Description
PATENTKRAV 1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et aflangt skalemne af fiberkompositmateriale ved vakuuminfusion, hvor fibermaterialet imprægneres med flydende polymer, og hvor der anvendes en form med et formhulrum, i hvilket der placeres et fiberoplæg (3) med en første sideflade (!) og en anden sideflade (2) og omfattende et antal fiberlag og et fordelingslag (4), der tillader en højere strømningshastighed for den flydende polymer end fiberlagene, idet der ud for fiberoplæggets første sideflade (1) er placeret en semi¬ permeabel membran (5), som i det væsentlige er permeabel for gasser og i det væsent¬ lige impermeabel for flydende polymer, og som står i forbindelse med en vakuumkilde, kendetegnet ved, at fordelingslaget (4) er placeret inden i fiberoplægget (3) med fiber¬ lag på begge sider og er afbrudt af en i skalemnets længderetning forløbende zone (6), som befinder sig ud for den semipermeable membran (5), og at flydende polymer via indløbskanaler (7, 8) ledes til fordelingslaget (4), så at der mellem fordelingslaget (4) og den anden sideflade (2) dannes en flydefront (9, 10), der bevæger sig gennem zonen (6) hen mod den semipermeable membran (5). 2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at zonen (6) er en central zone (6), der opdeler fordelingslaget (4) i to fordelingslagområder (4a, 4b), og at flydende polymer via indløbskanaler (7, 8) ledes til de to fordelingslagområder (4a, 4b), så at der mellem fordelingslaget (4) og den anden sideflade (2) dannes to flydeffonter (9, 10), der konvergerer i fiberoplægget (3) til en fælles flydefront (9, 10), som bevæger sig gennem den centrale zone (6) hen mod den semipermeable membran (5). 3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at der er placeret et yder¬ ligere fordelingslag (11) ved fiberoplæggets (3) anden sideflade (2). 4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 1-3, kendetegnet ved, at fiberoplægget (3) udgør et hovedlaminat, der er en langsgående forstærkningssektion i en vingeskalhalv- part til en vindmøllevinge. 5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4, kendetegnet ved, at hovedlaminatet (3) er 10-100 mm, 20-80 mm eller 30-50 mm tykt og 30-200 cm, 40-150 cm eller 50-120 cm bredt. 6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 5, kendetegnet ved, at den semipermeable membran (5) har en bredde, der højst svarer til bredden af hovedlaminatet, og at en ikke- permeabel vakuumdug (19) forløber på hver side af den semipermeable membran (5) til vingeskalhalvpartens kanter. 7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 6, kendetegnet ved, at zonen (6) er 100-200 mm, 120-180 mm eller 130-170 mm bred. 8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 4-7, kendetegnet ved, at der er tilvejebragt vakuumkanaler (16) langs vingeskalhalvpartens kanter. 9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 4-8, kendetegnet ved, at der er tilvejebragt indløbskanaler (7, 8) langs den semipermeable membrans (5) langsgående kanter. 10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 9, kendetegnet ved, at der anvendes en aflang mem¬ branpose med en forside, en bagside, en central vakuumkanal (15) og to indløbskanaler (7, 8), der forløber på hver side af vakuumkanalen (15), idet forsiden ud for vakuumka¬ nalen (15) udgøres af den semipermeable membran (5) og ud for indløbskanaleme (7, 8) er permeabel for flydende polymer. 11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 10, hvor membranposen (23) er sammensat af et se¬ mipermeabelt membranmateriale (5) og en ikke-permeabel dug (24), der er sammenfø¬ jet i længderetningen, f.eks. ved svejsning, til dannelse af den langsgående vakuumka¬ nal (15) og de på hver side af denne værende indløbskanaler (7, 8), idet det semiperme¬ able membranmateriale i indløbskanalemes (7, 8) område er perforeret, så at det er permeabelt for flydende polymer.
