Claims (11)
1. Absorptionsmiddel til fjernelse af carbondioxid fra gasstrømme indeholdende en vandig opløsning af en amin med formel I HNR2 (I) hvor en
eller begge grupper R står for og den anden gruppe R står for hydrogen.
2. Absorptionsmiddel ifølge krav 1, endvidere indeholdende i det mindste en amin, som er udvalgt blandt (A) tertiære aminer; (B) primære aminer, hvor aminogruppen er bundet til et tertiært carbonatom; (C) sekundære aminer, hvor aminogruppen er bundet til i det mindste et sekundært eller tertiært carbonatom; og blandinger heraf.
3. Absorptionsmiddel ifølge krav 2, indeholdende i det mindste en amin, som er udvalgt blandt (A) tertiære aminer med en eller to hydroxyalkylgrupper og to eller en usubstitueret alkylgruppe på nitrogenatomet, hvor aminogruppen er adskilt fra hydroxylgruppen(-grupperne) ved hjælp af i det mindste to carbonatomer; (B) primære aminer med i det mindste en hydroxylgruppe, hvor aminogruppen er bundet til et tertiært carbonatom og er adskilt fra hydroxylgruppen ved hjælp af i det mindste to carbonatomer; (C) sekundære aminer med i det mindste en hydroxylgruppe, hvor aminogruppen er bundet til i det mindste et sekundært eller tertiært carbonatom og er adskilt fra hydroxylgruppen ved hjælp af i det mindste to carbonatomer; og blandinger heraf.
4. Absorptionsmiddel ifølge krav 2 eller 3, indeholdende 1 til 30 vægt-% amin med formel I og 10 til 60 vægt-% af en eller flere aminer (A) til (C), baseret på den samlede vægt af absorptionsmidlet, på den betingelse at det maksimale samlede aminindhold af absorptionsmidlet er 65 vægt-%.
5. Absorptionsmiddel ifølge krav 1, desuden indeholdende i det mindste en amin, som er udvalgt blandt (D) primære eller sekundære alkanolaminer; (E) alkylendiaminer; (F) polyalkylenpolyaminer; (G) aminer med den almene formel r1-nh-r2-nh2 hvor R1 står for Ci-C6_alkyl, og R2 står for C2-C6-alkylen; (H) cykliske aminer med en 5-, 6- eller 7-leddet mættet ring, som indeholder en NH-gruppe og i givet fald et yderligere heteroatom, navnlig et oxygen- eller nitrogenatom; og blandinger heraf.
6. Absorptionsmiddel ifølge krav 4, indeholdende i det mindste en amin, som er udvalgt blandt (D) monoethanolamin, diethanolamin, methylethanolamin; (E) hexamethylendiamin; (F) diethylentriamin; (G) 3-methylaminopropylamin; (H) piperazin, 2-methylpiperazin, N-methylpiperazin, N- ethylpiperazin, N-aminoethylpiperazin, homopiperazin, piperidin, morpholin; og blandinger heraf.
7. Absorptionsmiddel ifølge krav 5 eller 6, indeholdende 20 til 60 vægt-% amin med formel I og 1 til 25 vægt-% an en eller flere aminer (D) til (H) , baseret på den samlede vægt af absorptionsmidlet, på den betingelse at det maksimale samlede aminindhold af absorptionsmidlet er 65 vægt-%.
8. Fremgangsmåde til fjernelse af carbondioxid fra en gasstrøm, idet man bringer gasstrømmen i kontakt med et flydende absorptionsmiddel, som indeholder en vandig opløsning af en amin med formel I, HNR2 (I) hvor en eller begge grupper R står for
og den anden gruppe R står for hydrogen.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, idet det partielle tryk i carbondioxiden i gasstrømmen er mindre end 500 mbar.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8 eller 9, idet gasstrømmen stammer fra a) oxidationen af organiske substanser, b) komposteringen eller opbevaringen af affaldsstoffer indeholdende organiske substanser eller c) den bakterielle nedbrydning af organiske substanser.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 8 til 10, idet man regenerer det mættede absorptionsmiddel ved hjælp af a) opvarmning, b) afspænding, c) stripning med et inert fluid eller en kombination af to eller alle disse foranstaltninger.
