Claims (21)

1. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et polyurethanskum af en blanding af isocyanat-modificeret polyol og skumdannende ingredienser, hvor den isocyanatmodificerede polyol er fremstillet ved omsætning af i det mindste én polyol med i det mindste én multifunktionel isocyanat, hvor det isocyanatmodificerede polyol er en ikke-skummet polyolpolymer med tilgængelige OH-grupper, hvor de skumdannende ingredienser omfatter i det mindste én multifunktionel isocyanat og et skummiddel, fortrinsvis vand, og kendetegnet ved, at den i det mindste ene polyol, hvoraf den isocyanatmodificerede polyol er fremstillet, omfatter i det mindste én lipid-baseret polyol, som er blevet underkastet en omsætning med isocyanatet under tilstedeværelse af 0,001 til 0,1 millimol af en PU-geleringskatalysator pr. 100 g polyol, og i det væsentlige uden anvendelse af varme, og i forhold til det totale polyolindhold i vægt, er den lipid-baserede polyol tilvejebragt i en mængde, som er tilstrækkelig til at opnå mere end 30% af den lipid-baserede polyol i skummet.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor den lipid-baserede polyol er en naturlig oliepolyol (NOP), som er afledt af et mono eller højerefunktionelt umættet triglycerid.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge enten krav 1 eller 2, hvor PU-geleringskatalysatoren er et metalsalt eller en organo-metallisk katalysator.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvor fraktionen af isocyanat er i området fra 0,01 vægt% til 33 vægt% af den teoretiske mængde af isocyanat, som kræves for reaktion med alle tilgængelige hydroxylgrupper i polyolen/polyolerne.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvor den isocyanatmodificerede polyol er fremstillet ved omsætning af både i det mindste én lipidbaseret polyol og en yderligere polyol med den i det mindste ene multifunktionelle isocyanat.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvor den lipid-baserede polyol omfatter en sojabønnebaseret polyol, en ricinusoliebaseret polyol, en palmeoliebaseret polyol, en rapsoliebaseret polyol eller blandinger deraf.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvor den i det mindste ene polyol, hvoraf den isocyanatmodificerede polyol fremstilles, omfatter en polymermodificeret polyol.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvor den i det mindste ene polyol, hvoraf den isocyanatmodificerede polyol fremstilles, omfatter en polyetherpolyol.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, kendetegnet ved, at polyetherpolyolen er i det mindste overvejende propylenoxid (PO) afledt, og/eller har en funktionalitet på to eller mere.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 9, kendetegnet ved, at polyetherpolyolen er en triol.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvor den isocyanatmodificerede polyol har en viskositet på under 20.000 mPa-s, og fremstilles ved omsætning af en fraktion i området 0,01 vægt% til 33 vægt% af den teoretiske mængde af isocyanatet, som kræves for at reagere med alle tilgængelige hydroxylgrupper i poly-olen/polyolerne.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, hvor den nævnte fraktion er i området 3% til 25%.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at et skumprodukt med en densitet på 5 til 100, især 14 til 70 kg/m3 fremstilles.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af de foregående krav, hvor ricinoliesyre inkorporeres.
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 14, hvor ricinoliesyren inkorporeres i en mængde i området 0,1 til 0,5 php.
16. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en polymermodificeret polyol til anvendelse ved fremstillingen af et PU-skum, hvor denne fremgangsmåde kræver en bærepolyol, og hvor denne bærepolyol er en isocyanatmodificeret polyol fremstillet ved at omsætte i det mindste én polyol med i det mindste én multifunktionel isocyanat, hvor den isocyanatmodificerede polyol er en ikke-skummet polyolisocyanatmodificeret polyol med tilgængelige OH-grupper, hvor de skumdannende ingredienser omfatter i det mindste en multifunktionel isocyanat og vand, og kendetegnet ved, at den i det mindste ene polyol, hvoraf den isocyanatmodificerede polyol fremstilles, omfatter en lipid-baseret polyol, som er blevet underkastet en omsætning med isocyanatet under tilstedeværelse af 0,001 til 0,1 millimol af en PU-geleringskatalysator pr. 100 g polyol, og i det væsentlige uden anvendelse af varme, og i forhold til det totale polyolindhold i vægt, er den lipid-baserede polyol tilvejebragt i en mængde, som er tilstrækkelig til at opnå mere end 30% af den lipid-baserede polyol i skummet.
17. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 16, hvor den lipid-baserede polyol er en naturlig oliepolyol (NOP), som er afledt af et mono eller højerefunktionelt umættet triglycerid.

20. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 19, hvor ricinusoliesyren er inkorporeret i en mængde i området 0,1 til 0,5 php.
21. Fremgangsmåde ifølge ethvert af kravene 16 til 20, hvor fraktionen af isocyanat er i området 0,01 vægt% til 33 vægt% af den teoretiske mængde af isocyanat, som kræves for at reagere med alle tilgængelig hydroxylgrupper i polyolen/polyolerne.
