Description
PATENTKRAV 1. Farmaceutisk præparat til transdermal systemisk administration af et farmakologisk aktivt middel, kendetegnet ved, at det indeholder tizanidin som et aktivt middel i et reservoir, der omfatter en hydrofil polymer. 2. Præparat ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at polymeren er en polyacrylatpolymer. 3. Præparat ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at polymeren er en polyacrylatpolymer indeholdende kationiske funktionelle grupper. 4. Præparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-3, kendetegnet ved, at polymeren er en acrylat/methacrylatpolymer 5. Præparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-4, kendetegnet ved, at polymeren indeholder trimethylaminoethylestergrupper. 6. Præparat ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-5, kendetegnet ved, at det er i form af et klæbende plaster eller lap omfattende a) et dæklag, c) et lægemiddelreservoir omfattende 1-10 lag af en homogen dispersion af partikler af aktivt middel eller en opløsning af aktivt middel i en polymermatrix, og d) et klæbende lag, idet reservoiret c) er anbragt mellem lagene a) og d). 7. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et farmaceutisk præparat til transdermal administration, kendetegnet ved, at man dispergerer a) tizanidin. i en polyacrylatpolymer indeholdende kationiske funktionelle grupper eller b) dispergerer tizanidin i en hydrofil polymer, og eventuelt påfører et klæbende lag.
