Claims (13)
1. Brandsikker dør (1), der har en normativ brandklasse eller lignende, med en omgivende ramme og stålpladeskaller (9,10) på begge sider, mellem hvilke der er indsat et brandsikringsindlæg (13) med en temperaturbestandighed til opfyldelse af kravene til de normative brandklasser eller lignende, hvilket indlæg er dannet ud fra mindst ét isoleringselement i form af en med et bindemiddel fastgjort plade af i et fysiologisk miljø opløselige mineralfibre, kendetegnet ved, at sammensætningen af mineralfibrene i isoleringselementet har et alkali/jordalkali-masseforhold < 1, og at fiberstrukturen i isoleringselementet er bestemt ved en gennemsnitlig geometrisk fiberdiameter < 4 pm, en andel af bindemidlet, beregnet i forhold til massen af fiberindholdet i isoleringselementet, i området fra 1 til 3 vægt-% og en bruttomassefylde i området fra 60 til 130 kg/m3, idet bruttomas-sefylden ved en brandklasse T30 eller lignende er 60 til 80 kg/m3, fortrinsvis 70 kg/m3, ved en brandklasse T60 eller lignende er 80 til 110 kg/m3, fortrinsvis 100 kg/m3, og ved en brandklasse T90 eller lignende er 110 til 130 kg/m3, fortrinsvis 120 kg/m3.
2. Brandsikker dør ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at bindemidlet er et organisk bindemiddel såsom phenol-formaldehydharpiks.
3. Brandsikker dør ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at andelen af bindemidlet, beregnet i forhold til fibermassen i isoleringselementet, ligger i området fra 1 til 2 vægt-%.
4. Brandsikker dør ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at isoleringselementet haret smeltepunkt ifølge DIN 4102, del 17, på > 1000°C.
5. Brandsikker dør ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at mineralfibrene i isoleringselementet er fremstillet ved en indre centrifugering ved cen-trifugekurvmetoden med en temperatur ved centrifugekurven på mindst 1100°C.
6. Brandsikker dør ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at tilbagestillingskræfterne, målt som trykspænding ved 10% kompression ifølge DIN EN 826, for det i den brandsikre dør indbyggede isoleringselement ved en brandklasse T30 eller lignende er < 4 kPa, ved en brandklasse T60 eller lignende er < 6 kPa og ved en brandklasse T90 eller lignende er < 8 kPa.
7. Brandsikker dør ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at der i isoleringselementet er integreret et under varmepåvirkning vandfraspaltende stof, fortrinsvis aluminiumhydroxid.
8. Brandsikker dør ifølge krav 7, kendetegnet ved, at det vandfraspaltende stof er anbragt i mindst ét særskilt lag integreret mellem mineralfibrene i isoleringselementet, hvor det særskilte lag fortrinsvis er udformet plant og parallelt med begge isoleringselementets hovedoverflader.
9. Brandsikker dør ifølge krav 7, kendetegnet ved, at det vandfraspaltende stof foreligger homogent fordelt i isoleringselementet.
10. Brandsikker dør ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at mineralfibrene i isoleringselementet med hensyn til deres opløselighed i et fysiologisk miljø svarer til kravene i den europæiske retningslinje 97/69/EG og/eller kravene i den tyske forordning vedrørende farlige stoffer, afsnit IV, nr. 22.
11. Brandsikker dør ifølge krav 10, kendetegnet ved følgende områder for den kemiske sammensætning af mineralfibrene i isoleringselementet i vægt-%:
12. Brandsikker dør ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at isole-ringselementet haren perleandel < 1%.
13. Brandsikringsindlæg til en brandsikker dør ifølge krav 1’s indledning, kendetegnet ved et isoleringselement med de kendetegnende træk ifølge mindst ét af kravene 1 til 12.
