Claims (15)
1. En rekombinant Listeria stamme, der udtrykker et fusionspeptid af kallikrein-relateret peptidase 3 (KLK3) peptid, der er operabelt bundet til et N-terminalt, ikke-hæmolytisk, listeriolysin (LLO) peptid, hvilket fusionspeptid omfatter sekvensen af SEQ ID NO: 54, eller en sekvens, der er mindst 99 % homolog med denne, hvor det pågældende N-terminale LLO peptid øger immunogeniciteten af fusionspeptidet, og hvor KLK3 peptidet ikke indeholder en signalsekvens.
2. Den rekombinante Listeria stamme ifølge krav 1, hvor den rekombinante Listeria stamme er en auxotrof Listeria stamme eller en rekombinant Listeria monocytogenes stamme.
3. Den rekombinante Listeria stamme ifølge krav 2, hvor den auxotrofe Listeria stamme er en dal / dat mutant eller yderligere omfatter en deletion i det endogene ActA gen.
4. Den rekombinante Listeria stamme ifølge krav 2, hvor den auxotrofe Listeria stamme omfatter en episomal ekspressionsvektor omfattende et metabolisk enzym, der supplerer auxotrofien af den auxotrofe Listeria stamme.

11. Den rekombinante Listeria stamme ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, et immunogent præparat, der omfatter det rekombinante polypeptid ifølge krav 7 eller nukleotidet ifølge krav 8, til anvendelse ved induktion af et anti-KLK3 immunrespons i et individ.
12. Den rekombinante Listeria stamme ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, det rekombinante polypeptid ifølge krav 7, eller nukleotidet ifølge krav 8, til anvendelse ved behandling afen kallikrein-relateret peptidase 3 (KLK3) proteinudtrykkende prostatacancer i et individ, hvorved individet rejser et immunrespons mod den KLK3 protein-udtrykkende prostatacancer.
13. Den rekombinante Listeria stamme ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, det rekombinante polypeptid ifølge krav 7, eller nukleotidet ifølge krav 8, til anvendelse ved inhibering eller undertrykkelse afen KLK3 protein-udtrykkende prostatacancer i et individ, hvorved individet rejser et immunrespons mod den KLK3 protein-udtrykkende prostatacancer, og derved inhiberer eller undertrykker den KLK3 protein-udtrykkende prostatacancer i individet.
14. Det rekombinante polypeptid ifølge krav 7, fremstillet ved en fremgangsmåde omfattende trinnet at konjugere kemisk et polypeptid omfattende KLK3 peptidet til et polypeptid omfattende det N-terminale LLO peptid.
15. Den rekombinante Listeria stamme ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, en immunogen sammensætning omfattende det rekombinante polypeptid ifølge krav 7 eller nukleotidet ifølge krav 8, til anvendelse som et lægemiddel.
