Claims (12)
- KATALYSATORFORLØBERPARTIKLER, FREMSTILLING OG ANVENDELSE HERAF PATENTKRAV1. Katalysatorforløber til en olefmpolymeriseringskatalysator omfattende en siliciumdioxid-xerogel, der mindst omfatter 90 vægt-% Si02, og som i en porestruktur af siliciumdioxid-xerogelen bærer: et chromsalt, udvalgt fra chromcarboxylat, chromsulfat, chromchlorid og en blanding deraf; aluminiumcarboxylat og borsyre.
- 2. Katalysatorforløber ifølge krav 1, hvor chromsaltet er chromcarboxylat.
- 3. Katalysatorforløber ifølge krav 2, hvor chromsaltet er chromacetat.
- 4. Katalysatorforløber ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor aluminiumcarboxylatet er aluminiumacetat.
- 5. Katalysatorforløber ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor siliciumdioxid-xerogelen er i form af partikler med en vægtmiddelpartikeldiameter fra 1 til 300 mikrometer.
- 6. Katalysatorforløber ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor katalysatorforløberen omfatter, som båret materiale, fra 0,01 til 3 vægt-% chrom udtrykt som grundstoffet, fra 0,1 til 8 vægt-% aluminium udtrykt som grundstoffet og fra 0,005 til 2 vægt-% bor udtrykt som grundstoffet.
- 7. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en katalysatorforløber til en olefinpolymeriseringskatalysator ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter følgende trin: i) tilvejebringelse af et uorganisk bæremateriale, der er en siliciumdioxid-xerogel, som mindst omfatter 90 vægt-% Si02 med en porøsitet fra 0,5 til 4,0 cm3/g, ii) tilvejebringelse af en opløsning omfattende chromsalt, aluminiumcarboxylat og borsyre i et opløsningsmiddel, der er vand, Ci til C4 aliphatisk alkohol eller en blanding deraf, iii) aflejring af opløsningen på siliciumdioxid-xerogelen, og iv) fjernelse af opløsningsmidlet for at danne katalysatorforløberen omfattende chromsalt, aluminiumcarboxylat og borsyre i siliciumdioxid-xerogelens porestruktur.
- 8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, hvor opløsningsmidlet ljemes ved fordampning.
- 9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, hvor det uorganiske bæremateriale er en siliciumdioxid-xerogel fremstillet ved afdampning af vand fra en siliciumdioxid-hydrogel.
- 10. Fremgangsmåde til dannelse af en olefmpolymeriseringskatalysator, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter opvarmning af en katalysatorforløber ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6 i en ikke-reducerende atmosfære ved en temperatur fra 200 til 1200 °C i et tidsrum fra 30 minutter til 15 timer.
- 11. Olefinpolymeriseringskatalysator, der er opnået eller kan opnås ved hjælp af fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 10.
- 12. Fremgangsmåde til polymerisering af en eller flere C2 til C8 α-alkener, kendetegnet ved, at polymeriseringen udføres i nærvær af en olefmpolymeriseringskatalysator ifølge krav 11.
