【発明の詳細な説明】
充填されたフランジ付カートントレイを封止する方法および装置
本発明は、充填されたフランジ付カートントレイを平蓋て封止するための方法お
よび装置に関する。
かかるパックを封止するために今日使用されている機械は、製造および運転の両
方並びに保守の点で費用が高いことが判っている。
本発明の目的は、安価に製造し運転される機械を提供することであり、この機械
の補助で充填トレイを非常に効率的に封止できる。
これは、添付請求の範囲に開示した特徴をもつ方法および装置により達成された
。
以下、本発明につき、添付図面を参照しながら詳細に説明する。
第1図は、本発明による封止機械の概略平面図である。
第2図は、第1図に例示した機械の一部分の概略斜視図であり、この部分はトレ
イの前進方向にみた機械の入口端部にある。
第3図は、第1図に例示した機械のトレイ前進方向にみた入口部分の概略側面図
であり、これも第2図に例示した機械の一部分を示す。
図面に例示した機械は、充填されたフランジ付のトレイ1を前進させると同時に
封止するために機械を通過する少なくとも1つの移送手段3を有する。トレイ1
は、移送手段3上で特に間隔を設定されないで前進され、トレイ1の前進方向に
みて機械の前方部分に入り、ストッパカーテン4の前部における所定位置に至る
。このストッパカーテン4に蓋2が既に当接して位置しており、封止されるトレ
イ1を待っている。蓋2は移送手段3の上方に配設されたマガジン20から供給
され、移送手段3および移送手段3上のトレイ1に沿い且つこれらの上方に配設
された長手方向のレール9.10によりカートントレイ上方の所定位置に支持さ
れる。蓋2がレールの下方にあるトレイ1の真上に配置されると、蓋2とトレイ
1は移送手段3の両側に配設されたローラ5. 6. 7゜8により同時に前進
される。トレイ1と蓋2は、移送手段3の両側にC形し−ル12.13を具備す
る第1のマイクロ波アプリケータ11に一体に前進される。トレイ1のフランジ
と蓋2の封止縁はレール12.13の間隙に収容され、マイクロ波により一体に
封止される。アプリケータ11の後には、トレイ1がターンテーブル手段18に
前進される前に、フランジと蓋の封止された部分を一体に圧接するために圧力ロ
ーラ14.15.16゜17がある。ターンテーブル手段18においてトレイ1
が90°の角度で水平に旋回され、ターンテーブル手段18の後方且つ機械の排
出部分の手前に配設された第2のマイクロ波アプリケータ19でトレイ1の残り
のフランジと蓋とが封止されるようになっている。第2のマイクロ波アプリケー
タ19は、第1のものと同様に形成され、同様に作動する。例示した実施例にお
いて、移送手段3は標準的なベルトコンベヤで構成され、短い供給区間とその他
の各工程用の区間の2つの区間から成る。マガジン20からレール9.10への
蓋の供給は回転を伴いながら行われる。異なるトレイ寸法に対する設定は30分
以内に手動で行うことができる。

トレイ(1)を該トレイの上に載っている蓋(2)と共に前進させるための前進
ローラ(5,6,7,8)が前記ストッパカーテンのすぐ後方に設けられ、蓋と
トレイ(1)のそれぞれのフランジの対向する側部が、蓋(2)をトレイ(1)
の前記フランジに固着するために、第1のマイクロ波アプリケータ(11)のC
形断面レール(12,13)に収容されるようにしたことと、これらのレールの
後方に押圧または封止ローラ(14゜15.16.17)が設けられ、蓋を載せ
たトレイが、トレイを90°水平に旋回させるターンテーブル手段(18)に来
る前に、前記押圧または封止ローラが蓋(2)を押下げるようにしたことと、
トレイ(1)の残りの対向するフランジを蓋(2)に対して封止するために前進
方向に第2のマイクロ波アプリケータ(19)を設けたこと
を特徴とするフランジ付カートントレイの封止装置。

Claims (2)
- 1.充填されたトレイが、移送手段に載せたまま不規則なトレイ間隔で封止機械 の中に供給され、1つのトレイがマガジンからの蓋を供給するレール下方に来て レールの端部付近に配設されたストッパカーテンに至るようになし、各蓋もこの カーテンに当接することと、移送手段の両側に配設された供給ローラが第1のマ イクロ波アプリケータと協働するようにトレイを該トレイ上に載っている蓋と共 に同時に前進させ、該第1のマイクロ波アプリケータがC形断面の1対のレール を具備し、該各レールが蓋の一方の側部およびトレイの一方の縁フランジに沿っ て延び、移送手段の何れの側にもかかるレールを1対有することと、 前記第1のマイクロ波アプリケータの後方に配設された押圧ローラが続いて、ト レイが機械に前進されると同時に蓋をそれぞれのトレイフランジを押圧すること と、この手順の後に、トレイが90°水平に回転されて第2のマイクロ波アプリ ケータ内に移動され、該第2のマイクロ波アプリケークにおいて、トレイの残り のフランジが蓋のそれぞれの縁部分に封止され、その後封止済みトレイが機械か ら搬出されること を特徴とする、充填されたフランジ付トレイを平蓋で封止する方法。
- 2.機械を通過しトレイの間隔に無関係の少なくとも1つの移送手段(3)を含 み、充填されたフランジ付カートントレイを平蓋で封止する装置において、前進 方向にみて移送手段(3)の開始部にストッパカーテン(4)が設けられ、トレ イ(1)が蓋(2)の下方に前進されるまで、ストッパカーテンが移送手段(3 )および該移送手段の上に載っているトレイ(1)の上方に配設されたレール( 9,10)に蓋(2)を係合させた状態を保持するようにしたことと、 トレイ(1)を該トレイの上に載っている蓋(2)と共に前進させるための前進 ローラ(5,6,7,8)が前記ストッパカーテンのすぐ後方に設けられ、蓋と トレイ(1)のそれぞれのフランジの対向する側部が、蓋(2)をトレイ(1) の前記フランジに固着するために、第1のマイクロ波アプリケータ(11)のC 形断面レール(12,13)に収容されるようにしたことと、これらのレールの 後方に押圧または封止ローラ(14,15,16,17)が設けられ、蓋を載せ たトレイが、トレイを90°水平に旋回させるターンテーブル手段(18)に来 る前に、前記押圧または封止ローラが蓋(2)を押下げるようにしたことと、 トレイ(1)の残りの対向するフランジを蓋(2)に対して封止するために前進 方向に第2のマイクロ波アプリケータ(19)を設けたこと を特徴とするフランジ付カートントレイの封止装置。
