Claims (4)
1. Immobiliseret lipasesammensætning, omfattende en olie-i-vand emulsion, som immobiliseres i et bærestof, hvori olie-i-vand emulsionen indeholder et triglycerid, en polymeremulgator og et enzym med lipaseaktivitet, hvori polymeremulgatoren er et polysaccharid, hvori sammensætningen har forbedret transesterificeringsaktivitet sammenlignet med konventionelle immobiliseringsmetoder.
2. Immobiliseret lipasesammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvori polymeremulgatoren er gummi arabicum.
3. Immobiliseret lipasesammensætning ifølge krav 1, hvori polymeremulgatoren er et vandopløseligt sojabønnepolysaccharid.
4. Fremgangsmåde til at fremstille en immobiliseret lipasesammensætning med forbedret transesterificeringsaktivitet sammenlignet med konventionelle fremgangsmåder til immobilisering, omfattende: at præparere en olie-i-vand emulsion indeholdende et triglycerid, en polymeremulgator og et enzym med lipaseaktivitet; at absorbere olie-i-vand emulsionen i et bærestof, efterfulgt af tørring, hvori polymeremulgatoren er et polysaccharid.
