Claims (4)

1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af ammoniaksyntesegas ud fra et carbonhydrid-indeholdende råmateriale (10), hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter trinnene til dampreformering af det carbonhydrid-indeholdende råmateriale i en primær reformer (12), hvor alt råmaterialet (10) tilføres den primære reformer (12), opnåelse af en delvist reformeret gasstrøm (13), og sekundær reformering af den delvist reformerede gasstrøm i en sekundær reformer (14), som virker med overskydende luft, hvilken fremgangsmåde er kendetegnet ved, at: - den primære reformering og den sekundære reformering udvirkes ved et tryk på mindst 35 bar, - produktsyngassen (16) ved den sekundære reformerings udgang afkøles og underkastes katalytisk mellemtemperaturskift, idet CO konverteres til CO2 og H2, hvilket mellemtemperaturskift udføres på en kobberbaseret katalysator ved en i det væsentlige konstant temperatur i området 220-320 °C, - CO2 fjernes fra syngassen nedstrøms for mellemtemperaturskiftet ved hjælp af fysisk absorbering, - hvor damp/carbon-forholdet (SC) i den primære reformer (12) er mindre end 2,7.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor den delvist reformerede syngas (13) ved den primære reformers (12) udgang har en temperatur i området 650-750 °C.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor der udføres et yderligere lavtemperaturskift på syngasstrømmen (20) nedstrøms for mellemtemperaturskiftet.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor CO2 fjernes under anvendelse af methanol som opløsningsmiddel eller et organisk opløsningsmiddel.
