Claims (15)
- KIRURGISK HYDROGEL1. Polymernetværk omfattende en dicarboxy-derivatiseret chitosan-polymer krydsbundet til en aldehyd-derivatiseret dextran-polymer.
- 2. Polymernetværk ifølge krav 1, hvori den dicarboxy-derivatiserede chitosan-polymer er krydsbundet til den aldehydderivat iserede dextran-polymer gennem den dicarboxy-derivatiserede chitosan-polymers amin-gruppe og den aldehyd-derivatiserede dextran-polymers aldehyd-gruppe.
- 3. Polymernetværk ifølge krav 1 i form af en hydrogel,
- 4. Polymernetværk ifølge krav 2-3, hvori sammensætningen omfatter mellem omtrent 2 vægt-% til 10 vægt-% dicarboxy-derivatiseret chitosan-polymer og mellem omtrent 2 vægt-% til 10 vægt-% aid eh yd e-der i vatiseret dextran-polymer,
- 5. Polymernetværk ifølge krav 1 til i, hvori den dicarboxy-derivatiserede chitosan-polymer er N-succinylchitosan.
- 6. Hydrogel ifølge krav 3 endvidere omfattende en eller flere biologisk aktive agenser.
- 7. Hydrogel ifølge krav 6, hvori den eller de biologisk aktive agenser er udvalgt fra gruppen bestående af plasmaprotein, hormoner, enzymer, antibiotika, antiseptiske agenser, antineoplastiske agenser, antimykotiske agenser, antivirale agenser, antiinflammatoriske agenser, vækstfaktorer, steroider, c e11e s usp e n s i oner, cyt otoxi ne r o g c elleforme r i ng s hæmme r e.
- 8. Hydrogel ifølge krav 3 til anvendelse til forebyggelse eller reducering af adhæsion af væv med tilbøjelighed til adhærencedannelse, til accelerering eller fremme af sårheling eller til standsning af blødning fra et sår.
- 9. Hydrogel ifølge krav 3 til anvendelse i øre-, næse- og halskirurgi.
- 10. Kit omfattende (a) en dicarboxyl-derivatiseret chitosan-polymer og <b> en aldehyd-derivatiseret dextran-polvmer.
- 11, Kit ifølge krav 10, hvori en af eller både (a) og (b) tilvejebringes i separate vandige opløsninger,
- 12, Kit ifølge krav 10 endvidere omfattende en eller flere b i o 1 o g i s k a k t i v e a g e n s e r.
- 13, Kit ifølge krav 10 til anvendelse i øre-, næse- og halskirurgi.
- 14, Hydrogel ifølge krav 3 til anvendelse ved kirurgi i næsehulen eller de paranasale sinusser.
