Den foreliggende opfindelse angår et afstandsorgan i form af en plade til dannelse af luftspalter imellem tag og dettes isolering ved, at den er forsynet med korrugeringer og er udformet fjedrende sammenpresselig vinkelret på korrugeringernes længde-05 retning.
Ved opførelse af velisolerede bygninger opstår der ofte problemer i forbindelse med udluftning af velisolerede flader. Hvis gennemluftningen er utilstrækkelig, eksempelvis mellem en tagklædning og en tagisolering, opstår der let fugtskader i form af råd.
10 Fugten kan også forblive i isoleringsmaterialet og dermed forringe isoleringen. Hvis gennemluftningen derimod er for kraftig, vil luftbevægelsen oven over isoleringen få en kølende virkning. Det er derfor af stor betydning, at der kan tilvejebringes en styret udluftning.
15 Fra US patentskrift nr. 1.963.609 kendes en korrugeret iso lering, som kan anvendes ved varierende afstande mellem tagspærene. Med denne plade opnås imidlertid ikke sikkerhed for, at der virkelig er en luftspaite mellem et tag og dets isolering.
Med den foreliggende opfindelse tilsigtes at løse dette problem 20 i forbindelse med dannelse af luftspalter, og hertil er afstandsorganet ifølge opfindelsen ejendommeligt ved det i krav 1's kendetegnende del angivne.
Den som afstandsorgan udformede plade ifølge opfindelsen består af en korrugeret plade, der er fremstillet af et ikke-diffusions-25 tæt materiale i størrelser på eksempelvis 1200 x 2100 mm, og denne korrugerede plade kan tilskæres i passende formater og fastgøres mellem tagspærene. Den som afstandsorgan udformede plade indeholder en vinkelformet fjederdej, en aniægsflade mod isoleringen, en anlægskant mod yderfladen, eksempelvis tagklædningen, samt en 30 tætning mod bærebjælkerne, eksempelvis tagspærene. Montering, tilpasning og tætning tilvejebringes ved, at pladen tilskæres i dens udfjedrede eller frie tilstand, hvorefter pladen presses sammen og indsættes mellem tagspærene. Når pladen derefter ekspanderer, vil den både tætte mod og passe imellem bjælkerne eller spærene.
35 Ved udformningen af korrugeringerne ifølge opfindelsen opnås, at der dannes støtteanlæg for afstandsorganet samtidig med, at der opnås en næsten tæt anlægsflade for isoleringen. Endvidere sikres 2 151312 på enkel og billig måde, at luftspalter opretholdes, selv hvis underlaget, som det ofte er tilfældet, ikke er jævnt.
I det følgende skal opfindelsen beskrives nærmere under henvisning til tegningen, hvor 05 fig. 1 "viser en som et afstandsorgan udformet plade ifølge op findelsen monteret mod en tag klædning, fig. 2 den som afstandsorgan udformede plade set i perspektiv, fig. 3 og 4 detailsnit i umonteret henholdsvis i monteret til-10 stand, og fig. 5a, 5b og 5c respektive tværsnit visende et forslag til, hvorledes monteringen kan udføres.
Den monterede og som afstandsorgan 1 udformede plade i fig.
1 viser, hvorledes der dannes luftspaltekanaler 2, der giver en øn-15 sket luftgennemstrømning 3 samtidig med, at isoleringen 4 gives en god vindbeskyttelse. Fig. 2 viser en udførelsesform for en som afstandsorgan udformet plade i udfjedret eller fri tilstand og forsynet med forlængede yderste flige 5, der kan fastgøres til bjælkerne, eller disse flige kan omslutte isoleringens kanter, hvis isolering og 20 den som afstandsorgan udformede plade monteres samtidig, og dermed forenkles indsættelsen mellem bjælkerne.
I udførelsesformen ifølge fig. 3 og 4 mangler disse flige 5, hvorfor den afsluttende tætning kun omfatter en fjedrende flig 6 af korrugeringen. Fjedrende bevægelser i den som afstandsorgan ud-25 formede plade tilvejebringes ved hjælp af vinkelformede ise 7 i korrugeringen, og disse ise sammentrykkes, mens pladen monteres.
Ved at isene eller fjederdelene 7 er forbundet med plane basisdele 8, dannes der en plan sammenhængende anlægsflade mod isoleringen.
30 Under monteringen tilskæres pladen I i dens udfjedrede eller frie tilstand (fig. 5A), og pladen tildeles en sidan størrelse, at den kan optage eventuelle afvigelser i centrumafstanden mellem bjælkerne. Derefter presses pladen 1 sammen, og den indsættes imellem bjælkerne 9 (fig. 5B), og som følge af pladens fjedervirkning vil 35 den bide tætte imod og passe imellem bjælkerne (fig. 5C). Isolering ilægges derefter pi sædvanlig måde.
Claims (2)
1. Afstandsorgan i form af en plade til dannelse af luftspalter imellem et tag og dettes isolering ved, at den er forsynet med kor-rugeringer og er udformet fjedrende sammenpresselig vinkelret pi 05 korrugeringernes længderetning, KENDETEGNET ved, AT korruge-ringerne (7, 8) hver har en plan basisdel (8) samt en hermed forenet vinkelformet del (7), udformet således, at denne vinkelformede del (7) sammenpresses, når pladen (1) placeres i sin anvendelsesstilling, eksempelvis imellem to tagbjælker (9), mens de plane basis-10 dele (8) danner et plant sammenhængende lag over isoleringen (4).
2. Plade ifølge krav 1, KENDETEGNET ved, AT pladens (1) langsgående sider er afsluttet af en vinkelformet del, som har en yderste grenflig (5), som er forlænget.
