Opfindelsen angår et polérguldpræparat bestående af en i organiske opløsningsmidler opløselig guldforbindelse, eventuelt et guldpulver og/eller en i organiske opløsningsmidler uopløselig guldforbindelse, en organisk 5 bærer, et flusmiddel og eventuelt farvepåvirkende tilsætninger.
Polérguldpræparater har været kendt i mange år.
De består af fine guldpulvere, der helt eller delvis kan erstattes med termisk dekomponerbare organiske guldfor-10 bindeiser, et flusmiddel og en organisk bærer. Yderligere kan der i præparaterne være indeholdt andre bestanddele, der påvirker guldfilmens farve, såsom salte og re-sinater af sølv, palladium, platin eller rhodium.
Guldforbindelserne i sådanne præparater er almin-15 deligvis derivater af cycliske terpener og svovl, såsom sulforesinater eller mercaptider. I nyere tid anvendes mest guld-(I)mercaptider, der som følge af deres polymere karakter i sig selv er uopløselige i organiske opløsningsmidler, men som gennem bestemte substituenter 20 ved mercaptidet kan overføres i en opløselig form. Sådanne i organiske opløsningsmidler opløselige guldmer-captider er for eksempel beskrevet i de tyske fremlæggelsesskrifter DE-AS 12 84 807, 12 84 808, 12 86 866 og 12 98 828.
25 Flusmidlet indeholder sædvanligvis salte eller resinater af bismuth, bly, bor, silicium, chrom, tin, kobber og andre, bestemmer guldfilmens adfærd under brændingen, forbedrer guldfilmens vedhæftning til underlaget og forøger dens modstandsevne mod afrivning og 30 korroderende kemikalier.
Valget af den organiske bærer retter sig efter de forskellige påføringsmetoder for polérguldpræparatet.

2 syntetiske harpikser, enkeltvis eller i blanding (DE-AS 12 84 807 og 12 84 808). Disse bærere kan imidlertid delvis være sundhedsskadelige og er endvidere ikke vandopløselige eller fortyndelige med vand.
5 Fra tysk offentliggørelsesskrift DE-OS 32 17 049 kendes et påstrygningsmiddel for overglasurdekorationer, hvilket middel også kan indeholde organiske guldforbindelser og guldpulver. Dette påstrygningsmiddel er vand-fortyndeligt og ikke sundhedsskadeligt. Det består af 10 polyvinylpyrrolidon eller en blanding af polyvinylpyrro-lidon og vandigt polyethylenoxid, opløst i ethylenglycol og/eller propylenglycol og eventuelt vand. I denne organiske bærer er imidlertid de kendte, i sig selv opløselige guldmercaptider ikke opløselige.
15 Den foreliggende opfindelse har derfor haft til opgave at udvikle et polérguldpræparat bestående af en i organiske opløsningsmidler opløselig guldforbindelse, eventuelt et guldpulver og/eller en i organiske opløsningsmidler uopløselig guldforbindelse, en organisk bæ-20 rer, et flusmiddel og eventuelt farvepåvirkende tilsætninger, og hvor den organiske bærer er vandforenelig, ikke fører til sundhedsskader og er i stand til at opløse de kendte guldmercaptider.
Denne opgave er ifølge opfindelsen løst ved, at 25 der som organisk bærer anvendes blandinger af 50 til 100% af én eller flere heterocycliske ketoner med den almene formel: 30 0^ f

hvor R er en ligekædet eller forgrenet (Cx-Cg)alkylgrup-pe, og 0 til 50% af én eller flere med vand fortyndelige kunstharpikser valgt blandt amin-, phenol-, acryl-, al-35 kyd- og epoxidharpikser.

Som organisk bærer anvendes fortrinsvis 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidon.
Den organiske bærer består af et opløsningsmiddel og eventuelt et yderligere bindemiddel. Som opløsnings-5 middel anvendes N-substituerede 2-pyrrolidoner. Substi-tuenten er en ligekædet eller forgrenet (Ci-Cgjalkyl-. gruppe. Det foretrukne opløsningsmiddel er l-methyl-2-pyrrolidon, der er meget benyttet inden for farve- og polymerindustrien. Dets opløselighedsparameter ligger 10 inden for området for et stort antal polymerisater. Det er blandbart med vand og de fleste organiske opløsningsmidler. Det har vist sig, at det yderligere har en udmærket opløsningsevne for navnlig guld-sek.-alkylmercap-tider og guldsulforesinater. Opløsningsmidlet udgør fra 15 50 til 100 vægt% af bæresystemet. Alene opløsningsmiddel i form af N-substituerede 2-pyrrolidoner anvendes, når polérguldpræparatet indeholder mindst 3, fortrinsvis 5 vægt% guld i form af det opløselige sulforesinat. Dets gode opløsningsevne samt dets dispergerende virkning på 20 tørstofindholdet muliggør en stribefri påføring af polérguldpræparatet med pensel.
I kombination med l-methyl-2-pyrrolidon er mange forskellige vandfortyndelige polymerisater egnede som bindemiddel. De vigtigste er: polyvinylpyrrolidon, copo-25 lymerisater af vinylpyrrolidon-vinylacetat, vinylpyrro-lidon-styren, poly vinylalkohol, poly vinylacetat, poly-ethylenglycol, polypropylenglycol, copolymerisater af ethylenglycol-propylenglycol, copolymerisater af ethy-len-maleinsyre, methylvinylether-maleinsyre, styren-ma-30 leinsyre og styren-maleinsyremonoester. Som bindemiddel anvendes kommercielt tilgængelige kunstharpikser, der enten umiddelbart eller efter tilsætning af syrer eller baser lader sig fortynde med vand. Der er for disse kunstharpiksers vedkommende tale om vandfortyndelige 35 amin-, phenol-, alkyd-, acryl- og epoxidharpikser, der

4 tørrer i luften efter et oxidations- og/eller forgreningsprincip .
Eksempler på aminharpikser er helt eller partielt methylforethrede melamin- eller urinstof-formaldehyd-5 kondensater, der er kommercielt tilgængelige i opløsningsmiddelfri, opløsningsmiddelfattig eller vandfortyn-det form. Por de mono- eller lavmolekylære typers vedkommende, såsom ved hexamethoxymethylmelamin, er det hensigtsmæssigt med tilsætning af en sur katalysator, 10 såsom saltsyre, phosphorsyre, p-toluensulfonsyre eller maleinsyre i en koncentration på 1 til 8 vægt%, baseret på bindemidlets tørstofindhold. Aminharpikserne kan anvendes som eneste bindemiddel eller i kombination med komplementærharpikser, såsom acryl-, alkyd- og epoxid-15 harpikser. Til styring af tørringshastigheden kan der tilsættes en sur katalysator. Disse bindemiddelblandin-ger er fortrinsvis sammensat af 10 til 20 vægt% amin-harpiks og 80 til 90 vægt% komplementærharpiks. Eksempler på oxidativt tørrende, vandfortyndelige harpikser er 20 alkydharpiks på basis af umættede syrer, såsom fedtsyrer, med et olieindhold på 20 til 70 vægt%, endvidere epoxidester på basis af umættede syrer, såsom linolie-træolie-epoxidester.
Bindemiddelindholdet i bæresystemet udgør 0 til 25 50 vægt%. Bæresystemet kan indeholde vand op til en koncentration på 20 vægt% og andre vandblandbare opløsningsmidler, såsom alkoholer, glycoler og glycolethere, i en maksimal koncentration på op til 40 vægt%.
Til variation af guldtonen kan der til disse præ-30 parater sættes sølv-, palladium- eller platinforbindelser. Der anvendes fortrinsvis rhodium(III)-chlorid.

Claims (2)
1. Polérguldpræparat bestående af ea i organiske opløsningsmidler opløselig guldforbindelse, eventuelt et guldpulver og/eller en i organiske opløsningsmidler uopløselig guldforbindelse, en organisk bærer, et flusmid- 5 del og eventuelt farvepåvirkende tilsætninger, kendetegnet ved, at der som organisk bærer anvendes blandinger af 50 til 100 vægt% af én eller flere hetero-cycliske ketoner med den almene formel: o •Y R hvor R er en ligekædet eller forgrenet (C^-Cg)alkyl-gruppe, og 0 til 50 vægt% af én eller flere med vand for-15 tyndelige kunstharpikser valgt blandt amin-, phenol-, acryl-, alkyd- og epoxidharpikser.
2. Polérguldpræparat ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at det som organisk bærer indeholder l-methyl-2-pyrrolidon.
