Claims (10)
1. - Fremgangsmåde til recirkulation af en fiberforstærket polymergenstand, hvor: - nævnte genstand, som til sidst er blevet skåret i stykker, opløses i et opløsningsmiddel, der kan opløse polymeren, men ikke fibrene, og som kan danne en azeotrop med vand, idet der dannes en opløsning; - fibrene genvindes fra opløsningen; - fibrene vaskes med opløsningsmiddel, idet de i form af en opslæmning tilføres til opløsningsmidlet, og at man omrører opslæmningen og/eller lader opløsningsmiddel cirkulere herigennem; - de vaskede fibre genvindes fra opslæmningen; og - de genvundne fibre sendes til dampstripning med henblik på i hovedsagen at fjerne opløsningsmidlet.
2. - Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor det anvendte opløsningsmiddel til opløsning af genstanden og til vask af fibrene er det samme.
3. - Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 eller 2, hvor polymeren er en vinylchlorid-polymer, og hvor det anvendte opløsningsmiddel, som anvendes til både opløsning af genstanden og til vask af fibrene, indeholder mellem 2 vægt% og 8 vægt% alkohol, mellem 13% og 17% faseadskillelsesmiddel og mellem 4% og 6% vand, idet resten (nemlig 69 vægt% og 81 vægt%) er sammensat af methylethylketon.
4. - Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 3, hvor opløsningen finder sted i et opløsningsmiddelfilter, og hvor en skærm i form af en bundfiltreringsplade er inkorporeret i opløsningsmidlet, så at det ved slutningen af opløsningstrinnet gælder, at polymeropløsningen ved hjælp af nævnte plade bortledes for at blive behandlet separat, medens fibrene og alle andre til slut forekommende uopløselige stoffer forbliver i opløsningsmidlet med henblik på at blive behandlet yderligere heri.
5. - Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 3, hvor opløsningen finder sted i en roterende tumbler-indretning, som indeholder en cylindrisk, perforeret kurv, så at det ved slutningen af opløsningstrinnet gælder, at polymeropløsningen udledes gennem nævnte perforerede kurv, og dette med henblik på at blive behandlet separat, medens fibrene og alle andre til slut forekommende uopløselige stoffer forbliver i kurven med henblik på at blive behandlet yderligere i kurven og tumbler-indretningen.
6. - Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 5, hvor fibrene vaskes mindst en gang, inden de dampstrippes.
7. - Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 6, hvor fibrene vaskes mindst to gange, inden de dampstrippes.
8. - Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 6 eller 7, hvor det opløsningsmiddel, som er resultatet af hvert vasketrin, lagres i en buffertank og genanvendes i en efterfølgende charge, for eksempel til at vaske og/eller opløse.
9. - Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 8, hvor fibrene, efter at de er blevet vasket med opløsningsmiddel, men før at de er blevet dampstrippet, vaskes med vand, så at polymeren udfældes på fibrene.
10. - Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 4 til 9, hvor fibrene efter vasketrinnet tilbageholdes på en bundfiltreringsplade i opløsningsmiddel-filteret eller inden i den cylindriske, perforerede kurv i den roterbare tumbler-indretning, og hvor dampstripningstrinnet foretages, medens fibrene endnu holdes tilbage på/i disse genstande, idet damp blæses hen over dem.
