschüssiges Thionylchlorid wird unter vermindertem Druck abgesogen und das aus dem abgekühlten Reaktionigemisch ausgefallene kristalline Azocarbonsäurechlorid abgesaugt, mit wenig Benzol, dann mit Cyclohexan ausgewaschen.
- Nach dem Trocknen bei 80 °C unter vermindertem Druck erhält man 295 Teile eines roten Kristallpulvers.
- 380 Teile dieses Säurechlorides und 282 Teile des Amins der Formel V 73 werden in 5000 Teile Mitrobenzol eingetragen und in 1 Stunde auf 110 °C erwärmt. Es wird 2 Stunden bei 110 °C und 2 Stunden bei 130 OC nachgerffhrt. Nach dem Abkühlen auf 80 °C wird abgesaugt und mit Nitrobenzol und Methanol bis zum klaren Ablauf des Filtrats gewaschen.
- Nach den Trocknen bei 60 °C im Vakuum erhält man 500 Teile eines orangeroten Farbstoffes der Formel X BeisPiele 4< - 110 Man verfährt wie in den Beispielen 39 - 41, verwendet Jedoch als Diasotierungsionponenten für die Azocarbonsäurechloride die in der Tabelle 2 angegebenen Amine und als Amidierungskomponente die dort aufgereihten Aline der allgemeinen Formel V. Die Farbe der so erhaltenen Pigmentfarbstoffe ist in der vierten Spalte angegeben. Tabelle 2

Im Lack 10 Teile des nach Beispiel 1 erhaltenen Farbstoffes und 95 Teile Einbrennlackmischung (z. B. 70 % Kokosalkydharz, 60 qbig in Xylol und 30 % Melaminharz, ungefähr 55 %ig in Butanol/Xylol) werden in einem Attritor angerieben. Nach dem Auftragen und einer Einbrennzeit von 30 Minuten bei 120 °C werden gelbe Volltonlackierungen mit sehr guter Licht- und tiberspritzechtheit erhalten. Bei Zugabe von Titandioxid werden brillante Weißaufhellungen erzielt.Bop. Diasokomponente idierunoiponent. V | Farbe A 9- j 5 rot 1K2 0 109 2' 33 2' 110 2' 17 2' - Bei Verwendung der in den anderen Beispielen beschriebenen Pigmente werden ähnliche Lackierungen in den angegebenen Farbtönen erhalten.
- 2. In Kunststoffen Gelbe Polystyroleinfärbungen von ausgezeichneter Lichtechtheit lassen sich erhalten, wenn 0,5 Teile des gemäß Beispiel 1 erhaltenen Farbstoffes in 100 Teile Polystyrol bei 190 bis 200 0 auf dem Extruder eingearbeitet werden.
- Deckende Färbungen werden analog erhalten, wenn noch 1 Teil Titandioxid zusätzlich eingearbeitet wird.
- Bei Verwendung der Pigmentfarbstoffe aus den anderen Beispielen werden analoge Ergebnisse erhalten.
- 3. In Druckfarben 8 Teile des nach Beispiel 1 erhaltenen Pigmentfarbstoffes, 30 bis 40 Teile Harz (z. B. mit Phenolformaldehyd modifiziertes Kolophoniumharz) und 55 bis 65 Teile Toluol werden in einem Dispergieraggregat innig vermischt. Man erhält so eine gelbe Toluoltiefdruckfarbe von hervorragender Licht- und Wetterechtheit und Brillanz.
- Bei Verwendung der Pigmente aus den anderen Beispielen werden analoge Ergebnisse erhalten.
Claims (4)
1. Azopigmente mit einem Phthalazonrest der allgemeinen Formel
in der D den Rest einer Diazokomponente, K den Rest der Formel CH3COCHCO- oder
R Wasgerstoff oder einen gegebenenfalls substituierten aliphatischen, cycloaliphatischen,
araliphatischen oder aromatischen Rest bedeuten und wobei die Ringe A und B nooh
substituiert sein können.
2. Farbstoffe gemäß Anspruch 1 der allgemeinen Formel
in der X Wasserstoff, Chlor, Brom, Methyl, Äthyl, Methoxy, Äthoxy, Phenon, Nitro,
Acetylamino, Benzoylamino, Chlorbenzoylamino oder Phenylsulfonylamino, Y Wasserstoff
oder Chlor und R1 Wasserstoff, gegebenenfalls durch Chlor, Brom, Methyl, Methoxy,
Acetylamino, Benzoylamino, Phenylsulfonylamino oder Carbamoyl subetituiertes Phenyl
oder Naphthyl sind und D und K die angegebene Bedeutung haben.
'. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Farbstoffen gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, daß man eine Diazoverbindung von Aminen der Formel D-NH2 mit einer
Kupplungskomponente der Formel
umsetzt.
4. Verwendung der Farbstoffe gemäß Anspruch 1 zum Färben von Kunststoffen,
Lacken und Druckfarben.
