Claims (13)
1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en vingebjælke til en vindmøllevinge, omfattende trinnene: at positionere (17) et første bjælkesegment (2) med en første vedhæftende del (8); at positionere (18) et andet bjælkesegment (3) med en anden vedhæftende del (9); delvist at indsætte en rodende (6) af det andet bjælkesegment (3) i en spidsende (5) af det første bjælkesegment (2) således at den første vedhæftende del (8) og den anden vedhæftende del (9) er mindst delvist overlappende, hvor et klæbestof er mindst delvist tilvejebragt mellem de overlappende vedhæftende dele (8, 9); at tilvejebringe (22) mindst ét fiberlag (13) imprægneret med et uhærdet resin på de udvendige flader af de første og andet bjælkesegmenter (2, 3) mindst i forbindelsesområdet (11) af de første og andet bjælkesegmenter (2, 3); og simultant at hærde (23) klæbestoffet (10) og resinet, for derved at fastgøre de første og andet bjælkesegmenter (2, 3) til hinanden.
2. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 1, omfattende trinnet at fastgøre det første bjælkesegment og det andet bjælkesegment til hinanden med mindst ét fastgørelseselement (15) før det mindst ene fiberlag (13) tilvejebringes.
3. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 2, hvor det mindst ene fastgørelseselement (15) strækker sig igennem tykkelsen af de overlappende vedhæftende dele (8. 9).
4. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 3, hvor det mindst ene fastgørelseselement (15) omfatter en nitte.
5. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor hærdningstrinnet omfatter trinnet at opvarme ved en temperatur på over 100 °C.
6. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 5, hvor hærdningstrinnet omfatter trinnet at opvarme ved en temperatur på omkring 120 °C.
7. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 5 eller krav 6, hvor hærdningstrinnet omfatter trinnet at opvarme i cirka tre timer.
8. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, omfattende, før udførelse af hærdningstrinnet, trinnet at påføre et vakuum mindst i området af det mindst ene fiberlag (13).
9. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor klæbestoffet (10) omfatter et præimpregneret (prepreg) lag.
10. Fremgangsmåden ifølge krav 9, omfattende trinnet at vikle det præimpregnerede (prepreg) lag omkring den anden vedhæftende del (9).
11. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, omfattende trinnet mindst delvist at tilspidse den vedhæftende del (8) af det første bjælkesegment (2) og/eller den vedhæftende del (9) af det andet bjælkeelement (3).
12. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor trinnet at tilvejebringe det mindst ene fiberlag (13) omfatter trinnet at danne fiberlag (13) med en tykkere del (14) i forbindelsesområdet (11) af de overlappende vedhæftende dele (8, 9) end udenfor forbindelsesområdet (11).
13. Fremgangsmåden ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, omfattende trinnet at præfabrikere det første og/eller andet bjælkesegment (2, 3) med et kompositmateriale og at hærde det.
