Claims (11)
1. Farmaceutisk sammensætning omfattende et blodpladelysat og en bærer, hvori bæreren omfatter en vandig opløsning af et eller flere muco-adhæsive midler, til anvendelse som medikament ved forebyggelse eller behandling af mucositis.
2. Farmaceutisk sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge krav 1, hvori det muco-adhæsive middel er valgt fra gruppen omfattende: polyakrylsyre og dens derivater; glukosaminglykaner og deres derivater; polyvinylpyrrolidon; gelatine; chito-san og dets salte; alginater; forgelatiniserede stivelser; pektiner; og blandinger deraf.
3. Farmaceutisk sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge krav 2, hvori derivaterne af polyakrylsyre omfatter karbomer, polykarbophyl- og polydimetylmetakrylater.
4. Farmaceutisk sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge krav 2, hvori glukosa-minglykanerne omfatter chondroitinsulfat og hyaluronsyre.
5. Farmaceutisk sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge krav 2, hvori derivaterne af cellulose omfatter natriumkarboxymetylcellulose, hydroxycellulose og hydroxy propy Im et ylcel lu lose.
6. Farmaceutisk sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, i form af et halvfast system, af film fremskaffet ved tørring af et halvfast system, af en lyofiliseret system, af partikel- eller mikropartikelopslemninger.
7. Farmaceutisk sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge krav 6, hvori det lyofilisere-de system er af svampelignende type.
8. Farmaceutisk sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvori den har en pH mellem 5,5 og 7,5, fortrinsvis mellem 6 og 7, mere foretrukket en pH på omkring 6,5.
9. Farmaceutisk sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge krav 8, hvori den har en pH mellem 5,5 og 7,5 og en viskositet mellem 1 og 8 Pas, fortrinsvis en pH mellem 6 og 7 og viskositet mellem 1,5 og 6 Pas, og mere foretrukket med pH på ca. 6,5 og viskositet mellem 2 og 4,5 Pas.
10. Farmaceutisk sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvori blodpladelysatet og bæreren er i et vægtforhold mellem 1:6 og 6:1, fortrinsvis mellem 1:2 og 2:1, og mere foretrukket 1:1.
11. Farmaceutisk sammensætning til anvendelse ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, omfattende fortykkelsesmidler og/eller sødemidler og/eller smagsstoffer.
