Claims (16)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et partikelformigt polyolefin modstandsreducerende middel dispergeret i en væske, omfattende: tilføring til en første processor komponenter omfattende: granuleret polyolefin; og mindst et flydende formalingshjælpemiddel; formaling af bestanddelene for at fremstille intermediært partikelformigt polyolefin modstandsreducerende middel afen første størrelse; tilføring til en anden processor det intermediære partikelformige polyolefin modstandsreducerende middel af en første størrelse; og formaling af bestanddelene for at fremstille det partikelformige polyolefin modstandsreducerende middel dispergeret i en væske, hvor det partikelformige polyolefin modstandsreducerende middel er af en anden størrelse mindre end den første størrelse.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor den første processor og den anden processor har kompressorhjul, og kompressorhjulet af den første processor er mere åbent end kompressorhjulet af den anden processor.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor formalingen af begge processorer udføres i fraværet af kryogentemperaturer.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor processorerne hver formaler polyolefinet ved anvendelse af en kombination af mindst en rotor og mindst en stator.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor den partikelformige polyolefindispersion i flydende modstandsreducerende middel ikke genbruges til nogen af processorerne.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor i tilføringen, den granulerede polymer har en gennemsnitsdiameter på 0,5 tommer (1,3 cm) eller mindre.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor den første størrelse af det intermediære partikelformige polyolefin modstandsreducerende middel er en gennemsnitlig partikelstørrelse mellem 550 og 450 mikrometer.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, hvor den anden størrelse af det partikelformige polyolefin modstandsreducerende middel er en gennemsnitlig partikelstørrelse i området fra 200 til 300 mikrometer.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor det flydende formalingshjælpemiddel vælges fra gruppen bestående af en blanding af mindst en glykol valgt fra gruppen bestående af ethylenglykol, propylenglykol, diethylenglykol, dipropylenglykol, methylætere af sådanne glykoler, og blandinger deraf, og mindst en anden væske valgt fra gruppen bestående afvand og mindst en alkohol, hvor alkoholen vælges fra gruppen bestående af methanol, ethanol, butanol, isopropanol, hexanol, heptanol, octanol og blandinger deraf.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor det flydende formalingshjælpemiddel er en blanding af propylenglykol, vand og hexanol hvor forholdene er i området fra 20 til 80 vægtprocent til 20 til 80 vægtprocent til 0 til 30 vægtprocent.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor i tilføringen, den granulerede polymer tilføres med en hastighed fra 210 til 660 pund/t (95 til 300 kg/t) og det flydende formalingshjælpemiddel tilføres med en hastighed fra 600 til 1680 pund/t (272 til 762 kg/t).
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor de to processorer orienteres vertikalt oven på hinanden.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor ikke det hele af det intermediære partikelformige polyolefin modstandsreducerende middel afen første størrelse fra den første processor føres til den anden processor, og mindst en del af det afledte intermediære partikelformige polyolefin modstandsreducerende middel afen første størrelse kombineres med mindst en del af det partikelformige polyolefin modstandsreducerende middel afen anden størrelse til tilvejebringelse afen bimodal eller multimodal polyolefindispersion i flydende modstandsreducerende produkt.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2 endvidere omfattende tilføring af det partikelformige polyolefin modstandsreducerende middel til mindst en efterfølgende processor og at formale det partikelformige polyolefin modstandsreducerende middel til en tredje størrelse mindre end den anden størrelse.
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2 endvidere bestående i alt væsentligt af kun de to tilførings- og to formalingshandlinger i fraværet afen hvilket som helst efterfølgende formalingshandling.
16. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2 endvidere omfattende tilføring af et faststof formalingshjælpemiddel til den første processor.
