Claims (14)

1. Beriget human hepatisk progenitorcellesammensætning isoleret med en fremgangsmåde, omfattende de følgende trin: (a) at tilvejebringe en i alt væsentligt enkelt celle-suspension af ekstraheret human voksen-levervæv; og (b) at separere fra suspensionen de celler som har en diameter på mindre end 15 mikrometer; og (c) at vælge de celler som yderligere udtrykker alpha-fetoprotein, albumin, eller begge, hvor de hepatiske progenitorceller er i stand til at fremkalde hepacytter og galdeceller.
