Claims (16)

1. Fremgangsmåde til forsegling af mindst en del af overfladen af en genstand, hvor denne del består i det mindste delvist af træ, metal, kunststof eller mineralstof, og hvor genstanden er et laminat-, parket- eller bræddegulvelement, et panel eller en finer hhv. et møbel eller møbelstykke eller en plade, omfattende de følgende trin (a) forsegling af den mindst ene del ved påføring af et lag af en strålehærdbar smeltemasse på basis af en fugtighedskrydsbindende polyurethan på mindst en del af genstandsoverfladen; og (b) bestråling af smeltemasselaget, hvor der ved delen af overfladen er tale om en yderflade.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at påføringen af laget foregår ved hjælp af en valse, en afstryger eller en slidsdyse eller ved påsprøjt-ning.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at der foregår en glatning af smeltemasselagets overflade.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved, at smeltemasselaget påføres i en tykkelse i området fra 5 pm til 200 pm.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at smeltemasselaget påføres i et lag.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved, at smeltemassen inden hærdningen indeholder både mindst en funktionel gruppe, der kan polymeriseres ved bestrålingen, og NCO-grupper.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 6, kendetegnet ved, at smeltemassen inden hærdningen indeholder acrylsyre-, methacrylsyre- eller styren-derivater.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 7, kendetegnet ved, at bestrålingen inden fuldstændig hærdning af smeltemasselaget foregår ved fugtigheds-krydsbinding af polyurethanen.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1 til 8, kendetegnet ved, at bestrålingen foregår inden for 24 timer efter påføring af smeltemasselaget.
10. Genstand med et forseglingslag på mindst en del af sin overflade indeholdende et lag afen strålehærdbar smeltemasse på basis afen fugtighedskryds-bindende polyurethan, hvor der ved delen af overfladen er tale om en yderflade, hvor delen af genstandsoverfladen i det mindste delvist består af træ, metal, kunststof eller mineralstof, og hvor genstanden er et laminat-, parketeller bræddegulvelement, et panel eller en finer hhv. et møbel eller møbelstykke eller en plade.
11. Genstand ifølge krav 10, kendetegnet ved, at smeltemasselaget har en tykkelse i området fra 5 pm til 200 pm.
12. Genstand ifølge krav 10 eller 11, kendetegnet ved, at smeltemasselaget er påført i et lag.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 10 til 12, kendetegnet ved, at smeltemassen inden hærdningen indeholder både mindst en funktionel gruppe, der kan polymeriseres ved bestrålingen, og NCO-grupper.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 10 til 13, kendetegnet ved, at smeltemassen inden hærdningen indeholder acrylsyre-, methacrylsyre- eller styren-derivater.
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 10 til 14, kendetegnet ved, at strålehærdningen af smeltemasselaget inden den fuldstændige hærdning af den reaktive smeltemasse foregår ved fugtighedskrydsbinding af polyurethanen.
16. Anvendelse af en strålehærdbar smeltemasse på basis af en fugtigheds-krydsbindende polyurethan til forsegling af mindst en del af overfladen af en genstand, hvor der ved delen af overfladen er tale om en yderflade, hvor denne del i det mindste delvist består af træ, metal, kunststof eller mineralstof, og hvor genstanden er et laminat-, parket- eller bræddegulvelement, et panel eller en finer hhv. et møbel eller møbelstykke eller en plade.
