Opfindelsen angår en indretning til med et plant låg at lukke et med flanger forsynet fyldt papbæger, og som består af en lukkemaskine med mindst en gennem denne forløbende inddelingsuafhængig transportør.
5 De lukkemaskiner, som idag anvendes til lukning af sådanne indpakninger, har vist sig at være både dyre i fremstilling som i drift og vedligeholdelse.
Formålet med opfindelsen er at anvise en lukkemaskine, som er billig at fremstille og billig i drift, og hvormed 10 et fyldt papbæger kan lukkes meget rationelt.
Dette opnås, idet indretningen ifølge opfindelsen er ejendommelig ved det i patentkravets kendetegnende del angivne.
Opfindelsen forklares nærmere nedenfor under henvisningen 15 til tegningen, hvor fig. 1 viser skematisk set fra oven en lukkemaskine, fig. 2 skematisk i større målestok set i perspektiv et brudstykke af den i fig. 1 viste maskine fra dennes 20 begyndelse set i bægerets fremføringsretning, og fig. 3. skematisk fra siden set i fremføringsretningen begyndelsen af den i fig. 1 viste maskine, svarende til en del af det i fig. 2 viste brudstykke af maskinen set fra siden.
25 Den i figurerne viste maskine har mindst en gennem denne forløbende transportør 3 til fremføring og samtidig lukning af bægre 1, som er forsynet med flanger, og som på forhånd er fyldt et andet sted. Bægeret 1 frem-

2 føres uafhængigt af nogen særlig form for inddeling fremefter på transportøren 3 og når i lukkemaskinens forreste afsnit, set i bægerets 1 fremføringsretning, frem til en position foran et stopgardin 4. Et låg 2, 5 som er tilført fra et over transportøren 3 beliggende magasin 20, ligger allerede op mod dette stopgardin 4 og afventer fremføringen af det bæger 1, der skal forsegles. Låget 2 understøttes i denne position af skinner 9, 10, som strækker sig på langs i transportret-10 ningen, og som er beliggende over såvel transportøren 3 som de på denne liggende bægre 1. Når låget 2 ligger lige oven over et underliggende bæger 1, føres begge fremefter af fremføringsruller 5, 6, 7, 8, som er placeret på hver side af transportøren 3. Låget og bægeret føres 15 derefter fremefter til et første mikrobølgeopvarmnings aggregat 11, som omfatter C-formede skinner 12, 13, der strækker sig på hver sin side af tranportøren 3, og i hvis spalter flangerne og lågkanterne glider og forsegles indbyrdes ved hjælp af mikrobølger. Efter 20 dette mikrobølgeopvarmningsaggregat 11 findes der fast trykningsruller 14, 15, 16, 17 til at sammenpresse de indbyrdes forseglede modstående flanger og lågkanter, inden bægeret 1 føres frem til en vendeindretning 18, hvor det drejes 90 °, således at bægerets 1 resterende 25 flanger kan forsegles med låget eller omvendt ved hjælp af et andet mikrobølgeopvarmningsaggregat 19, som er placeret efter vendeindretningen 18, men før lukkemaskinens udføringsafsnit. Det andet mikrobølgeopvarmningsaggregat 19 er udformet og arbejder på samme måde som 30 det første aggregat 11. Ved den viste eksempelvise udfø relsesform er transportøren 3 opbygget af standard-bånd-transportører og er sammensat af to bånd, nemlig et kort indføringsbånd og et bånd til de øvrige af maskinens procestrin. Lågudtagningen fra magasinet 20 er roterende.
35 Omstilling fra et bægerformat til et andet kan manuelt udføres på mindre end 30 minutter.

Claims (1)

  1. DK 163491 B 3 Indretning til med et plant låg at lukke et med flanger forsynet fyldt papbæger, og som består af en lukkemaskine med mindst en gennem denne forløbende inddelings-5 uafhængig transportør (3), kendetegnet ved, at der ved transportørens (3) begyndelse, set i fremføringsretningen, findes et stopgardin (4), som tjener til at fastholde et låg (2), medens dette ligger oven på skinner (9, 10), som er placeret over transportøren 10 (3) og bægrene (1) på denne, indtil et bæger (1) er blevet fremført ind under låget (2); at der umiddelbart efter stopgardinet er anbragt fremføringsruller (5-8) til at føre bægeret (1) med det oven på dette liggende låg (2) fremefter med to modstående flanger på bægeret 15 (1) løbende i C-formede skinner (12, 13), som hører til et mikrobølgeopvarmningsaggregat (11) og tjener til at fastgøre låget (2) på disse to modstående flanger; at der umiddelbart efter de C-formede skinner er anbragt fasttryknings- eller forseglingsruller (14-17) til at trykke låget (.2) og flangerne sammen, inden bægeret 20 (1) når frem til en drejeindretning (18), hvor det drejes 90 °; og at der efter denne indretning (18) i fremførings-retningen er anbragt et andet mikrobølgeopvarmningsaggregat (19) til indbyrdes at forsegle modstående kant-partier af låget med to andre modstående flanger på 25 bægeret (1).
