Den foreliggende opfindelse angår et selvklæbende bånd til forbindelse af isoler- eller afdækningsbaner af polyvinyl-chlorid, som er fremstillet under anvendelse af polyvinyl-chlorid/ blødgørere og mineralske fyldstoffer, og som for-5 bindes med banernes kanter ved påtrykning ved normal temperatur .
Fra tysk patentskrift nr. 1.264.020 kendes allerede et sådant bånd af lavmolekylært polyvinylchlorid, som er blødgjort med lidet flygtige eller ikke flytige blødgørere.
10 En ulempe herved er især, at båndet på grund af utilstrækkelig adhæsion ikke sikrer en tæt forbindelse.
Opfindelsen har til formål at tilvejebringe et selvklæbende bånd, som ikke har den ovennævnte ulempe, og som desuden fuldstændigt tilfredsstiller de i byggeri stillede krav, 15 især ved tagtætning. Spændinger fremkaldt af temperaturforskelle fra -40 til 80°C med deraf følgende udvidelse eller sammentrækning af banerne, som sammenklæbes, skal kunne optages af klæbebåndet. Desuden må klæbebåndet hverken blive blødt eller sprødt, hvilket kan medføre utætheder ved 20 udsættelse for vejrliget, og der må heller ikke kunne optræde nedbrydning af klæbebåndet som følge af luftforurening, herunder forsuring.
Ifølge opfindelsen, således som denne er kendetegnet i krav 1, løses denne opgave ved anvendelse af en blanding, 25 hvorved klæbevirkningen ikke opnås ved hjælp af lavmolekylære polymere, men derimod ved den kombinerede anvendelse af en vinylchlorid/vinylisobutylethercopolymer, hvis comono-mer har en i forhold til vinylchlorid formindsket polaritet (per se blødgjort polyvinylchlorid), og et harpiksagtigt 30 blødgøringsmiddel, som er en aromatisk polyether, en epoxyharpiks eller en blanding deraf.
Ved hjælp af nitrilkautsjukandelen opnås den til anvendelsesformålet nødvendige varmestabilitet. Polyvinylchlorid-andelen letter geleringen ved blandingsoparbejdningen.

Blødgøringskoncentrationen i blandingen er fortrinsvis af samme størrelsesorden som i de typer polyvinylchloridba-ner, der normalt anvendes i byggeindustrien, for at reducere ældningsfænomener på grund af migrering af blødgøreren.
5 For at undgå sammenklæbning ved et selvklæbende bånd ifølge opfindelsen, som hensigtsmæssigt lagres og leveres oprullet, kan maiv som det er vist i perspektiv på tegningen, forsyne det selvklæbende bånd 1 med et letfjerneligt afdækningsbånd 2, f.eks. af polyethylen.
10 I nedenstående eksempel illustreres fremstillingen af et selvklæbende bånd ifølge opfindelsen.
Eksempel 60 vægtdele af en i handelen forekommende blanding bestående af 70 vægt-% pulveriseret nitrilkautsjuk (med en partikel-15 størrelse på højst 0,5 mm og et acrylonitrilindhold på ca.
30%) og 30 vægtdele vinylchloridhomopolymer ("PERBUNAN N/VC 70"®), 40 vægtdele polyvinylchoridcopolymer indeholdende ca. 25 vægt-% vinylisobutyletherenheder ("LAROFLEX MP 45"), 45 vægtdele dioctylphthaiat ("PALATINOL AH"®), 3 vægtdele 20 epoxyharpiks ("EPIKOTE 834"®), 2 vægtdele bariumcadmium- stearat-stabiliseringsmiddel ("BAROSTAB BCR29A") og 10 vægtdele kridt ("OMYA bsh") æltes intensivt og opvarmes til en temperatur på ca. 130°C, hvorefter blandingen ekstruderes i form af et bånd med en tykkelse på 1 mm og en bredde på 25 40 mm. For at undgå sammenklæbning oprulles det fremstille de selvklæbende bånd som vist på tegningen med et poly-ethylenafdækningsbånd 2 som adskiller nabolag af båndet 1.
Der foretages afprøvning af adhæsionen af klæbebåndet på bløde PVC-baner med et indhold af blødgøringsmiddel på ca.
30 35 vægt-%, og det viser sig, at påtrykning af klæbebåndet giver en tilfredsstillende adhæsion uden forudgående behandling af PVC-banen. Afskalningsstyrken, som måles ved en vinkel på ca. 180°, bestemmes henholdsvis 1, 7, 30 og 90 dage efter påføringen, og resultaterne er anført i nedenstå-35 ende tabel, hvoraf det fremgår, at afskalningsstyrken forøges i løbet af dette tidsrum.
Claims (3)
1. Selvklæbende bånd til forbindelse af isoler- eller afdækningsbaner af polyvinylchlorid, som er fremstillet under anvendelse af polyvinylchlorid, blødgørere og mineralske fyldstoffer, og som forbindes med banernes kanter ved 10 påtrykning ved normal temperatur, kendetegnet ved, at båndet indeholder 100 vægtdele vinylchlorid/vinyl-isobutylethercopolymer, som har ca. 25 vægt-% vinyl-isobutyletherenheder, 100-400 vægtdele af en blanding af nitrilkautsjuk og en polyvinylchloridhomopolymer med et 15 vægtforhold mellem nitrilkautsjuk og polyvinylchloridhomopolymer på 70:30, 60-230 vægtdele af et blødgøringsmid-del bestående af en eller flere phthalsyreestere, og 4-70 vægtdele harpiksagtigt blødgøringsmiddel, som er en aromatisk polyether, en epoxyharpiks eller en blanding deraf, 20 og som bibringer blandingen klæbeegenskaber.
2. Selvklæbende bånd ifølge et af kravene 1 og 2, kendetegnet ved, at phthalsyreesterblødgøringsmidlet er dioctylphthalat.
3. Selvklæbende bån'd ifølge krav 2, kendeteg- 25 net ved, at mængden af dioctylphthalat er 45 vægtdele pr. 100 vægtdele af den samlede mængde af copolyraere, nitril-kautsjuket og polyvinylchloridhomopolymeren.
