Claims (24)
1. Fremgangsmåde til at fremstille en immunstatusprofil for et menneske og/eller et dyr, fremgangsmåden omfattende (a) at amplificere, i en første multipleks PCR-amplifikation under anvendelse af indlejrede, målspecifikke primere, multiple DNA'er og/eller RNA'er fra en prøve af hvide blodlegemer fra et menneske eller et dyr for at fremstille flere første ampliconer, mindst en del af de indre målspecifikke primere omfattende yderligere nukleotider for at inkorporere i den første amplicon et bindingssted foren almindelig primer; (b) at separere ampliconerne fra de målspecifikke primere eller fortynde den amplicon-/målspecifikke primereblanding således at der er signifikant flere ampliconer end målspecifikke primere fra den første amplifikation; (c) at amplificere, i en anden amplifikation under anvendelse af mindst en almindelig primer, den første amplicon for at fremstille flere andre ampliconer; og (d) at sekvensere de andre ampliconer for at identificere og kvantificere DNA-sekvenser som repræsenterer omgrupperinger for at skabe en immunstatusprofil.
2. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, endvidere omfattende trinnene at (e) indføre DNA-sekvenserne i en database for at tilvejebringe data som kan lagres på en computer, server, eller anden elektronisk lagringsindretning, (f) indføre et datasæt af identifikationsinformation og -karakteristikker for et individ svarende til sekvenserne som data hvilket kan lagres på en computer, server, eller anden elektronisk lagringsindretning, og (g) evaluere dataene af trin (e) og trin (f) for et eller flere individer for at bestemme hvorvidt en sammenhæng eksisterer mellem sekvenserne og en eller flere karakteristikker af individet svarende til sekvenserne.
