Claims (8)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et varmeisoleret ledningsrør (1), og som omfatter, at man positionerer mindst et inderrør (3) i et yderrør (2) under dannelse af et hulrum (4) mellem en ydervæg (6) på inderrøret (3) og en ydervæg (7) på yderrøret (2), og hvor hulrummet (4) udfyldes med skum, og hvor inderrøret (2) ved hjælp af trækkraft i rørets længderetning holdes, så at det forløber lige, og således holdes omskummet, og hvor der anvendes en rørholder (20, 21), som strækker sig i længderetningen af det rør, der skal fremstilles, og hvor der ved begge ender af rørholderen, set i længderetningen, er anbragt spændeorganer (9, 9’), kendetegnet, at der anvendes mindst et trækorgan (10), som løsbart kan forbinde spændeorganet, og at spændeorganet omfatter et drev (29), ved hjælp af hvilket en indstillelig trækkraft kan udøves på trækorganet, og at et rør hen langs sin længde i det mindste afsnitsvis understøttes af trækorganet, og at der som trækorgan anvendes et ståltov (11), som hen langs sin længde har flere til inderrøret bestemte centreringsorganer (16, 17), hvilke centreringsorganer er anbragt i afstand fra hinanden ved hjælp af koaksialt med ståltovet forløbende afstandsholdere (18).
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at inderrøret ved en positionering holdes lige.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at trækkraften udøves på trækorganet (10), som derved holdes lige og spændt, hvorved inderrøret, som er i berøring med trækorganet, får en lige form.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 3, kendetegnet ved, at trækorganet anbringes således, at det forløber indvendigt i inderrøret og, efter at der er anbragt skum omkring inderrøret, fjernes fra inderrøret.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 3 eller 4, kendetegnet ved de trin, at man skubber inderrøret ud på trækorganet, eller trækker trækorganet ind i inderrøret, at man indfører inderrøret samt trækorganet i yderrøret, at man spænder trækorganet ved at påføre en trækkraft og positionere yderrør og inderrør, så at der dannes et defineret hulrum, idet man ændrer yderrørets stilling.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at inderrøret i en endnu ikke lige trukket tilstand kun får sine ender anbragt i den ønskede stilling i forhold til yderrøret, hvorefter inderrøret ved hjælp af trækkraft og med henblik på skumpåføring bringes hen i sin lige form.
7. Apparat til fremstilling af varmeisolerede ledningsrør (1), som har et yderrør (2), mindst et inderrør (3) samt en opskummet isolation (14), der udfylder et rum i inderrøret og yderrøret, og hvor apparatet har en rørholder (20, 21), som strækker sig i længderetningen af det rør, der skal fremstilles, og hvor der ved begge længde-ender af rørholderen er indrettet et spændeorgan (9, 9’), kendetegnet ved, at apparatet i det mindste har en trækdel (10), som løsbart forbinder spændeorganet, og at spændeorganet har et drev (29), ved hjælp af hvilket der kan udøves en indstillelig trækkraft på trækdelen, og at trækdelen er udformet til i det mindste afsnitsvis at kunne understøtte et rør hen langs dettes længde, og at trækdelen er udformet som et ståltov (11), som hen langs sin længde har flere til inderrøret beregnede centreringsorganer (16, 17), og at centreringsorganerne er anbragt med en vis afstand fra hinanden ved hjælp af koaksialt med ståltovet forløbende afstandsholdere (18).
8. Apparat ifølge krav 7, kendetegnet ved, at rørholderen har et til yderrøret bestemt underlag (21), som hvad angår stilling kan justeres i forhold til trækdelen.
