Claims (16)

1. Hybridprotein omfattende (a) to toksinproteiner valgt fra gruppen bestående af Shigatoksin (Stx)-protein, choleratoksin (CT)-protein- eller Escherichia coli varme-labilt toksin (LT)-protein, hvor toksinproteinerne er serieforbundet via et peptid med aminosyresekvensen repræsenteret ved SEQ ID NO: 2, 82 eller 84, og (b) et peptid med aminosyresekvensen repræsenteret ved SEQ ID NO: 2, 82 eller 84 forbundet med C-terminus på de serieforbundne toksinproteiner ifølge (a), hvor Stx-proteinet er et STx2eB-protein, hvor CT-proteinet er en CT-protein B subenhed og hvor LT proteinet er en LT protein B subenhed.
2. Hybridprotein ifølge krav 1, hvor toksinproteinerne er serieforbundet via et peptid med aminosyresekvensen repræsenteret ved SEQ ID NO:2.
3. Hybridprotein ifølge krav 1 eller 2, omfattende en aminosyresekvens repræsenteret ved SEQ ID NO: 14 eller 16.
4. Hybridprotein ifølge krav 1, omfattende en aminosyresekvens repræsenteret ved SEQ ID NO: 90, 92, 98 eller 100.
5. Hybridprotein ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 4, hvor et sekretorisk signalpeptid afledt fra en plante er tilføjet til dettes aminoterminus.
6. Hybridprotein ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 5, hvor et endoplasmisk reticulum-tilbageholdelsessignalpeptid er tilføjet til dettes carboxylterminus.
7. Et DNA-konstrukt, som omfatter DNA, som koder for hybridproteinet ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 6.
8. DNA-konstrukt ifølge krav 7, omfattende DNA med en basissekvens repræsenteret ved SEQ ID NO: 13, 15, 89,91,97 eller 99.
9. DNA-konstrukt ifølge krav 7 eller 8, hvor DNA'et, som koder for et hybridprotein, er funktionsmæssigt forbundet med en 5'-ikke-translateret region af et alkoholdehydrogenasegen afledt fra en plante.
10. DNA-konstrukt ifølge krav 9, hvor den 5'-ikke-translaterede region af et alkoholdehydrogenasegen afledt fra en plante er afledt fra Nicotiana tabacum.
11. DNA-konstrukt ifølge krav 10, omfattende en basissekvens repræsenteret ved enhver af SEQ ID NOS: 28, 29, 101, 102, 103, 104, 108, 109, 110 eller 111.
12. Rekombinant vektor omfattende DNA-konstruktet ifølge ethvert af kravene 7 til 11.
13. Værtscelle transformeret med den rekombinante vektor ifølge krav 12.
14. Værtscelle ifølge krav 13, hvor transformanten er en transformeret plantecelle eller en transformeret plante.
15. Frø, som er opnået fra transformanten ifølge krav 13 eller 14.
16. Peptid med en aminosyresekvens repræsenteret ved én af SEQ ID NO: 2, 82 eller 84.
