Claims (15)
1. Absorptionsmiddel til fjernelse af kuldioxid fra en fluidstrøm omfattende en vandig opløsning (A) af i det mindste en amin og (B) af i det mindste en aminocarboxylsyre, idet den vandige opløsning indeholder mindre end 5 vægt-% uorganiske salte, og aminocarboxylsyren er udvalgt blandt N-mono-Ci-C4-alkyl-aminocarboxylsyrer og N,N-Di-Ci-C4-alkyl-aminocarboxylsyrer, eller aminocarboxylsyren er en a-aminocarboxylsyre, hvori α-carbonatomet kun bærer substituenter, der er forskellige fra vand.
2. Absorptionsmiddel ifølge krav 1 indeholdende (A) 10 til 65 vægt-% amin eller kombination af aminer og (B) 1 til 40 vægt-% aminocarboxylsyre.
3. Absorptionsmiddel ifølge krav 1 eller 2 omfattende i det mindste en amin (A), som er udvalgt blandt Al) tertiære aminer, A2) sterisk hindrede aminer udvalgt blandt (i) aminer med en primær aminogruppe, som er bundet til et tertiært carbonatom, (ii) aminer med en sekundær aminogruppe, som er bundet til et sekundært eller tertiært carbonatom, og (iii) aminer, hvori et tertiært eller kvartært carbonatom er placeret i β-position i forhold til aminogruppen.

Absorptionsmiddel ifølge krav 3, idet den teriære amin er udvalgt blandt tris(2-hydroxyethyl)amin, tris (2- hydroxypropyl)amin, tributanolamin, bis(2-hydroxyethyl)- methylamin, 2-diethylaminoethanol, 2-dimethylaminoethanol, 3-dimethylamino-l-propanol, 3-diethylamino-l-propanol, 2- diisopropylaminoethanol, N, N-bis(2-hydroxypropyl)methylamin (methyldiisopropanolamin, MDI-PA), Ν,Ν,Ν',Ν'- tetramethylethylendiamin, Ν,Ν-diethyl- N',N'- dimethylethylendiamin, Ν,Ν,Ν',N'-tetraethylethylendiamin, N,N,N',N'-tetramethylpropandiamin, N,N,N',N'- tetraethylpropandiamin, N,N-dimethyl-N',N'- diethylethylendiamin og 2-(2-dimethylaminoethoxy)-N,N- dimethylethanamin.
5. Absorptionsmiddel ifølge krav 3, idet den sterisk hindrede amin er udvalgt blandt 2-amino-2-methyl-l-propanol og l-amino-2-methylpropan-2-ol.
6. Absorptionsmiddel ifølge et af kravene 3 til 5 desuden omfattende i det mindste en primær eller sekundær amin som aktivator.
7. Absorptionsmiddel ifølge krav 6, idet aktivatoren er udvalgt blandt Cl) 5-, 6- eller 7-leddede mættede heterocyklusser med i det mindste en NH-gruppe i ringen, som kan indeholde en eller to yderligere, blandt nitrogen og oxygen udvalgte heteroatomer i ringen, C2) primære eller sekundære alkanolaminer, C3) alkylendiaminer med formel h2n-r2-nh2, r1-nh-r2-nh2 eller (R1) 2N-R2-NH2 hvor R1 står for Ci-C6_alkyl, og R2 står for C2-C6-alkylen, C4) polyalkylenpolyaminer.
8. Absorptionsmiddel ifølge krav 7, idet aktivatoren er udvalgt blandt Cl) piperazin, 2-methylpiperazin, N-methylpiperazin, N-ethylpiperazin, N-aminoethylpiperazin, homopiperazin, piperidin og morpholin, C2) 2-aminoethanol, N,N-bis(2-hydroxyethyl)amin, N,N-bis(2-hydroxypropyl)amin, 2-(methylamino)ethanol, 2- (ethylamino)ethanol, 2-(n-butylamino)ethanol, 2-amino-l- butanol, 3-amino-l-propanol og 5-amino-l-pentanol, C3) hexamethylendiamin, 1,4-diaminobutan, 1,3-diaminopropan, 2,2-dimethyl-l,3-diaminopropan, 3-methylaminopropylamin, 3-(dimethylamino)-propylamin, 3-(diethylamino)propylamin, C4) diethylentriamin, triethylentetramin, tetraethylenpentamin.
9. Absorptionsmiddel ifølge et af kravene 3 til 5, idet det i forbindelse med aminocarboxylsyren drejer sig om N-methylalanin, N-methylglycin, 2-aminoisosmørsyre, N- methylaminoisosmørsyre.
10. Absorptionsmiddel ifølge krav 1 eller 2 omfattende i det mindste en amin (A), som er udvalgt blandt A'l) 5-, 6- eller 7-leddede mættede heterocyklusser med i det mindste en NH-gruppe i ringen, som kan indeholde et eller to, blandt nitrogen og oxygen udvalgte heteroatomer i ringen, A'2) primære eller sekundære alkanolaminer, A'3) alkylendiaminer med formel H2N-R2-NH2, r1-nh-r2-nh2 eller (R1) 2N-R2-NH2 hvor R1 står for Ci-C6_alkyl, og R2 står for C2-C6~alkylen, A'4) polyalkylenpolyaminer, A'5) aminoethere.
11. Absorptionsmiddel ifølge krav 10 omfattende en N,N-disubstitueret aminocarboxylsyre.
12. Absorptionsmiddel ifølge krav 11, idet det i forbindelse med aminocarboxylsyren drejer sig om N,N-dimethylglycin, 3-dimethylaminopropionsyre, dimethylaminoisosmørsyre.
13. Absorptionsmiddel ifølge krav 10 omfattende en N-monosubstitueret aminocarboxylsyre.
14. Fremgangsmåde til fjernelse af kuldioxid fra en fluidstrøm, idet man bringer fluidstrømmen i kontakt med et absorptionsmiddel ifølge et af de foregående krav.
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 14, idet man regenererer det mættede absorptionsmiddel ved hjælp af a) opvarmning, b) afspænding, c) stripning med et inert fluid eller en kombination af to eller alle disse tiltag.
