Claims (13)

1. Stabile, pulverformede lycopinformuleringer indeholdende lycopin med en krystallinitetsgrad på større end 20% og i det mindste et beskyttelseskolloid.
2. Lycopinformulering ifølge krav 1 indeholdende i det mindste et beskyttelseskolloid udvalgt af gruppen gelatine, fiskegelatine, stivelse, dextrin, planteproteiner, pektin, gummi arabicum, kasein og/eller kaseinat.
3. Lycopinformulering ifølge krav 1 eller 2 indeholdende i det mindste fiskegelatine som beskyttelseskolloid.
4. Lycopinformuleringer ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3 indeholdende lycopin med et all-trans isomerindhold på i det mindste 50%.
5. Lycopinformuleringer ifølge et af kravene 1 til 4 indeholdende 0,5 til 25 vægt-% lycopin, 10 til 50 vægt-% af et beskyttelseskolloid, 20 til 70 vægt-% af en blødgører, 0 til 10 vægt-% af en stabilisator, idet alle procentangivelser er baseret på pulverets tørmasse.
6. Lycopinformuleringer ifølge et af kravene 1 til 5 indeholdende lycopin med en partikelstørrelse på mindre end 10 pm.
7. Lycopinformuleringer ifølge et af kravene 1 til 6, kendetegnet ved, at de er vandispergerbare.
8. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af stabile, pulverformede lycopin-formuleringer defineret ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at man a) fremstiller en molekylærdispers opløsning af lycopin i givet fald sammen med en emulgator og/eller en spiselig olie i et organisk opløsningsmiddel, der er blandbart med vand, eller en blanding af vand og et organisk opløsningsmiddel, der er blandbart med vand, ved temperaturer, der er højere end 30°C, b) blander denne opløsning med en vandig opløsning af et beskyttelseskolloid, idet den hydrofile opløsningsmiddelbestanddel omdannes til den vandige fase, og der opstår den hydrofobe fase af lycopinen som nanodispers fase, c) og frigør den dannede dispersion til fremstilling af et vanddispergerbart tørpulver af opløsningsmidlet og vandet og tørrer den i givet fald i nærvær af et overtræksmateriale.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, kendetegnet ved, at man i trin a) fremstiller den molekylærdisperse lycopinopløsning ved temperaturer på 50°C til 240°C og umiddelbart herefter i trin b) blander den med den vandige opløsning af beskyttelseskolloidet, idet der indstilles en blandingstemperatur på ca. 35°C til 80°C.
10. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af stabile, pulverformede lycopin-formuleringer defineret ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at man maler krystallin lycopin med et all-trans isomerindhold på i det mindste 50% i et vandigt medie i nærvær af et beskyttelseskolloid og tørrer den således opnåede lycopinsuspension til fremstilling af et tørpulver.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 10, kendetegnet ved, at krystallinitetsgraden for lycopin i den pulverformede formulering kan indstilles ved variation af måletiden og/eller maletemperaturen.
12. Anvendelse af de stabile, pulverformede lycopinformuleringer defineret ifølge krav 1 til fremstilling af kosttilskudsmidler samt som tilsætning til levnedsmidler, dyrefoderstoffer, farmaceutiske og kosmetiske præparater.
13. Anvendelse af de stabile, pulverformede lycopinformuleringer ifølge krav 12 som farvestof.
