Claims (38)
- MIKROPORØST POLYMERMATERIALE1. Mikroporøst materiale med en gennemsnitlig porediameter på mindre end 100 nm, der er en polymer med en kæde bestående af gentagelsesenheder, der er bundet sammen, og hver indbefatter en første generelt plan art, der mindst omfatter én aromatisk ring og ligeledes omfatter en stiv linker med et vridningssted, der er en spiro-gruppe, en brobundet ringdel eller en sterisk overfyldt enkelt kovalent binding, hvorom der er begrænset rotation, således at to tilstødende første plane arter, der er forbundet i kæden ved hjælp af en stiv linker, holdes i en ikke-koplanar orientering, og polymeren er således, at mindst 50 mol-% af den første plane art i kæden er forbundet med de stive linkere til maksimalt to andre plane arter og er således, at den ikke har en tværbundet, kovalent bundet 3-dimensionel struktur.
- 2. Mikroporøst materiale ifølge krav 1, hvor vridningspunktet er tilvejebragt ved hjælp af en substitueret eller ikke-substitueret spiro-indan-, bicyklus-octan-, biphenyl- eller binaphthyldel.
- 3. Mikroporøst materiale ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor mindst 70 mol-% af den første plane art er forbundet med de stive linkere til maksimalt to andre plane arter.
- 4. Mikroporøst materiale ifølge krav 3, hvor mindst 80 mol-% af den første plane art er forbundet med de stive linkere til maksimalt to andre plane arter.
- 5. Mikroporøst materiale ifølge krav 4, hvor mindst 90 mol-% af den første plane art er forbundet med de stive linkere til maksimalt to andre plane arter.
- 6. Mikroporøst materiale ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, hvor hver af den første plane art omfatter en substitueret eller ikke-substitueret del af formlen:hvor X er O, S eller NH.
- 7. Mikroporøst materiale ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, hvor materialet omfatter gentagelsesenheder med formlen:der kan være substituerede eller ikke-substituerede.
- 8. Mikroporøst materiale ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, hvor materialet omfatter gentagelsesenheder med formlen:der kan være substituerede eller ikke-substituerede.
- 9. Mikroporøst materiale ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, hvor materialet omfatter gentagelsesenheder med formlen:eller materialet er et produkt af hydrolysen af nitrilsubstituenter i en sådan polymer.

Fremgangsmåde til produktion af en fritstående membran ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 27 til 28, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter følgende trin: i) udstøbning af en opløsning af det mikroporøse materiale, som membranen består af; og ii) afdampning af opløsningsmidlet for at producere membranen.
- 31. Fremgangsmåde til produktion af en understøttet membran ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 27 til 30, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter følgende trin: i) anvendelse af en opløsning af det mikroporøse materiale, som membranen består af, på et egnet underlag; og ii) afdampning af opløsningsmidlet for at producere membranen.
- 32. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 30 eller 31, hvor den producerede membran tværbindes ved anvendelse af et egnet tværbindingsmiddel.
- 33. Fremgangsmåde til separering af en først art fra en blanding af den første art og en anden art, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter følgende trin: i) påføring af blandingen på én side af en membran ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 27 eller 28; ii) foranledige den første art til at passere gennem membranen; og iii) opsamling af den første art fra en modstående side af membranen.
- 34. Fremgangsmåde til berigelse af en første art i en første blanding af den første art og en anden art, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter følgende trin: i) påføring af den første blanding på én side af en membran ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 27 til 29; ii) foranledige den første blanding til at passere gennem membranen; og iii) opsamling af anden blanding af den første og anden art, der er beriget i forhold til den første art sammenlignet med den første blanding, fra en modstående side af membranen.
- 35. Katalysatorsystem omfattende en katalytisk art og mikroporøst materiale ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 17.
