Claims (9)
1. Indretning til tand- og ansigtsbilleddannelse, omfattende: et drejeligt stillads (28) med en rotationsakse (36); en kilde (14) af gennemtrængende stråling, som er monteret på stilladset (28), hvor kilden (14) har en røntgenstråleakse; en detektor (20) til strålingen, der er monteret over for kilden (14) på stilladset (28), således at patientens hoved kan positioneres mellem kilden (14) og detektoren (20), hvor rotationsaksen (36) af stilladset (28) passerer gennem patientens hoved, hvor detektoren (20) omfatter en rektangulær sensorindretning (22); hvor detektoren (20) er langstrakt og har en lang akse, og er monteret drejeligt mellem en første position, i hvilken den lange akse af detektoren (20) generelt er vinkelret på rotationsaksen (36) af stilladset (28), og en anden position i hvilken den lange akse af detektoren (20) generelt er parallel med rotationsaksen (36) af stilladset (28); kendetegnet ved, at indretningen yderligere omfatter en kollimator, der er indrettet til at kollimere røntgenstrålen til ændringerne i positionen af detektoren (22); hvor detektoren (20) roterer om en detektorakse (38), som er parallel med, men forskudt for røntgenstråleaksen, hvor sensorindretningen (22) yderligere har en første lang side og en anden lang side, som generelt er parallelle med den lange akse, hvor sensorindretningen (22) er i den første position, røntgenstråleaksen er på linje med midten af sensorindretningen (22), og når sensorindretningen (22) er i den anden position, er den første lange side i en første ikke-nul afstand fra røntgenstråleaksen, og den anden lange side er i en anden ikke-nul afstand fra røntgenstråleaksen, hvor den første og anden ikke-nul afstand er indbyrdes forskellige.
2. Indretning ifølge krav 1, hvor længden af detektoren (20) langs den lange akse er tilstrækkelig til en fuld ansigts-CT af et normalt voksent menneske, når den lange akse er opretstående i forhold til patientens hoved.
3. Indretning ifølge krav 1, der er indrettet til at drives med rotationsaksen (36) af stilladset (28) generelt i retningen af lokal tyngdekraftvertikal.
4. Indretning ifølge krav 1, hvor detektoren (20) er på linje, således at midten af detektoren (20) med den lange akse vinkelret på rotationsaksen (36) af stilladset (28) er på midteraksen af et strålingsbundt fra kilden (14), hvor midteraksen skærer rotationsaksen (36) af stilladset (28).
5. Indretning ifølge krav 1, hvor detektoren er monteret, således at ét hjørne er i den samme position i begge positioner.
6. Indretning ifølge krav 1, yderligere omfattende en computerindretning (13), der er indrettet til at modtage strålingsdata fra detektoren (20) og beregne mindst én af voxeldata og computertomografipixeldata.
7. Indretning ifølge krav 1, hvor detektoren (20) er monteret, således at én kant er i det samme horisontale plan i begge positioner.
8. Indretning ifølge krav 1, hvor detektoren (20) er monteret, således at den nedre kant vinkelrethed på stilladsets rotationsakse (36) er i det samme horisontale plan i begge positioner.
9. Indretning ifølge krav 1, hvor detektoren (20) er en flad detektor.
