Claims (9)

    Verfahren zur Spritzverarbeitung von feuerfesten Stoffen
    PATENTANSPRÜCHE *
    Verfahren zur Spritzverarbeitung von feuerfesten
    Stoffen aus 93 bis 60 Gew.% feuerfestem Aggregat, 5 bis 30 Gew.% feuerfestem, superfeinen Pulver, 1 bis 20 Gew.% Aluminiumoxidzement und 0,01 bis 0,5 Gew.% (äusserer Prozentsatz) Dispersionsmittel, zusammen
    mit 0,01 bis 2 Gew.% (äusserer Prozentsatz) eines
    Härtungsbeschleunigers, dadurch
    g e k e &eegr; &eegr; &zgr; e i c h &eegr; et , dass die feuerfeste
    Zusammensetzung zuvor mit Wasser in einer Menge von 1/5 bis 3/4 der Gesamtmenge an Wasser für die
    Sprit&zgr;&ngr;erarbeitung vermischt wird, dann unter Druck mit einer Trockenspritzverarbeitungseinrichtung
    gefördert wird und dann eine Lösung, enthaltend die restliche Menge an Wasser und den Hartungskata lysat&ogr;r, zu der abgemischten feuerfesten Zusammensetzung dem Spritzventil der Trockenspritzverarbeitungseinrichtung zugegeben wird.
  2. 2. Verfahren zum Spritzverarbeiten von feuerfesten Stoffen gemäss Anspruch 1, bei dem das feuerfeste Aggregat aus ein oder mehreren Komponenten, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe von gebranntem feuerfesten Ton, Bauxit, .SilLimanit, Mu I lit, Aluminiumoxid, Siliciumcarbid, Zirkon, Magnesiumoxid und Chromit, zusammengesetzt ist.
  3. 3. Verfahren zum Spritzverarbeiten von feuerfesten Stoffen gemäss Anspruch 1, bei dem das feuerfeste superfeien Pulver aus ein oder mehreren Komponenten, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus Ton, Kaolinit, feinem Siliziumdioxid, feinem Aluminiumoxid, feinem Zirkon, feinem Magnesiumoxid und.feinem Siliziumcarbid, zusammengesetzt ist.
  4. 4. Verfahren zum Spritzverarbeiten von feuerfesten Stoffen gemäss Anspruch 3, bei dem die Korngrösse des feuerfesten, superfeinen Pulvers 50/um nicht übersteigt.
  5. 5. Verfahren zum Spritzverarbeiten von feuerfesten Stoffen gemäss Anspruch 1, bei dem das Dispersionsmittel aus ein oder mehreren Komponenten, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus Alkaliphosphaten und A I ka I ipo lyphosphat en, zusammengesetzt ist.
  6. 6. Verfahren zum Sprit &zgr;verarbeiten von feuerfesten Stoffen gemäss Anspruch 5, bei dem das Alkaliphosphat
    " Natriumhexametaphosphat ist.
  7. 7. Verfahren zum Spritzverarbeiten von feuerfesten Stoffen gemäss Anspruch 5, bei dem das A IkaIipolyphosphat
    NatriumuLtrapoLyphosphat ist.
  8. 8. Verfahren zum Spritzverarbeiten von feuerfesten Stoffen gemäss Anspruch 1, bei dem der HartungsbeschLeuniger sich aus ein oder mehreren Komponenten, ausgewähLt aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus KaL &zgr;iumhydroxid, Natriumsi Likat und NatriumaLuminat, zusammensetzt.
  9. 9. Verfahren zum Spritzverarbeiten von feuerfesten Stoffen gemäss Anspruch 1, bei dem sich der ALuminiumoxidzement aus ein oder mehreren Komponenten, ausgewähLt aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus hydrau Lischem Hoc ha Luminiumoxidzement, JIS (Japanese Industrial Standard) A L.umi ni umoxi dzement Nr. 1 und Nr. 2, zusammensetzt.
