Claims (11)
1. Vandigt pigmentpræparat indeholdende (A) mindst ét organisk og/eller uorganisk pigment, (B) et dispergeringsmiddel med formlen I, II, III eller IV eller blandinger af dispergeringsmidlerne med formlerne I, II, III eller IV
hvori indicesene a, b og c angiver den molære andel af de pågældende monomere, a = 0,01 til 0,8; b = 0,001 til 0,8; c = 0,001 til 0,8; idet summen af a + b + c er lig med 1, A betyder C2- til C4-alkylen, og B betyder en fra A forskellige C2- til C4-alkylengruppe, k er tallet 0 eller 1, m er et tal fra 0 til 500, n er et tal fra 0 til 500, idet summen m + n er lig med 1 til 1000; Xa betyder en aromatisk eller araliphatisk gruppe med 3 til 30 C-atomer, der eventuelt indeholder ét eller flere af heteroatomerne N, O og S, Za betyder H eller (C-i-C4)-alkyl, Zb betyder H eller (CrC4)-alkyl, Zc betyder H eller (C-i-C4)-alkyl; R1 betyder hydrogen eller methyl, Xb betyder en aromatisk eller araliphatisk gruppe med 3 til 30 C-atomer, der eventuelt indeholder ét eller flere af heteroatomerne N, O og S, Wa betyder oxygen eller gruppen NH, R2 betyder hydrogen eller methyl, Y betyder en aliphatisk carbonhydridgruppe med 1 til 30 C-atomer, der kan være ligekædet eller forgrenet eller også cyclisk og kan indeholde heteroatomerne O, N og/eller S og desuden kan være umættet, Wb betyder oxygen eller gruppen NH, R3 betyder en gruppe, således at strukturenheden [ ]c er valgt fra gruppen bestående af laurinsyrevinylester, myristinsyrevinylester, stearinsyrevinylester, behensyre-, pivalinsyre-, neohexansyre-, neoheptansyre-, neooctansyre-, neononansyre- og neodecansyrevinylester; (C) eventuelt fugtemidler, (D) eventuelt andre tensider og/eller dispergeringsmidler, (E) eventuelt ét eller flere organiske opløsningsmidler og/eller ét eller flere hydrotrope stoffer, (F) eventuelt andre til fremstilling af vandige pigmentdispersioner gængse tilsætningsstoffer og (G) vand.
2. Pigmentpræparat ifølge krav 1 indeholdende 5 til 80 vægt-% komponent (A).
3. Pigmentpræparat ifølge krav 1 eller 2 indeholdende 0,1 til 30 vægt-% komponent (B).
4. Pigmentpræparat ifølge mindst et af kravene 1 til 3, kendetegnet ved følgende sammensætning af komponenterne (A) til (G): (A) 5 til 80 vægt-%, (B) 0,1 til 30 vægt-%, (C) 0 til 10 vægt-%, (D) 0 til 20 vægt-%, (E) 0 til 30 vægt-%, (F) 0 til 20 vægt-%, (G) 1 til 90 vægt-% vand, hver især i forhold til pigmentpræparatets samlede vægt.
5. Pigmentpræparat ifølge mindst et af kravene 1 til 4, kendetegnet ved følgende sammensætning af komponenterne (A) til (G): (A) 10 til 70 vægt-% (B) 2 til 15 vægt-%, (C) 0,1 til 5 vægt-%, (D) 1 til 10 vægt-%, (E) 5 til 20 vægt-%, (F) 0,1 til 5 vægt-%, (G) 10 til 70 vægt-% vand, hver især i forhold til pigmentpræparatets samlede vægt.
6. Pigmentpræparat ifølge mindst et af kravene 1 til 5, kendetegnet ved, at det organiske pigment som komponent (A) er et monoazo-, disazo-, bejdset azo-, β-naphthol-, naphthol AS-, benzimidazolon-, disazokondensations-, azo-metalkompleks-pigment eller et polycyclisk pigment fra gruppen af phthalocyanin-, quinacridon-, perylen-, perinon-, thioindigo-, anthanthron-, anthraquinon-, flavanthron-, indanthron-, isoviolanthron-, pyranthron-, dioxazin-, quinophthalon-, isoindolinon-, isoindolin- og diketopyrrolopyrrol-pigmenter eller sod.
7. Pigmentpræparat ifølge mindst et af kravene 1 til 6, kendetegnet ved, at alkylenoxidenhederne (A-0)m og (B-0)n er anbragt blokagtigt i komponent (B).

Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et pigmentpræparat ifølge mindst et af kravene 1 til 7, kendetegnet ved, at komponent (A) i form af pulver, granulat eller vandig pressekage dispergeres i nærvær af vand (G) samt komponent (B) og eventuelt (C) og (D), derefter iblandes eventuelt vand (G) samt eventuelt én eller flere af komponenterne (E) og (F), og den fremkomne vandige pigmentdispersion eventuelt fortyndes med vand (G); eller komponent (B) tilvejebringes, og én eller flere af komponenterne (C), (D), (E) og (F) eventuelt blandes deri og homogeniseres, komponent (A) derpå indrøres i den tilvejebragte blanding, hvorved komponent (A) røres til en dej og fordispergeres.
9. Anvendelse af et pigmentpræparat ifølge et eller flere af kravene 1 til 7 til pigmentering af naturlige eller syntetiske materialer.
10. Anvendelse ifølge krav 9 til pigmentering af vandige malinger, dispersions- og lakfarver, vandfortyndbare lakker, tapetfarver og trykfarver.
11. Anvendelse ifølge krav 9 til pigmentering af naturlige og syntetiske fibermaterialer, cellulosefibre, til papirmassefarvning og laminatindfarvning samt fremstilling af trykfarver, printerblæk, elektrofotografiske tonere, pulverlakker, farvefiltre, elektroniske blækfarver og "Electronic Paper", farvefiltre, trækbeskyttelsessystemer, viskosespindefarvning, pølsetarme, såsæd, gødningsmidler, glasflasker samt til massefarvning af tagsten, til indfarvning af puds, beton, træbejdse, farveblyantstifter, filtskrivere, voksarter, paraffiner, tusch, kuglepenneblæk, kridt, vaske- og rengøringsmidler, skoplejemidler, latexprodukter, slibemidler samt til indfarvning af kunststoffer.
