Claims (21)
1. Mikrobiel olie, der omfatter en triglyceridfraktion på mindst 70 vægt-%, hvor docosahexaensyreindholdet i triglyceridfraktionen er mindst 40 vægt-%, hvor docosapentaensyre n-6-indholdet i triglyceridfraktionen er fra mindst 0,5 vægt-% til 6 vægt-%, og hvor a) docosahexaensyreindholdet i triglyceridfraktionen er mindst 50 vægt-%; eller b) forholdet mellem docosahexaensyre og docosapentaensyre n-6 er større end 6:1.
2. Mikrobiel olie ifølge krav 1, hvor docosahexaensyreindholdet i triglyceridfraktionen er mindst 50 vægt-%.
3. Mikrobiel olie ifølge krav 2, der yderligere omfatter et arachidonsyreindhold i triglyceridfraktionen på 1,5 vægt-% eller mindre.
4. Mikrobiel olie ifølge krav 1, hvor forholdet mellem docosahexaensyre og docosapentaensyre n-6 er større end 6:1.
5. Mikrobiel olie ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, hvor mindst 20 % af triglyceriderne i triglyceridfraktionen indeholder docosahexaensyre i to positioner i triglyceridet, der er udvalgt blandt hvilke som helst to af sn-1-, sn-2- og sn-3-positionerne.
6. Mikrobiel olie ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, hvor mindst 5 % af triglyceriderne i triglyceridfraktionen indeholder docosahexaensyre i alle tre af sn-1-, sn-2- og sn-3-positionerne i triglyceridet.
7. Mikrobiel olie ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, der yderligere omfatter 5 vægt-% eller mindre af heptadecansyre.
8. Mikrobiel olie ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7, der yderligere omfatter 10 vægt-% eller mindre af eicosapentaensyre.
9. Mikrobiel olie ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 8, hvor olien er en råolie ekstraheret fra en biomasse af en mikroorganisme uden yderligere forarbejdning eller en raffineret olie opnået ved behandling af en rå mikrobiel olie med yderligere forabejdningstrin udvalgt blandt raffinering, blegning og/eller desodorisering.
10. Mikrobiel olie ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 9, hvor olien er en thraustochytrid-olie.
11. Fødevare, kosmetisk produkt eller farmaceutisk sammensætning til dyr eller mennesker, der omfatter en mikrobiel olie ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 10 .
12. Fødevare ifølge krav 11, hvor fødevaren er en modermælkserstatning.
13. Fødevare ifølge krav 12, hvor modermælkserstatningen er egnet til præmature børn.
14. Modermælkserstatning, der omfatter olien ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 10 i kombination med en fysisk raffineret olie, der stammer fra en arachidonsyreproducerende mikroorganisme.
15. Modermælkserstatning ifølge krav 14, hvor mikroorganismen er Mortierella alpina eller Mortierella sect, schmuckeri.
16. Modermælkserstatning tilsat olien ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 10 i kombination med en olie, der er rig på arachidonsyre.
17. Fødevare ifølge krav 11, hvor fødevaren er mælk, en drikkevare, en terapeutisk drik, en næringsdrik eller en kombination deraf.
18. Fødevare ifølge krav 11, hvor fødevaren er et additiv til dyre- eller menneskeføde.
19. Fødevare ifølge krav 11, hvor fødevaren er et ernæringstilskud.
20. Fødevare ifølge krav 11, hvor fødevaren er et dyrefoder.
21. Dyrefoder ifølge krav 20, hvor dyrefoderet er et akvakulturfoder, eller hvor dyrefoderet er et husdyrsfoder, et zoologisk dyrefoder, et trækdyrsfoder, et foder til en husdyrsbesætning eller en kombination deraf.
