Claims (20)
1. Etiket (1) indrettet til at blive fastklæbet til et emne, især en drikkemiddelfla-ske, og indrettet til at blive løsgjort i en vaskevæske ved en på forhånd given vasketemperatur fra et temperaturinterval imellem 50°C og 95°C og i et maksimalt tidsinterval på mindre end 5 minutter, idet etiketten har form af et laminat og omfatter i det mindste følgende lag: et biaksialt strakt polymerisk filmlag (9), som er indrettet til at blive gensammentrukket ved den på forhånd givne vasketemperatur, og som er fremstillet af et plastmateriale baseret på polyethylenterephthalat (PET), et trykt dekorationslag (11), og et klæbemiddellag (13) til etikettens klæbning til emnet (5), kendetegnet ved, at det polymeriske filmlag (9) er således konstrueret, at laminatet ved den givne vasketemperatur og i det maksimale tidsinterval, og idet det polymeriske filmlag (9) tillades frit at trække sig sammen i sine to strækkeretninger, opnår maksimal grad af sammentrækning, som adskiller sig fra hinanden med mindre end 50%, og at det strakte polymeriske filmlag (9) yderligere er konstrueret på en sådan måde, at laminatet i det polymeriske filmlags (9) to strækkeretninger, ved den givne vasketemperatur og i et maksimale tidsinterval, opnår en sammentrækningsspænding på i det mindste 0,6 N/mm2, og en sammentrækningsgrad på mindst 0,5%, hvorved sammentrækningsspændingen er bestemt i overensstemmelse med DIN 53359, idet temperaturen ændrer sig lineært ved 20° Kelvin/time fra 30 til 105°C.
2. Etiket ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at det polymeriske filmlag (9) er således konstrueret, at laminatet ved den givne vasketemperatur inden for det maksimale tidsinterval og ved fri sammentrækning i filmlagets to strækkeretninger opnår maksimale grader af sammentrækninger, som er lavere end 65%.
3. Etiket ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at det strakte polymeriske filmlag (9) er konstrueret på en sådan måde, at laminatet i det polymeriske filmlags (9) to strækkeretninger og inden for det maksimale tidsinterval a) ved en vasketemperatur på 60°C ikke overskrider en sammentrækningsspænding på maksimalt 3,5 N/mm2 og en grad af sammentrækning på maksimalt 20%, og/eller b) ved en vasketemperatur på 70°C ikke overskrider en sammentrækningsspænding på maksimalt 15 N/mm2 og en grad af sammentrækning på maksimalt 55%, og/eller c) ved en vasketemperatur på 80°C ikke overskrider en sammentrækningsspænding på maksimalt 18 N/mm2 og en grad af sammentrækning på maksimalt 60%, og/eller d) ved en vasketemperatur på 90°C ikke overskrider en sammentrækningsspænding på maksimalt 20 N/mm2 og en grad af sammentrækning på maksimalt 65%.
4. Etiket (1) indrettet til at blive fastklæbet til et emne, især en drikkemiddelfla-ske, og indrettet til at blive løsgjort i en vaskevæske ved en på forhånd given vasketemperatur fra et temperaturinterval imellem 50°C og 95°C og i et maksimalt tidsinterval på mindre end 5 minutter, idet etiketten har form af et laminat og omfatter i det mindste følgende lag: et biaksialt strakt polymerisk filmlag (9), som er indrettet til at blive gensammentrukket ved den på forhånd givne vasketemperatur, og som er fremstillet af et plastmateriale baseret på polyethylenterephthalat (PET), et trykt dekorationslag (11), og et klæbemiddellag (13) til etikettens klæbning til emnet (5), kendetegnet ved, at det polymeriske filmlag (9) er således konstrueret, at laminatet ved den givne vasketemperatur og i det maksimale tidsinterval, og idet det polymeriske filmlag (9) tillades frit at trække sig sammen i sine to strækkeretninger, opnår maksimal grad af sammentrækning, som adskiller sig fra hinanden med mindre end 50% og er mindre end 50%, og at det strakte polymeriske filmlag (9) yderligere er konstrueret på en sådan måde, at laminatet i det polymeriske filmlags (9) to strækkeretninger, ved den givne vasketemperatur og i et maksimale tidsinterval, opnår en sammentrækningsspænding på i det mindste 0,6 N/mm2, og en sammentrækningsgrad på mindst 0,5%, hvorved sammentrækningsspændingen er bestemt i overensstemmelse med DIN 53359, idet temperaturen ændrer sig lineært ved 20° Kelvin/time fra 30 til 105°C.
5. Etiket ifølge krav 3 eller 4, kendetegnet ved, at det strakte polymeriske filmlag (9) er konstrueret på en sådan måde, at laminatet i det polymeriske filmlags (9) to strækkeretninger og inden for det maksimale tidsinterval a) ved en vasketemperatur på 60°C ikke overskrider en sammentrækningsspænding på maksimalt 3,5 N/mm2 og en grad af sammentrækning på maksimalt 13%, og/eller b) ved en vasketemperatur på 70°C ikke overskrider en sammentrækningsspænding på maksimalt 12 N/mm2 og en grad af sammentrækning på maksimalt 36%, og/eller c) ved en vasketemperatur på 80°C ikke overskrider en sammentrækningsspænding på maksimalt 18 N/mm2 og en grad af sammentrækning på maksimalt 46%, og/eller d) ved en vasketemperatur på 90°C ikke overskrider en sammentrækningsspænding på maksimalt 20 N/mm2 og en grad af sammentrækning på maksimalt 50%.
6. Etiket ifølge et af kravene 1 til 5, kendetegnet ved, at det strakte polymeriske filmlag (9) er konstrueret på en sådan måde, at laminatet i det polymeriske filmlags (9) to strækkeretninger og inden for det maksimale tidsinterval a) ved en vasketemperatur på 70°C ikke overskrider en sammentrækningsspænding på mindst 1,5 N/mm2 og en grad af sammentrækning på maksimalt 4%, og/eller b) ved en vasketemperatur på 80°C ikke overskrider en sammentrækningsspænding på mindst 0,8 N/mm2 og en grad af sammentrækning på mindst 2%.
7. Etiket ifølge et af kravene 1 til 6, kendetegnet ved, at det strakte polymeriske filmlag (9) er et lag bestående af et filmkompositlag (19), især et lamineret kompositlag eller et koekstruderet kompositlag, hvorved film-kompositlaget (19) omfatter i det mindste et yderligere polymerisk filmlag (23), fortrinsvis et ustrakt eller et monoaksialt eller biaksialt strakt polymerisk filmlag, som trækker sig sammen under påvirkning af varme.
8. Etiket ifølge et af kravene 1 til 7, kendetegnet ved, at klæbemiddellaget (13) er tildannet af en polymer og er forbundet via et mellemlag (15) af tværbundet lamineret klæbemiddel med laminatet.
9. Etiket ifølge krav 8, kendetegnet ved, at klæbemiddellaget (13) er tildannet af en tværbundet polymer.
10. Etiket ifølge krav 8 eller 9, kendetegnet ved, at mellemlaget (15) omfatter tokomponent-polyurethanklæbemiddel som sit basismateriale.
11. Etiket ifølge et af kravene 8 til 10, kendetegnet ved, at klæbemiddellaget (13) omfatter som sit basismateriale et klæbemiddel, som er indrettet til at blive aktiveret til tværbinding ved bestråling.
12. Etiket ifølge krav 11, kendetegnet ved, at bestrålingen er ultraviolet lys.
13. Etiket ifølge et af kravene 1 til 12, kendetegnet ved, at det polymeriske filmlag (9) er sammensat af transparent plastmateriale, og det trykte dekorationslag (11) er anbragt imellem det polymeriske filmlag (9) og klæbemiddellaget (13).
14. Etiket ifølge et af kravene 1 til 12, kendetegnet ved, at dekorationslaget (11b) og klæbemiddellaget (13b) er anbragt på modsatte sider af det strakte polymeriske filmlag (9b), og dekorationslaget (11 b) er anbragt imellem det strakte polymeriske filmlag (9b) og et beskyttelseslag (27).
15. Etiket ifølge krav 14, kendetegnet ved, at beskyttelseslaget (27) er konstrueret som et beskyttende laklag eller et polyme-risk filmlag.
16. Etiket ifølge krav 15, kendetegnet ved, at beskyttelseslaget (27) er konstrueret som et monoaksialt strakt eller biaksialt strakt polymerisk filmlag, som er indrettet til at trække sig sammen under påvirkning af varme.
17. Container, især en drikkemiddelflaske, kendetegnet ved, at etiketten (1) ifølge ethvert af kravene 1 til 16 er klæbet fast til containeren.
18. Fremgangsmåde til fastklæbning af en etiket (1) til et emne (5), især en klæ-bemiddelflaske, og løsgørelse af etiketten (1) fra emnet (5), hvorved etiketten (1) er indrettet til at blive klæbet fast til emnet (5) og har form af et laminat med i det mindste følgende lag: - et biaksialt strakt polymerisk filmlag (9), som gensammentrækker ved udsættelsen for varme, og som er fremstillet af et plastmateriale baseret på polyethylenterephthalat (PET), - et trykt dekorationslag (11), og - et klæbemiddellag (13), som er klæbende til emnet (5), hvorved etiketten (1) er klæbet fast ved hjælp af sit klæbemiddellag (13) på emnet (5) og behandles, med det formål at løsgøre etiketten, med en vaskevæske, som har en på forhånd givet vasketemperatur i intervallet imellem 50°C og 95°C, og inden for et maksimalt tidsinterval på mindre end 5 minutter, således at det poly-meriske filmlag (9) trækker sig sammen igen og herunder overvinder klæbemid-dellagets (13) fastklæbningskraft, kendetegnet ved, at det polymeriske filmlag (9) er konstrueret således, at laminatet, ved den givne vasketemperatur og i det maksimale tidsinterval, og idet det polymeriske filmlag (9) tillades frit at trække sig sammen i sine to strakte retninger, trækker sig sammen med mindre end 65%, og graden af sammentrækning i de to strakte retninger adskiller sig fra hinanden ved mindre end 50%, og at det polymeriske filmlag (9) yderligere er konstrueret på en sådan måde, at laminatet i det polymeriske filmlags (9) to strækkeretninger, ved den givne vasketemperatur og i et maksimale tidsinterval, opnår en sammentrækningsspænding på i det mindste 0,6 N/mm2, og en sammentrækningsgrad på mindst 0,5%, hvorved sammentrækningsspændingen er bestemt i overensstemmelse med DIN 53359, idet temperaturen ændrer sig lineært ved 20° Kelvin/time fra 30 til 105°C.
19. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 18, kendetegnet ved, at det strakte polymeriske filmlag (9) er konstrueret på en sådan måde, at laminatet, i det polymeriske filmlags (9) to strækkeretninger og inden for det maksimale tidsinterval a) ved en vasketemperatur på 60°C ikke overskrider en sammentrækningsspænding på maksimalt 3,5 N/mm2 og en grad af sammentrækning på maksimalt 20%, og/eller b) ved en vasketemperatur på 70°C ikke overskrider en sammentrækningsspænding på maksimalt 15 N/mm2, især maksimalt 12 N/mm2, og en grad af sammentrækning på maksimalt 55%, og/eller c) ved en vasketemperatur på 80°C ikke overskrider en sammentrækningsspænding på maksimalt 18 N/mm2 og en grad af sammentrækning på maksimalt 60%, og/eller d) ved en vasketemperatur på 90°C ikke overskrider en sammentrækningsspænding på maksimalt 20 N/mm2 og en grad af sammentrækning på maksimalt 65%.
20. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 19, kendetegnet ved, at det strakte polymeriske filmlag (9) er konstrueret på en sådan måde, at laminatet i det polymeriske filmlags (9) to strækkeretninger og inden for det maksimale tidsinterval a) ved en vasketemperatur på 60°C ikke overskrider en sammentrækningsspænding på maksimalt 3,5 N/mm2 og en grad af sammentrækning på maksimalt 13%, og/eller b) ved en vasketemperatur på 70°C ikke overskrider en sammentrækningsspænding på maksimalt 12 N/mm2 og en grad af sammentrækning på maksimalt 36%, og/eller c) ved en vasketemperatur på 80°C ikke overskrider en sammentrækningsspænding på maksimalt 18 N/mm2 og en grad af sammentrækning på maksimalt 46%, og/eller d) ved en vasketemperatur på 90°C ikke overskrider en sammentrækningsspænding på maksimalt 20 N/mm2 og en grad af sammentrækning på maksimalt 50%.
