Description
PATENTKRAV 1. Fremgangsmåde til fremme af planters vækst, hvor der til planterne tilføres lys, kendetegnet ved, at lys tilføres planterne ved et antal diskrete bølgelængder, der er nyttige for planternes biologiske processer, og hvor antallet af bølgelængder er mindst to. 2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1,kendetegnet ved, at antallet af bølgelængder er tre eller fire. 3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 -2, kendetegnet ved, at lyset ved de diskrete bølgelængder udsendes med et givet antal fotoner. 4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1-3, kendetegnet ved, at de diskrete bølgelængder vælges i områderne 429 - 433 nm, fortrinsvis 431 nm, 449 - 453 nm, fortrinsvis 451 nm, 636 - 640 nm, fortrinsvis 638 nm og 658 - 662 nm, fortrinsvis 660 nm. 5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4, kendetegnet ved, at antallet af fotoner ved 638 nm er lavere end antallet af fotoner ved de øvrige bølgelængder. 6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1-5, kendetegnet ved, at lyset ved bølgelængderne 431 nm og 451 nm anvendes til fraspaltning af brint fra H20 og OH til brug ved den efterfølgende fotosyntese. 7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4-6, kendetegnet ved, at lyset ved bølgelængden 660 nm, og muligvis 638 nm, anvendes til fotosyntese. 8. Lyskilde til brug ved belysning af planter for fremme af deres vækst, kendetegnet ved, at lyskilden er sammensat af et antal lyskilder, der udsender lys ved hver deres diskrete bølgelængde. 9. Lyskilde ifølge krav 8, kendetegnet ved, at lyset fra de enkelte lyskilder udsendes med et forudgivet antal fotoner. 10. Lyskilde ifølge krav 8 eller 9, kendetegnet ved, at antallet af lyskilder er mindst to og udsender lys ved de diskrete bølgelængder 431 nm, 451 nm, 660 nm og eventuelt 638 nm.
