Claims (5)
1. Ortodontisk implantatkonstruktion (1) omfattende: et øvre strukturlegeme (10-16) med et indføringshul (10e: 11 d); et par bolte (2, 2A, 2B), hvoraf hver bolt (2, 2A, 2B) har en hovedgevinddel (21) på en endeside i den langsgående aksiale retning, en låsedel (22), en indgrebsdel (23) og en indlejrende gevinddel (24) på den anden endeside i den langsgående aksiale retning i denne rækkefølge; en basisplade (3, 6), der har en fremstående gevinddel (31,36), over hvilken indføringshullet (10e:11 d) kan anbringes, og en flerhed af låsehuller (32, 33; 62, 63), idet hvert af låsehullerne (32, 33; 62, 63) er i stand til at muliggøre indføring af hovedgevinddelen (21) og låsedelen (22) af hver bolt, men ikke i stand til at muliggøre indføring af indgrebsdelen (23), således at rotation af låsedelen (22) omkring den langsgående aksiale retning blokeres ved låsning med låsedelen (22); første skrueelementer (4, 4A, 4B), der kan skrues på hovedgevinddelene (21); og et andet skrueelement (5), der kan skrues på den fremstående gevinddel (31, 61), hvor låsedelene (22) af parret af bolte (2, 2A, 2B), der skal indlejres i kæben, og basispladens (3, 6) låsehuller (32, 33; 62, 63) låses, de første skrueelementer (4, 4A, 4B) skrues på hovedgevinddelene (21), det øvre strukturlegemes (10-16) indføringshul (10e: 11 d) anbringes over den fremstående gevinddel (31, 61) af basispladen (3, 6), og det andet skrueelement (5) skrues på den fremstående gevinddel (31,61).

4. Ortodontisk implantatkonstruktion ifølge krav 1, hvor mindst et låsehul (32, 62) har en hultværsnitsform, der er komplementær til den polygonale form af låsedelen (22).
5. Ortodontisk implantatkonstruktion ifølge krav 1, hvor mindst et låsehul (33, 63) har en langstrakt hulform, der udstrækker sig i retningen tilnærmelsesvis vinkelret på den aksiale linjeretning.
