Claims (15)
1. Forbindelse med følgende formel (I): hvor:
- n betegner 1 eller 2, - Ai, A2 og A3, identiske eller forskellige, betegner et hydrogenatom, et halogenatom, eller en lineær eller forgrenet alkylgruppe med fra 1 til 4 carbonatomer, - Ri, R2 og R3, identiske eller forskellige, betegner et hydrogenatom eller en lineær eller forgrenet alkylgruppe med fra 1 til 4 carbonatomer, og - Y betegner -OH, =0 eller -SH; eller et farmaceutisk acceptabelt salt deraf, til anvendelse i forebyggelse eller behandling af autismespektrumslidelser (ASD).
2. Forbindelse eller farmaceutisk acceptabelt salt deraf til anvendelse ifølge krav 1, med følgende formel (II):
hvor n, Ai, A2, A3 og Ri er som defineret i krav 1.
3. Forbindelse eller farmaceutisk acceptabelt salt deraf til anvendelse ifølge krav 1 eller 2, med følgende formel (III):
4. Forbindelse eller farmaceutisk acceptabelt salt deraf til anvendelse ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 3, hvor ASD'en er autisme.
5. Forbindelse eller farmaceutisk acceptabelt salt deraf til anvendelse ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, hvor ASD'en er forbundet med en mutation af mindst en GABA-receptor underenhed.
6. Forbindelse eller farmaceutisk acceptabelt salt deraf til anvendelse ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, til indgivelse i en enhedsdosis på fra 100 mg til 1000 mg.
7. Forbindelse eller farmaceutisk acceptabelt salt deraf til anvendelse ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, til indgivelse i et dosisregimen på fra 10 mg/kg/d til 200 mg/kg/d.
8. Forbindelse eller farmaceutisk acceptabelt salt deraf til anvendelse ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7, i en form der er egnet til oral indgivelse.
9. Forbindelse eller farmaceutisk acceptabelt salt deraf til anvendelse ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 8, i form af små poser, tabletter eller kapsler.
10. Forbindelse eller farmaceutisk acceptabelt salt deraf til anvendelse ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 9, i kombination med mindst en yderligere forbindelse beregnet til at forebygge eller behandle ASD.
11. Forbindelse eller farmaceutisk acceptabelt salt deraf til anvendelse ifølge krav 10, hvor den mindst ene yderligere forbindelse beregnet til at forebygge eller behandle ASD er valgt fra gruppen bestående af serotonin, buspiron, clomipramin, fenfluramin, fluoxetin, fluvoxamin, sertralin, dopamin, haloperidol, L-dopa, pimozid, epinephrin, norepinephrin, beta-blokkere, clonidin, desipramin, opiatantagonister, ACTH, clozapin, risperidon, vitamin B6 og B12 og melatonin.
12. Farmaceutisk sammensætning omfattende som aktive stoffer, mindst en forbindelse med følgende formel (I)
hvor: - n betegner 1 eller 2, - Ai, A2 og A3, identiske eller forskellige, betegner et hydrogenatom, et halogenatom, eller en lineær eller forgrenet alkylgruppe med fra 1 til 4 carbonatomer, - Ri, R2 og R3, identiske eller forskellige, betegner et hydrogenatom eller en lineær eller forgrenet alkylgruppe med fra 1 til 4 carbonatomer, og - Y betegner -OH, =0 eller -SH; eller et farmaceutisk acceptabelt salt deraf, og mindst en yderligere forbindelse såsom defineret i krav 10 eller 11, eventuelt sammen med en farmaceutisk acceptabel bærer.
13. Farmaceutisk sammensætning ifølge krav 12, hvor forbindelsen med formel (I) er med følgende formel (II):
hvor η, Ai, A2, A3 og Ri er som defineret i krav 12.
14. Farmaceutisk sammensætning ifølge krav 12 eller 13, hvor forbindelsen med formel (I) er med følgende formel (III):
15. Produkter omfattende: - mindst en forbindelse med formel (I) såsom defineret i krav 1 til 3, eller et farmaceutisk acceptabelt salt deraf, og - mindst en yderligere forbindelse såsom defineret i krav 10 eller 11, som et kombinations-præparat til samtidig, separat eller sekventiel anvendelse til forebyggelse eller behandling af ASD.
