Description
- Garn. Die Verarbeitung des Strohes der Saubohne (Vicia-Arten) zu Spinnfasern ist bekannt. Jedoch sind diese Fasern grobfaserig, storkig und somit zu Spinnzwecken für Garn nicht sehr gut geeignet. Technische Vorteile bieten demgegenüber die aus der Gemüsebohne (Pfaserlus-Arten) gewonnenen Spinnfasern. Diese sind infolge ihrer Feinfaserig= keit und der sich daraus ergebenden hohen Spinnfähigkeit geeignet zur Herstellung von Garn, welches für Web- und Nähzwecke verwendbar ist.
- Um das Stroh der Pfaserlus-Arten zu Spinnfasern zu verarbeiten, muß es gereift und trocken sein. Auf 15 bis 2o cm Länge wird es geschnitten und dann gewalzt. Hierauf erfolgt die Einführung in eire Zerreibungsmaschine. Zum Schlusse erfolgt die Reinigung von den der Faser noch anhaftenden Strohteilchen in einer Baumwollkrempermaschine.

- PATENT-ANSPRUCH: Garn, welches aus der Faser des Krautes der Gemüsebohne (Pfaserlus-Arten) hergestellt ist.
